Never take your phone here unless you want a headache and also waste your time! They fix my cracked iPhone and it started to ghost write ( just google it ) it was crazy! And the next day I called and the Tech guy , gave me attitude. That wasn’t it the woman back up her co worker or boyfriend or whatever he is to her. No customer professionalism at all!!! When they change my screen back to the original one that was cracked the ghost writing stop but they tried to tell me it was my phone and I will continue to have problems but it stop when they change my phone back to the screen that Was broke. Place sucks they won’t take any us cellular phones

This is where you want to go first. My phone provider recomended a different place and they told me i should go buy a new phone because it was going to coat hundreds and would be 5-7 days before they got the part. Another place, told me about the same thing. THESE GUYS FIXED MY PHONE FOR $50 AND HAD IT READY IN 10 MINUTES! I will never go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and stop in. They were very nice, fixed it quickly and affordable.

They were amazing!! Fixed my phone for only $85 when every where else in town wanted to charge me $250. Because everyone said in order to fix it they needed to take out the screen and it would more than likely break, so I would also have to pay for another screen. Well not with U Drop We Repair. Maybe the other places in town could learn a few things from them, because they sure know what their doing! Not only did they do an amazing job at a great price but they also have excellent customer service! I lost the back to my phone a few weeks ago and to replace it would of been around $15-$20, but after they fixed my phone they gave me one for free. My order took a little longer because I had to get a battery replaced but they did an amazing job of both the screen and battery replacement. The clerk did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on the time it would take and was courteous and even apologetic for the wait (even though it was completely fine). They even found more wrong with my phone than I even knew beforehand, and did a lot to fix extra things FOR FREE. I’m going back for a sensor replacement and I know I’ll be out of there in time to beat the downtown traffic.

I worked all day and called this place within 45 minutes of closing and the staff told me to go ahead and come in. Due to construction, it took me much longer to get there then expected. Dropped my new iPhone X yesterday walking to work. Got the screen replaced under 30 minutes. New screen was glitchy and was replaced for the second time. Alex was awesome and so kind. I called and told them my issue. I got an accurate diagnosis and a quote within 2 minutes. He told me it would take 20 minutes. I showed up and he did it in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. Moral of the story is that they know what theyre doing, they do it quickly, and they do it well. I wont go anywhere else if I need something else done.

Sam is the best in town. Sam (the owner, a very stand up guy) will do anything to get your tech back to almost new. I feel like I have a brand new phone after all its been through and you wouldnt know my phone was broken and not working at one point. Good prices and works thoroughly and as quick as he can (pretty speedy - about an hour) for a screen replacement. Definitely would recommend again and again. Excellent Service! My phone had really bad water damage. U drop we repair was very understanding and very prompt with customer service and helping me fix my phone and getting a new one.

I went here not too long ago to get my S6 fixed. The guy said it would be about 220 to fix where he could sell me an S6 for 120 instead. I bought the S6 from him. Thinking it was a botched screen protector job I left it alone only to find the screen was already pushing out the case and not a second layer at all. He sold me his beat up s6 and not a new one after it stopped registering two days after buying it. When I went back the lady who worked with him recognized it was his phone and not a new one and it wasnt covered under my warranty to fix so it would be 89 dollars if I brough it back cause she would wave some fee but I spent all my money buying the phone and a phone card. What would have been a 220 fix turned into 120+89 if I had came early but ended up being almost 300 plus the phone card not to mention the gas consumption and the fact he lied about it being comparable with straight talk as well. I highly recommend going to the mall instead. Same price but theyre straightforward about what the can do, will give you and wont do. Half baked apologies and all the man whos usually there is a liar who never really addressed the valid points I made about him selling me his broken phone after he assured me it was just a screen protector with air pockets and the only thing I can really give him props for is being a good enough con artist to fool me

Great prices, really affordable! I went in with a cracked screen, was told it would take 30 minutes but finished within 15 while they were dealing with other customers as well. Nice environment, was able to sit in comfy chairs while watching a movie while I waited. I was also offered a discount on a tempered glass screen protector to go with the phone repair along with another discount for a phone case. They even put the protecter on for me with no extra charge. Every worker is so friendly! Only negative is that my home button is a little loose and makes a noise when slightly touched but its no big deal! Great experience

These guys were great! Despite me walking in right before they were closing, they were still super cool and respectful. They helped me out with a new battery, new screen and a screen protector at a very fair price compared to other places around Town. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes.
