Horrible pharmacy had issues every month getting my sons scripts filled for over a year. I would turn in the paper script for his adhd medication a week early and they would still always have to order it when it should have already been filled. Then this time happened I brought it in and was told my child isnt a patient there like what? I was argued with by a tech that he wasnt and it turns out she had spelled his name wrong? idk but she got it in and told me it was early that it will be filled when it can be and I can pick it up on a specific day so I noticed I didnt get a text saying they are filling it and so I called and there was no refill happening so I talked to the pharmacist and he tried to tell me my kid didnt get scripts filled there. HES BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER A YEAR! a few minutes go by and he tells me they cant find his paper script for a controlled substance and to please hold. THEY LOST HIS PERSCRIPTION FOR A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. after 10 minutes I was informed that they found it and I could pick it up in 20 minutes. The next day I had his doctor send his refills to a new pharmacy and I will be going to a new pharmacy as well as my husband. DO BETTER!

For 1st using drive thru pharmacy I was happy.

Love this new meijer! The store is amazing its well organized and clean. There is a cafe area with coke machines and tables across from that is a Starbucks. Definitely worth visiting on your next meijer trip.

This is the worst pharmacy. Twice in a row we were told our medication would have to be ordered only to call the next day and be told it would be another 24 hours. The first time I told to come back later in the day and it would be ready. When we went back up they told us come back up the next day. When I called to check the status they told us it would be another 24 hours I asked them to check again and sure enough they had it. the second time this happened they didn’t bother to give a call saying the medication would not be for another 3 days they also didn’t offer to transfer the prescription till I got upset on the day phone. This Meijer has the laziest unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered

Had an appointment for Covid vaccine. Was told I did not qualify due to age, although I have health issues, am a care giver for an 83 year old woman. I am 60.Even though the questionnaire asked age and birthdate

I have always had good experience at Meijers and no. Complaints to date .thank you for being there.

Newly constructed store. Wide isles with the store laid out to quickly find items. Saturday night so only 2 checkouts open aside from the self checkouts. Moved along quickly in spite of limited checkouts. I was wished Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas as I left the store by one of the customers sitting on a bench in the exit area despite it being September.

Took to long to fill my medicine even though they told me I would get it tomorrow it took two days, important medication too

Store is still new and relatively clean, but when I went grocery shopping tonight, they only had 3 cashier lanes open other than u-scan. I will not use u-scan. Put some people to work, not your customers!

I am so glad they put a Meijer close to me. Its very nice and clean. The people are friendly and its an overall great place to shop.

I just had an absolutely wonderful experience at the meijer at 10 mile and Schoenherr. I recently broke my foot and had to shop with my 5 year old today in a wheel chair cart (not motorized because my son wanted to push me). My son wore out quickly and my cart filled just as fast. On our way out an always sweet and kind employee named Herbert greeted us with a smile and generously helped push me to the car, unloaded my groceries, AND helped me in my car. My tired sore arms thank you Herbert!!

Always clean and has just what I need when I make those late night runs. Pleasant associates too to help me find stuff and check me out quick.

I had a good experience. My first time shopping at this particular store. I have to say it was pretty decent place was clean they were stocking shelves preparing for the next day and I was in and out no problems

Just like any other Meijer... 100 customers, 4 lines. Also, the conveyor belt was broken, causing the line to be long. Two positives that allowed me to give two stars: employees were great, produce was actually ripe and not rotten, like most other Meijer stores in the area.

So far its great! The new store is beautiful and close to home. My only complaint with Meijers is they never have enough cashiers working.

Ive been in the pharmacy field for 26 years . The RPH treated me like a drug addict without cause. They have the ability to run a map that shows every script and every doctor you see. Instead of doing that, he just refused to fill my script even though I was an established patient. Transferred all scripts out.

Did not have my RX ready even though dropped off 10 hrs ago & was told would B ready in 4 hours. Happens over & over againReceived wrong items (meds). Seems do not know what they R doing do not want my health in their hands.

Im giving this Meijer 4 stars because of the layout. It really makes no sense.. It just seems like someone blindly put the store together.However, it is clean, cool, and staff has been very helpful- so far. I may come back to edit in a few months time to report whether the cleanliness, friendliness, and speedy checkout times remain the same. Time will tell on those subjects. Id really love to know what they were thinking with the floor plan though, it is not remotely as streamlined as some other locations.

Picked up a few assorted items. Was not very crowded. Went thru check out quickly. Very friendly staff.

The store is very organized and clean Ive been in the store 3x in less than 2 weeks. Thank you Dawn U for your assistance in the clothing dept. Thank you Gardening staff for help picking out flowers for my yard and thank you Ashley H for your assistance in self check out. You guys rock and are the meaning of true A1 customer service. My last visit was 4 weeks ago an error occurred in self check out the attendant call for her supervisor the supervisor was trying to rush us out of the line and was talking to us very sassy like we were idiots while we were trying to contact our credit card company. She finally walked away we got things straightened out another manager came over to apologize. We paid for our purchase and proceeded to leave the store and that rude manager started walking towards us hollering at Ashley loudly asking did we pay. Then she started hollering loudly at is did we pay, such an embarrassment to us I felt like it was an racial discrimination. I live in the neighborhood and I thought it would be such a good thing to have the store in the neighborhood but Idk now. I did report this to the Corporate Office and I havent been back along with my family and a few of my neighbors. Meijers needs to let the good employees I mentioned teach that unprofessional manager some good customer service skills it works Ive done this were I work due to I work in Customer Service.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly except in the deli there seemed to be no hurry to help the customers, I was a retail manager for 15 years and noticed the lack of interest in there jobs.

Overall store was great but the mens bathroom was disgustingly destroyed! Bottle return had no paper towels or hand soap. Needs improvement for guests!!!

They never have my medication,and the cashier wouldnt let me use my Meijer rewards,she kept them for herself, not going back there,Walgreens is quicker,more efficient and have better pharmaceuticals

I just stood at the deli counter for 15 minutes with no help from anyone and no other customers around. One employee walked by, said she’d be with me in 1 minute and never came back. Other employees behind the counter just ignored me. So I’d suggest if you want anything from a deli then go to Kroger instead!

Just left,the meijer grand opening.. lots of great sales on food and every isle in the store was open and ready for checking out.👍 Plus this was the first time for me to get that new meijer smell. 👍👍👍

Very poor deli counter operation. Just two employees at lunch time and there are no numbers to keep track of peoples place in line. Worse yet, deli counter wraps all the way around that section of the store--about 80 - 100 feet. Way to big for just two people.

They dont have enough lanes open. Otherwise its a clean and nice store

Near my home, convenient and usually well stocked. Unfortunately, most of the time long and slow lines at pick-up/checkout.

It is a new store. So of course it is up to par. All items were easy to find. All workers were very courteous. It is not as full of all depts. As other Meijers. But it does carry. All the food clothing and necessities a family might. All in all very satisfied. And it is just down the road from me. I really wanted pJs but they do not stock a complete line of clothing.

Wow this is not that far away and they have fresh produce and whats awesome is its relatively new definitely one of the best meijers ive been to.
