Discount tire saved our road trip. Tire popped just leaving the Twin Cities and they were able to get me a whole new set in under an hour. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Honestly made my situation as easy as can be.

Edit to add. I once again found myself with a nail in my tire. Headed to Discount but was pretty certain this couldnt be plugged due to location. I was close to needing to replace my tires and went with Seths recommendation. They have done me plenty of solids repairing and earned my business when it came time to purchase. Thanks Seth, you went above and beyond helping me out.Stopped in to have a repair on a tire with a nail assault. The staff was top notch. My tire was taken care of in the time promised. These guys did a great job getting this girl on the road safely. They didnt charge a dime. Its an incredibly generous service. The crew was fast. And fit me in the the schedule. I did wait an hour but two service techs pulled off my old tires, put on the new ones.balanced and then loaded my old tires ( by request) into my vehicle. Total time from start to finish on my truck 30min!

Saturday a.m. appointment to install set of 4 new Goodyear Endurance ST205/75 R15 107N tires on our 30 travel trailer. Pre-purchased tires online via Discount Tire website for additional Goodyear instant rebate off DTs already low price. Beat RV dealership pricing by nearly $200 installed (which would have been a several-week wait for an appointment). Very clean shop, expedient service, careful/safe crew only jacking up and working on 1 side of vehicle at a time per my request. Manager double-checked work and made sure all lugs properly tightened with torque wrench. Discount Tire Woodbury MN highly recommended!

We have been going to discount tires locations with all of our cars for many years now, and we have had good success in all of their locations. Today was a disappointing experience in that I had an appointment to get my tires rotated, and rather than asking me about the locking lug nuts, they forcefully remove them and then didnt have replacement lug nuts to fit my car. When I approach the counter expressing that I was going to be late to work because they were taking an extra 20 minutes, the locking lug nuts were explained to me. I was able to quickly produce the correct lug and the spare original lug nuts. As a woman, Im never sure if car places are not asking me because of my gender or because they dont want to bother the customer. In the end I was missing lugs and late for work. So I guess I would offer the feedback to them that in a similar situation to please call the customer and that they might have the solution without any necessary destruction.

One of the tires on my SUV suddenly went flat. We took the tire off (Saturday morning) and called another tire place who said we could drop it off and they would have it done by end of the weekend. We drove to Discount Tire and arrived when they opened, they got us right in and started looking at it right away. Within 20 minutes they found the hole, patched it,etc and did not charge for the service. Highly recommend.

Well lets see... Ive bought tires from them a few times. ALWAYS GREAT FRIENDLY KNOWLEGEABLE service!! But my dad also sells tires up north. So I havent got any recently from Discount Tire.Last week my tire just went flat instantly... and my other tire had a push pin in it! (How?? Who knows, but i shouldnt of taken it out!) Anyway, I made an appt, went to Discount, and they fixed both of them for FREE! One needed a valve and the other one, like I said, was the size of a push pin. But still, they could of, should of charged me since I didnt get my tires there!Moral of the story... Im going to Discount from now on because of their AWESOME customer service! And great tires of course! ( My dad cant them cheaper than theirs up north!)

I got a flat tire about a year after purchasing new tires from this location. As I was rolling the tire inside, a guy from the garage ran out, grabbed the tire, and said he’d get started patching it. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I’ve always had great customer service here, I would highly recommend getting your tires here!

Everyone here was extremely friendly and welcoming. Had an issue with one of my tires and had no idea what was wrong with my car other then knowing that the tire pressure light was on. I called Discount Tire to see if I can come in and was able to schedule an appointment ASAP. As soon as I made it into the shop they were willing to help take my car in and help me. By the time my car was finished I was told the repair was free. I was so happy to hear that nothing else was wrong with my tires other than a nail. I will definitely comeback! 145 check in for my appointment. 4 tires.255 car finally goes into the shop.315 they come out to say they broke the lug nut lock. Great....425 car is finally done. Said they would pay for the lug nuts... Doesnt take that long for 4 tires. All rims were chipped and dirty.

Installed new tires, got a discount on them as well since my tire tread was running low but not to the bridgestone low of 3/32. Discount tire made it easy and gave me a discount for my newer tires to help me out since I purchased tires that were a little more spendy.

Was in and out in very little time. Polite staff felt very welcoming.

After investing tires on line and making my decision as to what I want on my truck, I called Discount Tire, they had what I wanted available, very courteous sales person worked with me to get them at a great price! Installation was done in a timely manner and was in and out in less than an hour. This wasnt my first time (probably the 4th timenow), and wont be my last using Discount Tire !!

Even though another discount tire did not torque one of my wheel stud correctly which caused for them to break it (not Woodburys fault) Jordan instead of having me drive all the way across town again and dealing with them, he took ownership and got me taken cared of right there and then. I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with the shop, but I had a set of Pirelli Sottozero 3’s ordered for me for my birthday. Received a call a few days into the shipping period that the tires I had requested couldn’t be gotten and was offered a Michelin X-Ice as an alternative.Now, I’m not sure exactly who had the bright idea to do this as the Pirelli Sottozero 3 is a Performance Winter Snow tire, whereas the X-Ice is a straight Winter/Snow/Ice tire, and therefore these tires fall into entirely different categories. These tires are for a full size luxury sedan with a good suspension setups and need to offer good handling. The X-Ice is the furthest tire from offering this, and is the main reason I was shopping within the Performance Winter Tire category and not Snow/Ice.Would love to resolve this asap, and I have a list of viable alternatives ready. Tires are in a 225/55/16 size: Sottozero 3, Michelin Crossclimate 2, Michelin Crossclimate Plus, Michelin Pilot Alpin A4, (or similar mid-higher end performance winter snow tire).

