I live at 19397 Buffalo st. Detroit michigan 48234. Im wondering why I dont receive any sale papers.

They really clean their store quite well they have a very good meat selection as far as porterhouse steaks they have wonderful potato salad and their deli they have a very big selection of chips and food and accessories that you didnt know you needed the workers are very friendly and nice my daughter and I shop there a lot

Cashier forgot to give all my change back before she closed her drawer had to wait till the next day. I got a call right away to pick up my money. I always shop at this location

I agree with some of the remarks that are made on here. The store does smell like the meat is rotten. I brought salt pork and ham hock for beans and the next day I went to use them omg they were so rotten. I have brought stuff there with expire dates. Should have checked the dates. But the pork and ham hocks had a date on it for another 1 week. Be ware of your dates.

The cashiers are always friendly and has a smile on their faces

I loved it. Better than pick and save by far. Better prices. Better quality. Definitely worth going back to. The only thing I dont like is, its a little out of the way. I have to walk. Its definitely worth the walk. Especially for the value. And quality. I could care less about the smell. Im from Texas. Were always cooking something.

Went to grab something quick to make for lunch with my two children. The manager, Pam chased me and my children down in the store because we did not have a mask on. (weve never worn a mask in the store). I stated that I am medically unable, she replied with oh, bologna, you should protect your children.Thanks for the advice, Pam. Ill protect them by not spending one more penny in that disgusting store. Maybe if you cared as much about the Rotten meat and produce you sell the public, less people would be sick.Also, my four year old daughter wants to know why that crazy lady was yelling at us. I let her know that its because youre delusional.

I walked in to return blueberries that I bought a day and a half ago that were bad. As I waited at what looks exactly like a customer service window, a woman was in the booth counting money. I waited Patiently as to not distract her from counting. As I realized she was just simply ignoring me, she finally looked over at me and says, rudely, can I help you with something?. I was in shock at her attitude, to say the least. I responded with well, I hope so, Ive been standing here for a while now. She says well thatd not the service window, that is. I respond with well maybe you should post something stating that the window Im at (the window thats actually closer to her) isnt the service window. Weird silence... So I tell her shes just f-ing rude... She immediately says well you are too. You can come back tomorrow with whatever you have. I then ask to speak to the supervisor. She says shes the supervisor. Wow!?!?!!! Really? Now, I didnt say that. In fact, I didnt say anything more to this waste of space human. I simply walked our with my rotting blueberries. I will be making Every attempt to get this woman fired. I promise all of you that. She needs therapy or something. I, honestly feel sorry for her. But, that doesnt mean Im not going to whomever I have to in order to get her removed from the position shes in. Nobody should be treated the way I was treated. I do, however regret swearing. It wasnt necessary. I guess it was a knee-jerk reaction to unwarranted disrespect. Still inappropriate though. So, I suggest to whomever is reading to never go to shopper. The store is very overpriced and smells like rotting food, and its rare that items are clearly marked with accurate prices. This is the second time Ive purchased rotting food from here within 3-4 weeks. Not only will I never shop here again, I will proceed in my efforts to bring awareness to others about Shoppers Market.

Over price almost like a convenient store vs a grocery store take advantage of locals with food stamps and no ride to Meijer, walmart, fair priceing is part of coustomer service, poor parking small store, but this place went from 15 stores to 3 stores in 25 years there fair price reatiars have done the opposite.

Lived in Warren 51 years ,NEVER had ANY issues with this store. I prefer them over Krogers. Keep up the Great Work 👍

Why does this grocery store smell like rotting Meat, bleach and a bit of Vomit? It’s okay for a quick emergency trip but otherwise the smell is horrid. No store should smell like this.

I gave 1 star because I cant give a negative star. The customer service at the Shoppers Market on Van Dyke and 9 Mile Rd is horrible. They dont honor the sales that they post and the cashiers are running around behind them (management) asking them what they should charge. I would go 2 miles up the street to Walmart for cheaper prices at least.

Smaller grocery store franchise with a more personal, family feel. Enjoy a full array of items from eggs and milk to plateware and cleaning supplies. Shoppers market always offers fresh produces and meats. Stop on in and see how much cheaper your next shopping trip WILL be.

They put the customers first and go out there way to insure that you get what you need. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They treat you better than family.

Organized. Sometimes they have good deals, but their frozen foods are over priced. Great for a last minute pick up. Not very cost effective for large grocery shopping.

Prices are too high but the employees are very nice. I wouldnt recommend buying meat there. The hamburger meat is always brown in the center and smells bad.

This is probably the WORST grocery store ever. The workers are rude and the food is old. 2 days ago I seen stuff on shelves with expiration dates of 2018. Their fruits and veggies go bad within a day along with milk. I just bought a gallon of milk, went to pour my son a bowl of cereal and the milk was old and chunky. I WILL be reporting them!

The store may not be in the best of condition. However they are almost never out of stock on sale items. These people do a lot for their customers. They have a lot of items in a small space. Prices are competitive. Thank You

At first I didnt like going there, it was alwsys dirty and had a bad smell when I walked in. But theyve cleaned up the store and it doesnt smell bad anymore either ! You cant beat their meat selection, prices and the quality of their meat. Some of their other prices are kinda high but I still go back there all the time !

The meat was much cheaper than everyone else around the area. All around great store for that area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful to anything I asked for

Second time ive gone there 10 minutes prior to when they are supposed to close only to be turned away, they save 5 minutes while i have to drive to meijer

Wish I could give zero as a rating. I have been coming to this store since I was a young child and its definitely gone down hill. The store is absolutely filthy and the prices are outrageous. Then you have the staff that are complete A-holes, yelled at my grandma because they over charged and said it was her fault when in reality I watched the cashier double scan her items while talking to the bagger. Then to down their boss in front of the customers is ridiculous. If you hate your job that much then get a damn education.

This place has really gone down the tubes. I went to the deli for some cheese, its only 5 PEOPLE standing there and I not get served, nor acknowledged....I will not spend my money there, go to Value Fresh!!

Their bottle machines never work and they still wont take back the emptiy bottles, they violate the Michigan Bottle Deposit Law, the manager was rude, disrespectful and kicked me out of the store when i tried explaining he has to take the botles back regardless if the machines are working or not, this is the worst store Ive ever been to. I noticed the store has a nastey sewer smell to the laat couple times i tried taking empties back, do yourself a favor and just go to Kroger

This location has good sale that bring in a lot of people but the fact that you have your workers working in these conditions it feels like there isn’t no HEAT !! It’s as cold as it is outside ! You guys should be ashamed ! These are human beings it’s beyond words cold inside this location ! It’s a grocery store in the state of Michigan not in Alaska . I feel horrible inside to see these people have to go threw this !The city should get involved !

The smell is awful, like chicken fried in old grease. Sales are blaah. I only go because its close to home.

I like to shop here always good service prices are so so on some things I recently purchased some hamburger from here looked good and healthy on outside of pack but when I opened it to put into freezer bag inside was like a grey color not fresh as I thought it did not smell bad but the color inside not on top ?????

Dirty and way to high priced. Most items are expired or about to expire. Every time Ive ever tried to get bread it never has more than 3-4 days before its old. Meat section disgust me terribly.
