I really like this Meijer. Its always clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and friendly.Found what I went for waiting in line was quick cashier very polite and quick i was satisfied.

This is my place! The store is very organized and I always find what I need there... and I love the coupons I get in my mail😁

My 1st time here...A little slower then some places..But. Best Customer Service ever! The guy Really knew his Herb....:) I bought s few Birthday Presents for my hubby and well.......Hes Very Impressed! Which gives me Prompts cause Hes so Picky...Thanks Guys will be back next week!

Meijer Pickup. Dont waste your time since they dont value their customers.Arrived within my pickup window. Waited 25 minutes before I called to get a status. Was told because people called off that the order wouldnt be ready another hour. And you didnt think to let me know?

Quick to get my prescription filled. Nice pharmacist. Thank you.

Meijer is our preferred store for groceries and home goods.Before the covid pandemic, they were open 24 X 7 all week, except for Christmas. They have shortened hours for now because staffing is difficult right now.Even with staffing challenges, the store is always clean and the shelves well stocked.Take a moment to thank every employee, they chose to come in and work rather than take the pandemic handouts.

Very clean, well maintained food dept. Very friendly staff, I noticed that every item was in its place, 5 stars.

Staff are very informative with guiding you to a product, very friendly. I didnt add a 5 star however, because, compared to all of the other locations this one just seem a tad-bit messy. Do appreciate this store and all of the sales that they always seem to have. And, Id also like to mention that Meijer is 100% better than shopping at Walmart. Over the past few years they have increasingly gotten worse with everything on the list. A few in the Macomb Co. area are so filthy its unbelievable. You can find nothing on the shelves, as they contain mixtures of products that belong on the other areas of the store. Forget about getting a buggy, youll have to fetch one in the parking lot and climb over all of the garbage and litter. Literally bags of trash through out the parking area. Staff are just out right disrespectful and have sharp attitudes when asked a question or during check out. Extremely horrible place to shop , Ill stick with Meijer from now on

Its amazing how Myers has the audacity to charge more for the same item in the gas station as you can walk right across the lot and go in the store 👎

This is my go to grocery store but tonight im just disgusted that they decided to put this HEPA Air Purifier back out onto the sales floor.... Purchased it tonight around 8:30 and its obviously been used... Selected it due to the clearance price... this is literally a health risk that it was even sold! Im going to have to bring it back tomorrow and i better get the price i paid for tonight!Update: Meijer has since allowed me to exchange it for the clearance price but im still disgusted that it was even put back on the sales floor

Meijer is amazing amd my go to store for everything! But since 2020 and at this location it has lacked on being clean and their customer service is is mediocre. Also Im not sure if its the aftermath of the pandemic or poor inventory but this store never refills on the items we use constantly. Its always an near bare.

The grocery area is far better than the pharmacy.

This store in particular, has a severe lack of employees that want to work. If you try to ask a question, all of a sudden they cant hear. Dont know where anything is in the store. The lack of correct pricing is another big problem. So is the riddled with quirks app. Im done arriving at a place of business, to spend MY money and leaving so aggravated, it ruins the rest of the day.

Ive been shopping at Meijer since the first one came to the Detroit Metro area many years ago. I liked it then I still like it now.

Store was clean, fresh food all looked good. Problem is the check out line. Limited lines open and Doris W has got to get off check out. Slowest cashier ever! And she double scanned 3 items of mine totalling an extra $14. It wasnt worth my time to tell her so I just accepted the extra charge so I could get on with my night.

Today Meijer disappointed me. I placed an order last night for pickup today. I get there today and the attendant informed me that the item flavor I ordered is not available so they replaced it with a different flavor. I asked why did you text me with this change? I was told they dont do that. Seriously? I could have declined without having to drive there and waste my time. So I declined to accept the item. Im so disappointed. I will never order on Meijers online again. Meijer doesnt have what it takes with online shopping.

Good produce, big home section lots of choices. Electronics section seems pretty dead.

I will never use this meijer. Went here after work to get 6 small items and took over an hour to checkout. There is only 6 checkout stations open within the entire store. Lines all the way to the end of the store. Other employees just standing around looking, no sense of urgency. Will never come here again!!!

Clean, friendly, nice products, check-out awful! 2 cashiers, 7 sets of customers in each line. Self-scan is worse! Back-to-school week and very limited help in check-out!

Very disappointed in how sale prices are displayed. Lean Cuisine did not have the 5 for $10.00 dinners stocked. Sign did say in small print that you had buy 5 to get $10.00 price. The Tostitos sign said 2 for $5.00 only!! Nothing about having to get 2 to get sale price!! Boom Chicka popcorn was the same way!! At check out was charged regular price as I got one of each one!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! If you have to get what sign says, all should indicate that as the Lean Cuisine sign did. When did Meijer change its policy??? Meijer wont be a place I will shop at in future!!

The self checkout is always understaffed. It’s not fair to an employee who has to take care of 10 registers on their own.

Registered online with Meijer to get a covid-19 Vaccine. That was 2 weeks ago, still havent heard from them. Went online to my county website yesterday and got my 1st dose today. Dont waste your time with Meijer just do what I did its much quicker.

Store needs more deli and meat counter workers. Too many people in line or order deli meat with only one person working.

