This is the loveliest store in Washington with the most helpful sales people I have ever encountered. The selection of gifts is wide and everything is wrapped to perfection at no extra charge. Dont miss it now that the Idaho Avenue construction is about over.

I have lived in their neighbourhood for 6 years, visited them three times and have had experiences which are so similar that it cannot be a fluke. I promised never to go back each time but had to as their stuff is very good and it is only decent store around, when one wants a nice different looking gift. My suggestion is do go but DO NOT GO if you are not well dressed and can act as if you have the luxury of time as the staff or owners can be smiling but pretty snobbish and serve others before you. Mine is a sample of three only but I had to share.

Exquisite taste, a variety of gifts and sometimes, a bargain or two. This is always a must for holiday shopping, and their sales are terrific, if you can wait until after Christmas.
