Chris was fabulous! He took his time with this gal that simply doesnt get all these new technology things. He gave me options to my storage problem and took care of making sure my new phone was up and running before I left the store - to include making sure all my text messages came over. Bryan was very helpful and actually I was able to trade in my phone with Apple because he found I had insurance to do so. I did not know that!All the staff seemed helpful with other customers. I also felt the mask wearing by the staff was great. They also had hand sanitizer and they used it regularly.

I noticed this new T-Mobile Store opened in spring and when I decided on upgrading to the new iPhone 8 Plus (from the iPhone 7 Plus) I stopped in. Very pleased with the knowledge and friendly staff. Upgraded the phone and data plan and SAVED money on the monthly bill with the new Senior Citizen (55+) Unlimited data plan discount! Michael S. knows his stuff - and boom! iPhone 8 is mine! Happy! Recommended++.

When I walked into T-Mobile yesterday, my brain was scrambled after trying to switch over to my new phone from my ancient one. I am not tech illiterate, but realized I was needlessly driving myself insane and wasting HOURS only because I insisted I could do it myself. After shoving my ego aside, it became apparent that I NEEDED HELP. Paige not only assisted me with my issues, but miraculously recovered photos I thought were long since gone! She never stopped smiling and both women working in the store that day (3/23/19) were incredibly pleasant and provided excellent customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so!

My husband and I needed new phones after Hurricane Florence. To say the least we were not looking forward to it! However, the experience we had was Amazing!! D was awesome, he had us laughing as he worked on our 2 new phones. Everyone at this location should be given a raise. This was literally the best cell phone experience I ever had. I recommend this Store to anyone. They were so much help , it makes me wish these ladies were training other stores how to treat their customers. Lindsay, Amber and their Manager Misty went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. Coming over from Verizon I was looking for better customer service and today I found it. Only regret is that they are here in Carolina Beach and not from where I live. I asked if I have a problem could I call them. They actually gave me their card and said just call us. The people of this area are blessed to have this Store and its hard working and knowable staff. Thanks Ladies, you are the greatest.

Best service I have ever received anywhere, bar none. All of the folks are kind and courteous. Each one as knowledgeable and helpful as the next. No more nightmare relationships with Sprint, Verizon, Cable, etc. Update: Service depot on Oleander not as courteous or effective. ... Update: I moved into the city and have been going to a new T-Mobile. Not nearly as friendly or personable. But they get the job done. Took away a star.

As for the T-Mobile store on Carolina Beach Road, all the folks down there are wonderful. And very very helpful. They have helped me ever since I got my phone with all my problems. Highly recommend this store!

Amber greeted us immediately and answered a page of questions about the Android phones of my husband and me. She did a great job. She also recognized that my husbands phone was very outdated and helped him to pick out a new phone.......and totally instructed him on how to use it. T-mobile in Wilmington North Carolina is the best place to go for help for your phone. Iggy and Diamond went out of their way to help us and spent over 2 hours trying to solve our problem. We could not have asked for better service than these two ladies!!!!. We love you Iggy and Diamond.

I have been with T-Mobile for a little more than a year and have never had better customer service. I went to Independence Mall store today to psy my bill. There was a problem but a T-Mobile employee named Mike came and picked me up in the rain and took me to another store to help me. The Carolina Beach storw manager Katt is absolutely the best. She helped me and then took me back to the closest bus stop in the rain because I dont drive and I took bus home. There is absolutely no better customer service than with T-Mobile. If you arent with them youre missing out on some great customer service.

I had read online about the new promo for folks 55+ and decided to call this store for information. Michael answered the phone with a very friendly greeting and lot of enthusiasm. He was very knowledgeable about the promo and answered all my questions. My partner and I decided to go with T-mobile and buy a couple of new phones. Michael went above and beyond what was expected by setting up the phones and our new service for us including transferring data from the old phones to the new.If you are looking for excellent customer with a personal touch, I reccomend the friendly folks at the T mobile store in Mrtyle Grove.

Made the switch to TMobile yesterday with Katt and Paige! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and super patient with us. They even stayed late to make sure our new Galaxy S9s were set up and help another customer. TMobile was able to give us exactly what we needed and the employees at this location were incredibly efficient. I highly recommend them!

Katt & Lauren are fabulous! My girlfriend has a special situation where her iPhone 7+ can’t utilize Bluetooth or WiFi & it’s making it nearly impossible to shut off the “Find My iPhone” function in order to trade it in for an upgrade. The store is currently closed & they’re still doing everything in their power to fix this situation instead of sending us home to come back tomorrow. They’re so patient & friendly & we are so greatful for all the help. All I can say is, even if we can’t figure this out tonight, at least we know they tried all they could to make this situation work out. Also, if you’re still reading this review, & you’re going through the same thing with your phone, visit them when they open & not an hour before they close. ;)

My experience at this particular 5601 Carolina beach store was phenomenal. Amber Reigh,yiyr sales rep along with your other staff,not only know what they are doing they have the customers best interest at heart.Your other locations would do well to copy this stores professionalism, integrity and character.Amber is the poster child of what customer service is about.And her co workers are like a well oiled machine in the smooth operation of this business.I will only do business at this location.

I am not one to usually write these type of reviews but given the AMAZING help I received from a store associate named Amber it is truely the least I can do! I recently went into this T-mobile store with an issue I was having with my account. I had called customer service but was advised I needed to go into the store to resolve this particular issue. While a bit frustrated, I drove to the T-Mobile store and was immediately welcomed by a cheerful employee named Amber. She was extremely helpful and professional in getting my issue resolved. She not only took the time to get it corrected but she did so as if it were her own account, simply INCREDIBLE! In my many years of telecom experience I have never met nor worked with anyone so caring and concerned about a customer issue and as determined as she was to make it right. What easily couldve been a disconnected account, she and her associates were able to turn into a happy customer. She has more integrity than probably anyone I know, and unknowningly solidified the fact that I made the right choice leaving Verizon years ago. Even more astounding was that as I write this review she called me to let me know she was able to verify my account was updated and my issue was resolved and notated. I hope every store is lucky enough to have just 1 Amber...I know I will never leave if TMobile cares even half as much as she does about her customers!
