I lost most of my furniture this winter and it was going to take 12-16 wks.and probably more like 6 mos.) to get a couch, which I had to have for my special needs nephew.I scoured the net from here to Mexico, found the couch I wanted on RTOs product list, and ordered it. One of the managers, an angel named Liz, got me my couch in about a week.I really like the couch and I just cant thank Liz enough for helping me out.😁😁

The people at the Wilmington rent to own store have helped me through some rough times in my life over the years. They always worked with me when facing Financial hardships, to help me keep my stuff. Andy the store manager as always been helpful and so nice. Christian and Jen have definitely been sympathetic and helpful when I have faced hardships. The team on the floor do everything they can to help anyone. The moving team have always been so nice and considerate of my home when moving things in and out over the years. When walking into the store you are always greeted with a positive atmosphere and smile. most of everything I own is because of rent to own, when in need of something very important like a new bed or washer and dryer this place is always the best to go. thank you all for always having my back and making sure that we have what we need in our home. I am also happy that Ive made a lot of good friends at this company :-)

I absolutely love this store!!! I have to say by far my favorite and probably best employee they have is Brittani Ellars. That girl puts a smile on my face and truly has helped me in hard times. She’s absolutely amazing. If I could rate her I would give her 10/10.

On Jan 8th and 9th we had a 5 star experience with Tara. Was very helpful and informative. We came back today Jan 15th to order the chair, sadly Tara wasnt in. The woman who didnt say Her name or could see her name was very unhelpful we told her we wanted to order the chair and she seemed to try to talk me out of it and seem to refused discuss the price on any. We again said like to hear prices her reply was Ill leave you here to look around and Ill be right back. And then I show you other chairs that we can get that will be in on Wed or if still dont like those then order that chair. But she never came back and we had to leave. She seemed very nervouse about talking about prices unlike most Sales persons, we just wanted to discuss the chair we came in for and order it. She had a sale in the bag and she lost it.

They are a fantastic store to rent from with great customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊

Andy is a wonderful manager, he is good to his customers, good to his employees, just a great manager over all. He is calm, quiet, but firm in everything. He is dedicated to his company. Thank u for making him a manager at the Wilmington store. I had a stove delivered and so much appreciated the young man who delivered it. I believe his name was Cordell.

They bought me a new dryer-there awsome people-the 2 delivery drivers that camekyle rice, rick niciu were excellent n everyway! They were so helpful n fixn my vent that prev delivery guys broke! Awsome guys all the way around!! Very happy

The Wilmington location is great! I’ve gone to most other Rent to Own stores in town and this one has the best employees and customer service. Greg King is a great employee! He’s very friendly, funny, professional and knows the correct way to get bulky items in and out of your house without damaging anything! He even took the time to bag up two old couches and a chair for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy from this type of store.

Wilmington R2O is the place to go for Any of your rental needs. Staff is friendly and very helpful, along with work with you to get you what you need and payments if need be. Always wanting to make sure you are happy with your purchases and help fix any issues you may have. The events they hold are always kid friendly and fun for all. You always see a smiling face when going to R2O in Wilmington OH. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go here.

The best thing about Wilmington Rent-2-Own is the manager and employees. They genuinely care about their customers and work hard to do their best daily. I have seen Andy, the manager, go above and beyond to help his employees and customers. The employees work as a team and take pride in doing their jobs right. I cant say enough about the kindness I have seen the employees show their customers. If there is a plausible way to help you, they make it happen. We are lucky to have this store, the employees, and this manager in our community!

Wilmington Rent to Own is a great place to get the things you need without breaking the bank. You can choose to pay your rentals to own by the week or pay for the whole month . The staff is incredibly nice and always goes that extra mile to try to work with you to get you what you need and want while working with your budget and your credit with the best deals. Some times I enjoy just stopping in to see what new products they have and talking with the staff. They are a GREAT and fun bunch of people who wants to make sure their customers are happy and getting the best product available at the best price.

I love this place! They held an Easter thing for all the kids and to get more business and bought Papa Johns for everyone and provided drinks and I gave $10 to help support children with no beds I just love kids. I have one of my own. Its the little things in life that help. Also I actually ended up winning a raffle and picking it up tomorrow before work! More places should be like this!