I read the reviews and was happy to find Discount Tire for a slow leak in one of my tires. I called for an appointment, and they told me to stop in and and they’d just get me in right away. Sounded great. When I actually got there, I was told the wait would be about 2 hours. Not quite the same as the info I got on the phone, but I was prepared and willing to wait. After 2 hours, there were still 11 cars in front of me. After 3 hours, there were 7 cars still ahead of me. After almost 3.5 hours, I asked for an updated estimate of time and was told that I shouldn’t have been given the 2 hour estimate to begin with. I left after a 3.5 hour wait and no fix on my tire. I will not return.

SUPERB SATISFYING! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My boyfriend has two flat tires on his 2001 Honda Accord. Keep in mind it’s an old vehicle so we don’t need anything expensive. We checked at our local Walmart in Woodbury and asked for pricing. The lady at the front counter told us all the prices and then said it’s only through appointments. She can’t get us in until August 31st. We needed new tires right away. How do they serve for emergency purposes? We left right away. I googled tires shop in Woodbury and Discount Tire appeared first! Not only does it have great reviews but they were helpful and very deserving of our business. We called and check to see if we need to make appointments prior because maybe COVID-19 changed everything. During the conversation the receptionist asked our needs and information of the car. We told him we only need two new tires and the cheapest kind. He said he’ll take us right in. We went to check-in and Jeremy our salesman rung us up and and gave us affordable and reasonable prices. He didn’t pressure nor advertise anything else and was very straightforward. He then told us we can wait in our vehicle and once the tires were done they’ll put it back in the trunk. This was all done fairly quickly within 15 minutes. Now, we can enjoy our weekend and not worry about the tires. THANK YOU!

I have had a good experience here almost every single time. One time I came to pick up my car after they closed and the shop guys ignored me and forgot to install my hubcap...When I brought it to the attention of the manager he fixed me up, apologized, and gave the guys in the shop a loud talking to about customer service! Seriously though, I wont take my cars anywhere else for tires now. Honestly, Ive had bad experiences at some of the other Discount Tires in the area. This one is GOLD though. They never make you wait in line very long which is THE WORST thing about other locations. They gave me a discount when I was very pregnant and tight on money, twice, just to help me out. And given me a free tire just to make a frustrating issue with my spare tire right. It wasnt even really their fault, but theyre committed to happy customers. And in return I have bought 3 sets of tires here and switch my winter tires over with them yearly. I recommend their credit card too. Zero interest for 6 months on every purchase. If you just divide the total into 6 payments you can buy them slowly for the same money.

1st time shopping at discount tire and honestly not a tire/wheel buyer by any means. But I did my homework prior to this so I was a informed buyer. I knew they, Discount Tires had the 4 brands I had narrowed down to buying and Black Friday was their 20% sale. Everybody that planned on buying tires and getting a Black Friday deal was there too! The place was packed. With that said it turned out to be no big deal for any of us or Discount Tires. They handled it like a well run shop should and I expected. I was impressed! Everything they promised happened. Appointment at 2pm started working at 2pm. Would take 45 minutes to mount, balance and install they were texting me it was ready 45 minutes later. Yep! I ordered some cheaper tires that had to be shipped in from California and FedEx was pretty late with shipping them. I needed tires mounted by Saturday and it sounded like that wasn’t going to happen. I received a surprise call by them about an hour before close and they said they set me up with a better set of tires(very high quality set) so I could have them on that day. They went above and beyond to make sure their customer was happy and it wasn’t even their fault FedEx was late. If I could give 6/5 stars I would! I highly, highly recommend going here for your tire needs!

I called in the morning about a flat I received the night before. I had purchased the tires about a year prior and showed up with my receipt as to when I purchased them. They put a new tire on and had me out the door in 30 minutes. The staff had great communication and the atmosphere was lively. Joe was so helpful and made my experience a positive one! Got a flat after work, found out my wheel was bent too, and he got me in right away and sold me 4 new tires. The install took about an hour and I was back on the road. So happy with my new tires, i will definitely be returning to this location for all my future needs.

I called about getting my tires rotated. My experience from the minute Joe picked up the phone to schedule to the minute I walked out the door was fantastic! Joe was so personable. The entire staff was quick and efficient. They allowed me to bring my dog, Arthur, into the facility as he had a vet appointment immediately after. They provided water and a tennis ball to keep him occupied. The staff was so friendly and kind. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will certainly be back for more services to my Audi. They are very trustworthy!

Brought my car into Discount Tire-Woodbury Drive on my lunch break to check out my rear tire that continued to lose air. I expected to wait a bit or have to come back because theyre always very busy. Try not to go here on a Saturday, it gets insanely busy. They did a great job taking care of me. I had winter tires mounted and balanced on a spare set of rims. I was able to bring the car in a couple months later to get the tire pressure sensors recalibrated once I put them on the car.
