The worst experience ive ever had with a phone company. Stay away from this location. I had a samsung phone that was fa;ulty from day 1 and the store refused to swap it out because i was a few days past the return period i would think they would make an exception. kinda messed up plus the sales person was terrible if you go to this location Do not ask for Daniel He will screw you over!!!!!

Signed up with this company and have been getting the runaround and lies every month,every month my bill changes and fluctuates. Even though I was told my bill would be the same every month and every month I’m told a different story a different life I’ve had it up to here. They can have the phones back and I’m just going back to my prepaid services so I don’t have time for BS if I can give no stars I would’ve gave no stars!Worse cell phone company I’ve ever work with!

If I could rate them a ten out of 5, I would! Yolanda helped fix my issue but the whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, it took some time but we finally got it worked out! I have never really enjoyed visiting cell phone service locations but they were truly the reason why I have been with us cellular for 10 years. Thank you so much for making an uneasy situation seem easy!

James was a wonderful guy. I came in looking for a plan for back home and it turned out it wouldnt be an affordable plan in my area. Instead of signing me up, he was completely honest that it wouldnt work for me and hed hate if I was given a huge bill. Instead of roping me in like regular salesmen, James admirably told the truth. :)

Phone has a damaged OLED display so I went in at 10am to try and get a new phone. I drove for FedEx so I’m pressed for time but I need a phone. I get checked in and wait in line. One of the associates proceeds to skip over me and help the customer that was checked in after me. I sat and waited for an hour with no help and still have a damaged display. I’m on a time restraint for my job and can’t afford to spend 2-3 hours waiting just to be skipped over again and again.

Thomas Smith was very informative and professional. A great help to a novice on how to use a new device. No high pressure on sales and excellent customer service

James has been extremely helpful picking out new phone and explaining all parts of phone to me. He will be my point gentleman here from now on. Have been to apple at beach and help was rude and not helpful at all.

Had a great experience with consultant, Tasha Addison Id taken my malfunctioning phone to the office in Independence Mall and when I left, not only was my phone not fixed, but it was actually performing worse and Id lost most of my contacts.Fast forward a week later and I took it to the College Road location. Tasha assisted me and my issue was immediately remedied. She was gracious and professional and I was happy with the service. Maybe a month later I came in to pay my bill and after the transaction complete she actually walked over and opened the door for me. Professional, courteous service. I meant to leave this review much sooner.

Tried to port over my number to att. And the associate gave me the wrong account number. Then called uscelluar to figure this out and they said i had to back and ask for the real account number after I just left the store. Zero stars please

After a ten minute wait one of the employees helped me. The reason I was there, is my wife and I dropped our cell phones and cracked the protective screen covers . The employee changed the cracked ones out for the new ones. And both phones looked brand new. All for no cost.
