They were charging like 180 for alignment on lifted trucks now charging 250 for a dam alignment because they think that no one locally does alignments on lifted trucks. I took my truck to car effex and they only charged me 150 and their customer service was awesome.

DO NOT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS! I STOPPED AT THIS SHOP ON THE WAY TO THE ER and explained that my tire light came on and that I needed my tires checked. I was more then willing to replace them if necessary. The gentleman put air in all my tires and told me I had life left in my tires. Fast forward to 30 mins of driving later my tire pops in the middle of the highway. My tire was literally shredded. I called the shop just to make them aware and the response I got was okayyyy? The customer service is terrible and they clearly do not know what they are doing.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS!!!!! My tire had a leak and they were able to squeeze me in right before they closed for the weekend and fixed it up within 10-15 minutes! The price was great too! I used to go to the Toyota dealership for my services but for now on I am coming here. They just earned a new loyal customer!

10/10 I was on my way home from work today and decided I would call a few places too see their prices on tires. Ultimately I went with first choice auto because I got 3 tires , I didnt have an appointment and I was still in and out in 30 min. On top of the speed in which my case was handled, between the guy at the front desk and the mechanic i was kept in the loop of everything that was going on through the entire process. For me at least you cant ask for more. 5 out of 5 stars from me

Took my car here 2 times first for a bad tire, they said they fixed it but the tire was flat later on the same day. The second time my car shut off on me so I towed it to them and they had it there for 4 days and didn’t even look at it. They claim they fixed it the 5 day and wen I went to pick it up the check charging system was on. I was driving with my family in the car and it shut off near pep boys. Service man look at it from pepboys and said it was the alternator. Had to leave my car overnight there and walk home in 90 degrees with a newborn. Pepboys fixed the car and I haven’t had a problem since. I paid first choice $1000 and the didn’t even fixed the car, never again will I trust them.

Called the shop upon opening at 8:30am on a Monday. I needed a tire patched from a nail. I brought the tire in, and within 30 minutes the tire was unmounted, patched, re balanced and mounted back on the car. The guy at the front desk (I think his name was Ed) was incredibly on the phone and in person. I couldnt have had a better experience. Would highly recommend for tire repairs in the future.

First time customer but definitely not the last. My truck pulled in pretty tired and left brand new again. Service was second to none, very helpful and informative. After a not so good experience at my local car dealer it was great to find a local business that knows what their doin and takes care of their customers. Not gonna bash the company, as I understand it’s a small one, and apparently too small to keep up with its own business. Labor is 120$/per hour here, and given that i had at least one of the parts, I figure I wouldn’t be spending more than 500$ after taxes because if it takes you more than 3-1/2 to 4 hours to jack up my truck, get the old shackles out, and put in new ones with everything it takes to do it within that time frame or under it, and give me the bill after, there’s something wrong with what you’re doing. Not only did I make an appointment for Wednesday, I had the patience to see if it even got touched over a 2-3 hour job on Thursday and Friday (which it didn’t), which is, nicely putting it, aggravating. I realize a lot of people don’t like shackle work or even want to think about touching them, but you’d get a better image for yourself doing things a lot of other people don’t want to do and maybe even make a little more.I realize that isn’t my decision to make, but if someone schedules an appointment for a certain day, that’s the equivalent to a promise, and if you can’t keep that promise, don’t make it.I wish I could’ve done business with you guys, so I can’t recommend or not recommend anyone to come here, only find out for themselves

Ive used First Choice as my primary vehicle service center for about a decade. The owner of this place is very down to earth and seems genuinely concerned about your safety. He also at one point declined to replace a set of brake pads another provider said was desperately in need of replacement.The employees always seem to have a great amount of knowledge and are also friendly. I cannot recall a negative experience. Most importantly, My vehicles always seemed to have run well since Ive started using these guys for routine service and am grateful for their services.

I brought in a 2009 Jeep Wrangler that needed a new soft top, brake work, tire, and a windshield. Ed and his team was able to get the new products in, coordinated the delivery and install of all items, and provided frequent updates on status. The quality of work and fair price for the project will have me coming back in the future.

They were closing within 30 minutes and they took me in for a last minute tire plug and balance. Fair pricing too.

I went to change a tire and as I had the tire they did not change it because I brought it from another side to have the tire and not buy it told me that the machine was damaged I do not recommend it to anyone

We have been going to Joe at First Choice Tire and Auto for at least 20 years now. We always are 100% satisfied with their service and how they treat us. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else. They have never done us wrong.

First Choice Auto repair has been my auto maintenance mechanic for the past 4 years. They handle all my auto repairs/ oil changes/tires etc...on both my infinity and my ford minivan. DISHONEST TACTICS, and SUPER INFLATED LABOR COST for routine servicing. My first experience here will most definitely be my last. Brought my vehicle in for a simple service and wound up over paying for the completed work by over FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS as quoted by TWO other local mechanics. Im guessing I paid for their advertising fees and shop overhead. Not to mention they failed to properly resemble multiple components removed in order to complete the work. Should have taken my car to Pat at Colonial Repair on Gateway Blvd instead and I recommend you do the same. Do yourself a favor, keep these crooks honest and shop around before bringing your vehicle to these vampires. Unless of course, you enjoy the sound of money being sucked from your pockets. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Good work done at fair pricing

I am extremely dissatisfied. After having my heater core replaced and having it fail within a year, I made them aware of my problem. But being unable to do without a car for a year, I suffered with no heater. I have just been informed that I am screwed and no replacement is now covered. Dispite having brought over 4 grand in business to them it didnt mean squat. I should have paid attention to warnings from local business owners to avoid this place. My bad. I wont be back.

Great customer service, very fast services and they listen and answer all your questions. So I went back the second time and this time they ruined my jeep I had them put my new a arms in or long control arms and they conpletly put them in way to far out my driveshaft was way to angled and I broke my rear diff because of that before I brought it to them my jeep was fine never made the noise and got it back with horrible noise took pumpkin apart and found chewed up pinion and ring pieces inside so they completely ruined my jeep I will never go back there.

Needed an alignment and my suspension checked out quickly, they got me in and hot it dealt with quickly for a reasonable price.

Ordered a rim on Saturday was told I would have it on Tues night. It has now been over a week and still no rim. Id called several times in the beginning he answered my calls but after that he did not answer any from my number. If I called from another number he picked up. He would then tell me it has not come in yet. Still waiting!!!!

Recently sent my fiancée to get 4 used tires for her 99 Taraus Wagon. She dropped the car off, it took 8 hours to complete. They told her they preformed services that were never actually rendered. As far as the tires, she was told 75% tread left. 3 out of 4 tires are under 50% tread left. Not to mention one of the tires has a plug in it. They refuse to give our old tires back, they refuse to replace the plugged tire stating she probably hit something and you plugged it. The service is terrible. They lie and they took advantage of her. $350 for 4 off brand used tires in bad shape.
