I wanted to share that I enjoyed my trip to this store yesterday due to the great customer service shown by the employees there, and my cashier Mr. KJ. The store is very clean and well organized which always makes my shopping experience quick and easy.

Staff are always pleasant. They could hire someone to place posters in correct order by number. I am sure they would sell a lot more. They have a great selection. The staff they have there now are perfect.🔥🔥💯

EVERYONE WAS SOOO NICE. The cashier asked me if I was okay. The security guard greeted me one the way out. Best experience at five below, the cashier that was nice was wearing light blue with a 1998 necklace (4:40 8/4)

My son always advised me to go to 5 five Below and when I got there for my first time I was surprise because I saw good supplies and at a great price.

Always can find what you need on this place. With great prices, obviously. Located in Columbia Heights in NW DC right near a metro station its very easy to get to.

It was ok... they didnt have a lot of items that im use to at other locations..

Ethically, its difficult to like this store. Sell a bunch of things that effectively wont work for more than a week or so, to folks who can only afford that. Great to stop for candy or Cokes, but overall, the marketing and idea as a whole is sketch to me.

If when buying something we have to see it on both sides I wanted to see a shirt and the young lady and the gentleman who were there came out claiming us because we saw the shirts as we are supposed to buy something without checking it, definitely I will not return.At least let them know if they dont want us Latinos to go shopping there so we avoid such bad troubles

Convenient affordable store for little thing you may need here and there. One can find some stationary, toys, phone accessories and candy here. It is in a convenient location too. It is a bit hard to find parking here though, better to metro here.I bought a phone mount for my car. It is still working.

I like this Five Below because its convenient to get to (Columbia Heights Metro) and theres other places around to shop at. Its mostly clean in this location. They could use a few more cashiers and reliable security. The woman security lady sucked at her job. She just hung all over the counter doing nothing. They do have the occasional police officers at times. But overall cool stuff $5 and under.

The staff was very friendly but I ask more than one crew member for a charger and was told by both of them that its in the back and they can not reach it . I help open that store when I was 17 we maintain inventory on the floor organized Overstocked items in the back and had all delivers put away by at least by noon very dissatisfied by lack of empathy I would never tell a paying guest we have exactly what you want but we wont get it .I evan waited and check back but to no avail

Security guard followed my husband around the store practically the whole timenwe were there, the store was totally unorganized and a mess. Needless to say, we did not purchase any product from this location.

What a magical shop... Everything is $5 or less... (Some of its not worth $5 but thats balanced by the things worth $5). Really a must visit if you are in the area!Nearly as good as visiting the library if Congress!

My kids, mom, and I were actually on our way to DSW and decided to stop in here on a whim. Its clean and have a variety of things for a great price. We ended up only buying a long can of Sour Patch, and check out was literally less that 2 minutes because there was no line!

This place the people are nasty and rude and manner need more training how to treat people and stop following them around the store. The woman name are ms dill.

A little disorganized but maybe because it was after 930pm. Good selection, they have a loooot of frozen stuff if thats your thing good Christmas stocking fillers.

A great place to check out for your Back-to-School items,Plenty of Goodies, Too much to list,Use the Parking Garage Entrance on the Park Road /(Take a left off 14th street) side.

Although 5 Below describes itself as a teen store, seniors like myself love this place. I guess it brings back memories of the five and dime stores.

THE spot for close outs on quality cell phone cases, chargers, and cables. Puzzles, coloring books, meme Tees, candy, seasonals like cheap touchscreen gloves, runners weights. Cheap but nice birthday presents. Always a worthwhile stop when nearby. As the name suggests, everything is $5 or less.

I love this place but need more people registers

I have an Android JTE phone. I lost the charger that came with it. I went to Five Below hoping to replace the fast charger.I was expecting some assistance by the sales staff locating an appropriate charger. Much to my disappointment all sales people were Manning the front counter in what appeared to me to be an effort to close for the day.The only employee I encountered on the sales floor was the security lady who gave me the impression that all customers were suspects until they exited the store. She did not come across as welcoming.I searched on my own for about 15 minutes before giving up in frustration and exiting without an appropriate charger...or anything at all.The experience left me with the impression that effective customer service training has yet to take place.

Go early in the day and you have the house to yourself. This store will take your money so go in with what you plan to buy and cut yourself off!
