Rowe Lincoln fixed my problem with my Amplifier. But Im not happy with the call center who made my appointment no knowledge of what was the problem. whatever they put down on the invoice wasnt what the problem was. I had to talk to the service mechanic after an hour and a half of trying to figure it out. After I talked to him he new exactly what was wrong fixed it in 20 minutes. He blamed the paperwork he was going by. I had told the call center exactly what I told the service mechanic. And they wanted to charge me for 2 hours of a job that took 20 minutes. Plus prior to me making my appointment I tried to get a hold of their parts and services to talk to someone I kept getting voicemail I left my name and number and a brief description of my problem and no one ever called me back. Plus I purchased this vehicle from Rowe Lincoln.I expected better. Not happy with talking to a call center who dont have a clue on fixing a vehicle. I would of liked to talk to someone who understood Lincolns.Thank you. Chris Keneborus

They had my car for 10 days claiming they couldnt get the part. After 10 days I asked for the part number, ordered it myself and dropped off to them. Not very impressed a ford dealer couldnt source a ford part. Cuatomer service from service dept. Not so great either.

I own a Lincoln Continental and when I purchased it It came with concierge service. I was told I would get a Lincoln when I used the service, this is the at least the 3rd time I have not been given a Lincoln.

I had an amazing buying experience at Rowe ford. I had seen a truck online and submitted and inquiry via email, I received a call shortly after and had an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. When I arrived the truck was sitting right in front of the sales department with my name on it. I was introduced to the salesman Leif and we hit it off right away. Talking with him was more like two friends catching up rather than a sales pitch. He was very personable and friendly with a great sense of humor. He answered all questions adequately and professionally and if he did not know he hustled around the dealership until he had an answer. The finance director Chris was also very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Typically, I get anxious when talking about finance etc but Chris was very cool and relaxed. I usually have a good sense for when salesman etc are being courteous just because they have to be or because they want to make the sale. Leif and Chris both seemed very genuine and committed to their work. When I am ready for another vehicle I will definitely be coming back to Rowe Ford Westbrook!

Dropped my truck off for service on last Monday night.Went to pick it up Tuesday morning only to be told that although the repairs had been done, somebody backed into my truck when they were moving it to the lot.That was last week.Im still waiting for my truck (they claim they had to order two doors. What happened to the days when a body shop would fix them?).Not happy that Im still without my truck and it may be the end of the week before I get it back, making 10 days from when I brought it in for simple service.

Since that purchase Ive taken the vehicle to them for service. Ive been nothing but totally pleased.That is not to say everything has been perfect, but they have always listened to me, and rectified beyond my expectations. This is a Rowe Quick Lane review. A good staff headed by Jorel, an excellent service manager. Good work, decent prices. Its where we usually go for our oil changes and tire rotations. But I gave it 4 stars because i had some other work done there for our Sons used car (over 5 grand worth) and called twice about a question regarding some warranty work (whether something was covered or not). No one called me back either time. I bumped into the manager and told him what happened, he apologized and wanted to make things right but I had already taken the car somewhere else to get the work done because it needed to be fixed then, not later. I guess it fell through the cracks and the next time I went in they were helpful as always. So I will continue to use Rowe Ford and the Quick Lane Service too. Everybody has an off day once in a while.

Scheduled appointment for state inspection low mileage vehicle. Showed up on time car sat outside for 50 minutes before it came in the shop. Over an hour and 20 minutes for a state inspection. So much for Quick Lane.