Meijer has a wide variety of products and also good quality.

Decent selection of stuff and reasonably clean but there are never enough cashiers. ESP during Covid, often end up waiting 20 minutes in line to check out, even for self scan 12 items or less. Hire some more folks!Editing my review, same problems, never enough cashiers. Come on, even your self scan aisles aren’t even open. It shouldn’t take this long to grab a few things.

Its pretty much what you expect from the bigger stores now a days. Staff is polite but theyre ALWAYS understaffed to the point I dont think Ive ever seen someone in kids or electronics, never more than 2 lanes open etc.

Too crowded, I left. The lines were real long. Prices on baby clothes are high.

Went to pharmacy. Quick and on time.

Only few registered were opened!! It maybe short of staff. Mostly Everything was empty!! No soup, pasta sauce etc!!!

They still have cashiers. No long wait plus variety.

Good facility, but the price hikes are killing us!

Seems like every time I shop and scan now, people are in the line doing the regular scanning. I thought it was supposed to be for the shop and scan or the workers doing the pickup order?! It takes me forever.

Card readers dont work right, if at all... Should be replaced/upgraded. Ive had this problem 7 or 8 times already since mid-March.

Clean location as usual. Fully stocked.

Went to the fresh meat department no one there waited a couple of minutes asked a employee who was working in the frozen fish cooler was there anyone working in the department .I was not meet with a helpful employee I instead was told they have two people there.I was taken aback by the gruff manner with which I was received.The two employees showed up right about this time. I made my purchase and when on my way.The employee at the frozen cooler was of no help and instead tried to make me feel like I was bothering him . Their employees need to have better training.

They have two registers open in the whole store. Do not recommend going here.

Absolutely terrible. No carts were available, next to no registers open and the store was extremely dirty. I will be going to a different location in the future.

We can always count on Meijer to find what we need and I really enjoy their coupons they send in the 📬. I just wish they would send coupons on things that I buy regularly 😊.

Normally I have no problems when it comes to shopping at this Meijer. Christmas time wasnt bad. But today - 1/30/21I stood in line FOREVER. There was nobody directing the four large lines of self scan people. So I watched about ten people leave before me that got into a line after me! And the self scanner charged me for two of the exact same items three different times. Im about to call up to the service desk. Hope I can get my money back. I was thinking for the 12 things I purchased $141.33

I never have issues with Meijers in Warren on Mound,very peaceful to shop.

The greeter at the door stopped me for a mask. And it’s posted at the door vaccinated customers don’t need to wear them. She then continued to get in my face and tell me it’s her job. Don’t shop here. It’s not clean. And the employees will try to fight with you.

Watched a pakistani take shopping carts and straight clean out the milk cooler. Either has a huge family or taking it back to his party store for resale. His son just stood there and laughed. Get it together America. Thats what you voted for.

They Customer Service was Nice

Nice and clean, but considering the size of the store, I think they should have a bigger gluten free section.

Tried to buy Little Tikes Scooter that on internet showed that was $16.87. There was no bar code on the Scooter and they brought a tricycle to the cashier and told me they could use that bar code on the tricycle and charge me $30.00 for the Scooter. I told them no thanks as that is more than what the internet showed i could purchase it using my cart and buying it from Meijer. The same store where I was at. They had a lot of items with no prices and scanners wasnt working 😕

This is the only grocery store i go to. Its basically the only place i shop. I love meijer, they have everything

First let me start off by saying this is one of my favorit mijers. Its clean, usually stocked well and the employees are so nice! I ordered online today, by my surprise, it said I could get my delivery just a few short hours after I had ordered it. I was very excited for this. However, I assumed the store would be delivering it but they did not. No big deal though, I Believe its called shipt shopper or something along those lines, someone else had delivered it for me. His name is KEN. Although I was not home when delivery came and feel very bad about not tipping him.. he was so nice. They didnt have the item I purchased at this mound location. He even offered to try a different store for me. I did not want him going out of his way, so I told him that it was ok. He picked out a brand of item in the same size and same color as the one I had purchased. Im very pleased with my experience and would give this store, their employees and my shipt shopper a 5+ star rating 😁

Wish I could give it no stars. This store needs to get their stuff together. Two check out lanes open on Monday at 5 o clock with minimum of 10 people in every single line, including the self checkout and fast lanes. Ended up leaving my entire cart of groceries there (that I had just spent the last hour shopping for) and walking out. I won’t be going back to this location.

The pharmacy staff is very efficient and courteous. The wait time is less than 45 minutes and you are alerted when your prescription is ready

This is the second time Ive had to ditch my full cart off to customer service to be restocked because the lines are insanely long and Im not going to wait 10-30 minutes to checkout. Terrible management as far as having enough cashiers to be able to check out their customers in a reasonable time.

Good layout, shopping-wise...horrible in the “self check out” lines...Every time, at least one lane is “error/red light” and the line goes 10 deep,And the bags are stuck/(static cling?) together, every time, making the stress, worse..13 Mile location (1 mile away) is much less stress at checkout... I choose to go THERE.

Checkouts were football field deep in lines....took more time standing in line than it did for me to get items at deli, get a total of 27 items throughout grocery section....spice section was basically empty
