This gnc is garbage. Half the time the doors locked when I come here.

I visit the one at the 11 and Hoover the most the girl Amelia there she is very knowledgeable very helpful I love going there

First this is the first ever review I have given that isn’t a 5 star. I was coming in to buy 100% needed and wanted the product (nugenix red) $169.00 dollars. I walked in one he was flossing his teeth and didn’t have the professionalism to eat least put it down and continue when I left. Which It was only 10 minutes to close. He kept making it obvious making smacking noises with his mouth. I asked if they had the product in and with a aggressive tone as if I annoyed him that I was there pointed me to the wall it was on. As I’m standing in front of it and holding it but looking at other options. Raises his tone and asks can you see it or no. Mind you it’s in my hands. I was not irritated but before responding I thought about it and decided to just walk out. This man has short hair and looks like he is on the juice. I advise you to train him on customer service and show him that the objective is to create profit by giving your customers a enjoyable time while there. I wish you all the best in future. Good luck

Okay theres this guy that works there & anytime I come in & hes there its one thing or another. Hes smacking & eating food, talking very rudely, complaining about his job, getting into arguments about little things with customers if they ask him the simplest of things. I refuse to go there anymore unless hes gone! Yelling & screaming at females is NOT RIGHT & NOT PROFESSIONAL! GET RID OF THE ANIMAL THATS CAUSING PROBLEMS AT THIS LOCATION.

Good place service and all. But a lot of the more popular supplements you have to order online. that isn’t a big deal that’s how most places are.

First time being at a GNC buying supplements, so i really didn’t know what to get or anything. Amazing service from Austin! He was a huge help and even though i walked in 20 minutes before he closed, he still took the time to take care of me and help me pick out what i really need and what i don’t need. Will only come here for any of my supplement needs and you should too!

Good service and all, but I always feel like they are dying to push stuff on me that I really dont want, and that energy is very annoying and has kept me from going there...maybe it unintentional, I am very introverted and just want to get in and out without much interaction. Lol

PROS: products suitable for beginners and pros, they sell vitamins, minerals, herbs, & proteins, free samples available if you ask, large car park, and they run offers all year round.CONS: alot of discounts are only for GNC gold card members ($10pa), below average customer service (some of the guys dont even move from behind the till), no wifi, no health foods, not vegan friendly (capsules contain geletin), limited brand variety (mainly GNC own brand), limited flavour variety (everything seems to be only chocolate), and store feels small and over crowded (not suitable for wheel chair users).

Good place and people

Although I like GNC, I think their prices are too high as far as shakes go. But if I was looking for something specific, Id shop here.
