Sales experience was streamlined and easy! However, I have had my CPO Yukon back twice to get my door trim pillars fixed due to them coming apart from the door itself. The second time around took almost a week due to wrong parts, when called to come get it everything was great and the service writer was friendly.. But they STILL are coming off. Tired of the back and forth and just want them to be done right so water doesnt get into my 40k car......

- Got a used car. Not bad.- Salesman forgot to give me the sales packet. Not that big of a deal. I stopped back by and got it from the manager.- Salesman was no nonsense and worked to find a car in my price range.- DISAPPOINTED that the inside of the car wasnt cleaner. The windows were filthy and parts of the sales stickers were still stuck to the windows. I had to get a razor blade to scrape off glue from some sticker on the windshield. I feel that every vehicle whether new, used or wholesale should be clean inside when it is sold.- Overall I am fairly satisfied with the experience.- Thank you.

Michelle treated us with the utmost respect, red-carpet treatment by bringing the cars to us, and keeping us informed during the whole process. Its family run business that is honest, provides great customer service and have some of the best sales people in the business like Brittany Hale. Brittany was patient with me and provided complete transparency in all of the price quotes. I had an all around great experience with everyone there including the finance manager, the sales manager and the BMW I specialist. I traveled from NYC in order to pick up the car primarily because of the excellent customer service that everyone in the dealership provided and how honest they were throughout the process. My experience at Bill Dodge was beyond excellent. Kia really came through for me and replaced the whole engine in my car based on a recall. This is my second lease from Bill Dodge Kia and I couldnt be happier. Both at my first lease and this second lease, it was beyond painless. I had the worst experience. Vansyckel tried to screw me over even though I explained the difficult situation I was dealing with. I told him the payment I could afford for the car and he tried to get me to pay 250 dollars a month when I said I could only pay 120. Without letting me know he changed the payment he made me sign a paper and wait and then later on told me what was going on. He then tried to get me to buy some other car for less money a month but it wasn’t worth and I told him I wanted to leave and they made me feel really uncomfortable and as if I couldn’t walk out. Very weird man and company, too much pressure and they try to disctract you so you buy something stupid, but luckily I am not dumb. Don’t go to Bill Dodge or George Vansykel.

Do NOT trust these people.We learned an expensive lesson. It looks great when they offer a low-mileage used car at an attractive price, but beware the wholesale offer, which allows them to squeeze around lemon laws. This is how they unload cars with serious safety and mechanical problems. Theyll even give you a list of seemingly trivial items that dont pass their version of state inspection, because they claim dealer inspections hold to a higher standard than your favorite corner garage. So you buy the car prepared to put a little extra money into those seemingly trivial items only to find that your mechanic and your friends mechanic both disagree with the dealers higher standard assessment and find a whole lot more thats seriously wrong with the car. At that point, Bill Dodge will tell you inspections are all subjective, and wont budge on other mechanics failure of items they claimed to be fine. Now youre looking at a really expensive repair bill (probably near if not more than the value of the car) and no legal recourse because you knew the car wasnt perfect when you bought it. (Hint: If they wont let you take it on public roads during a test drive, dont buy it!)Learned my lesson. Ill never shop here again.

Made a Kelly blue book offer on my car. I went over in detail the vehicle condition and info on the phone and completed the kbb forms. . Drove 2.5 hours to sell and they “inspected” the car and halved their offer. Sales manager was volatile when I asked him to explain how the vehicle having snow treads on would half their offer. It is winter in maine... Anyhow, I get to keep the mustang and spent time with the epitomy of a used car dealer stereotype. I do not recommend buying/ selling from this company.update- a manager called and apologized for my experience and offered to cover my gas. Upgrading to four stars for the follow up. Apology very appreciated.*Update- Check for gas reimbursement never came. Still appreciate apology.. but....** Update - after the update above, got a call from the original sales manager I dealt with in person. Apology from him means more than any check, but he said he is handling that personally now. Thanks for the follow up. Done with this whole experience, we are all human, mistakes were made.. This company does watch their feedback and DO follow up. So, that should reassure any readers of this whole review.

I dont not recommend this dealership to anyone, my brakes were making a terrible sqeeking noise that they have never made before and I brought my X5 into service where they tried to tell me since I have the M sport package the breaks were supposed to make this noise, which is complete nonsence thwy had never made the noise before, and when they did fix the problem the noise came back within a day or so!!!! do not bring your car here for service they do not do the work they tell you and the charge a arm and a leg for labor!!!

Car has stains on back seat upper upholstery also whoever buffered the car scratched it and didnt wipe the wax completely off didnt notice until couple days later note I bought the car on a rainy day
