A good store if you are on a budget.

Cant go wrong on prices of greeting cards. 50 cents or a $1.00. So tired of paying $5.00 for a card at other stores.Friendly service.

This dollar tree is a bigger one in my area. But so many shelves were completely empty or almost empty. I dont know if its due to staffing issues but it wasnt appealing at all

Dollar tree is my happy place - when I am stressed or need to clear my head, i enjoy walking the aisles. You never know what treasures might be found. I had not been in this particular store before. It is a very nice and clean (and stocked) location.

They had everything I needed and the price was right. The store was clean and the employees were nice and helpful.I do prefer to go to Dollar Tree over the other dollar stores.

This store is the best!!! Always fully stocked and friendly employees. Checkout lines are not a mile long either!

Very helpful and friendly employees

On the 15th of April 2021 around 7pm, I stopped by at the Dollar Tree, Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan, I went there to purchase some items and I found the little bottles of wine and I decided to buy 36 bottles, on getting to the cashier, I explained how many bottles I had and asked if I should put all the 36 bottles on the cashier belt and Jacob the cashier said no dont put all the bottles on the belt and I said okay and told him I have 36 bottles of the same kind of wine, and he started to ring me up, with the hope that he was done ringing all the bottles of wine because the wine bottle he was using to ring was returned back to me I actually thought he was done until he spoke to me rudely saying he only ranged 18 bottles, and I asked him how am I supposed to know you only ranged up 18 bottles you are the caser, I thought to my self why did you return the bottle back when you not done ringing the wine, he was actually implying that am trying to walk out of the store without paying for the rest of the wine, he finished ringingall my items and asked if I wanted the receipt and I said ofcourse and all of a sudden he said to me rudely you dont have to be rude and I lost it completely all the whole time he was being nasty and rude to me and I composed my self , I asked to see the manager while explaining to the manager I realized they both manager and Jacob were both very rude at that point i felt that the manager and Jacob should not be in a position of serving customers, they both lack training in customer service. Being A Black person doesnt mean am a thief, stop the discrimination.

Always A+ at this location. As a self proclaimed Dollar Tree Pro shopper I usually find items that I’m on the hunt for at this location, that I seen on YouTube hauls. The store is clean, well maintained, Customer Service is A1 the ladies and gentlemen here are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work you are appreciated.

For such a nice store the cashiers are down right mean, a total like of customer service.

Place was out of alot of tjings but nice and organized. Alot of easter stuff too.

This Store was fully stocked and clean. Everything you need for a dollar. Only needed more cashiers. Line was long, waited a awhile. but another cashier eventually showed up and was helpful/fast.

Store was packed, only one register open. The location had five employees there. Once manager noticed, opened up a register.

Had everything I wanted with fast service

This store is absolutely amazing! I love coming here for small odds and ends. I came here on Christmas eve this recent holiday and the store was absolutely INSANE! and the employees handled it so well! The store was super clean and organized besides the customers rambling through everything. The checkout cashiers had people in and out super quick. Amazing staff and helpful team.

Very convenient and it’s close to my house. It’s a good place to buy cheap gifts and DIY things and since I’m an artsy person I love going there! You guys should check it out!

I find it a bit shocking. I placed my basket on the hook at the end of the checkout aisle. The employee snidely said, we usually put those over there. I apologized and said I had thought they would seperate them so they could be sanitized. Again, we clean them over there pointing to the stack of baskets at the front door. So all day, people pick up these baskets, carry them around, and the management rudely demands you put it on the top of the stack when youre done? Basically shaking hands with everyone who has been in the store all day. The only thing more disgusting than that was the womans attitude. Uncalled for and disrespectful.

It is a very friendly store and the people are very helpful when you are looking for something. They have a big selection of things to choose from. They always have there shelves stocked . You should give them a try and see for yourself.

Its a pretty good dollar store. They change items frequently. Right now they have a bunch of cute Easter items in. I am addicted to their laundry baskets - who can pass up a o e dollar laundry basket!!! The only negative is that the checkout line is usually long.

Another customer and I asked a cashier if she was open because her light was off. She said no, so we went to the other line. Another customer came in the door, grab some balloon walk into her line and she turned her light on and was open. Some employees just want to much power and are petty. Thanks, will not return.

Worst store I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service, super mean and rude. Go to the dollar general next store, much better store. I wouldn’t step foot in this dollar tree ever again. Even if someone paid me to go.

I love this place. The variety of products, prices, and the employees. The only drawback of Dollar Trees is that they have a lot of foreign made products. Wish they have more made in USA products.

Weird employee followed me around the entire time with a basket, my girlfriend asked him to stop following us and he told us we were testing our luck and to go to a different store. We complained but he still followed us around. Really creepy... couldnt even shop because I was so creeped out he was in every aisle I went in

Clean store nice parking

Really like this Dollar Tree store first time that I visited it today I like the fact that they had a lot of different items in the store then other Dollar Trees and they also had quite the baseball football and basketball card collection where other Dollar Trees seem to be a lot of or they dont have quite the selection they had different food items also that I noticed other Dollar Trees dont have and I really like that the cashier was nice and I plan on going back to that Dollar Tree store soon and itll be my dollar store to go to from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Most of the time they only have one cashier open. It is always hot in the store in warm months. The carpet is stained all over. The employees seem to keep a positive attitude despite lousy management.

Extremely convenient for me 😊 also usefully will have everything that Im looking for. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Dollar Tree is always a good go to if youre on a budget. you cant beat the prices on most things. Even at Walmart youll pay 50-75% more. Great for buying glassware, garbage bags, laundry detergent, disposable food storage containers..ect.

Shop here often I only wish it was a big more organized and not have bins of random stuff thrown into them.

As the name is implying its a dollar store so it has all the stuff you expect to find. This one my kids like a lot more then others though.

This is a nice, clean store but the employees are young and obnoxious, loudly gabbing about Taco Bell and boys. Get it together, ladies.
