I had forgotten how many new items you can find here. They have my sparkling ice+ caffeine $1.25 a can, sparkling ice for$.75 a bottle. Lots of spices and baking needs, even if your following a gluten free or keto diet. (But read your labels!!!)Food storage and organization baskets. Pet supplies. I never left the front of the store, hubby was getting cranky. I will be back.

Good place. No problems to reportExcept they need to fix up the parking lot. A few potholesAnd theres never enough shopping carts inside. I dont think they have that many, and when it gets busy theyre all out in the parking lot, and theyre too busy for anyone to go out and bring them in. So, word to the wise, grab one on your way in and then youre all set

Nice clean in and out variety of food spices and house and Halloween stuff and furniture for you in house and patio

I had to lower my rating. I have gone to this (WARREN) Big Lots many times and every time Ive gone to look at furniture . . . NO one to help.. There is a person there to help. .. But NOT ME ( us) ! I have sat on , walked around, looked at and pulled out furniture. No help. Has NEVER ASKED if i needed Help. ( great customer service)not !! He becomes ghost ..hmmmm.... Except when its someone that is same color like him. This has happen at least 10 times.. I went to another location because of this and purchase a few items. I go to a different location now. I should keep my money in my pocket. Edit: 10/11/21. Same customer service I think he has help ..lol.. But not helping anyone. It has to be JUST ONLINE furniture service....dont know

This location is well stocked and very organized. Employees are great too. They just need to have more than one cashier working so u can get home at a reasonable time.

From last time i was there till now a huge difference!!! Way cleaner, shelves stocked and young man checking out was great. Have to change my star rating higher. Was a 3 now a 4

Usually a good big lots to do at, but today theyre was literally 2 people working here today!! Just the manager and 1 cashier. Long wait to check out and the cashier was ready to just walk out because the manager was ignoring her questions.

This store is ok. Some of the workers are pleasant. The store is clean. Its close to my location so I will return.

A very slow moving store. They have a decent selection of furniture and other household goods. Its a clean store and pretty well stocked. The only issue is the checkout process, theres barely any staff so its a sluggish task when youre actually ready to leave and the online ordering/ Curbside pick up suffers from the same issue.

I love the cashier David at this location who works Saturday he is very nice to me brightens up my day and asks me if I found what I needed like what a cashier says he’s the best Big lots you rock.

One of my most fav places to shop. Ya never know what u will find and prices are always low. Highly recommended

Furniture is extremely cheap quality the recliner I bought has gradually fell apart in three months with just normal use. The wood that supports the backrest has completely split and the stitching just coming apart everywhere

The one thing I like abt this place was I signed up for there rewards card so I get $5 off my next purchase. But the place looked run down and not clean NO offense just keeping it real and honest. Im just a firm believer in honesty even if its something you dont wanna hear because people or management need to know. Also it didnt have that much stuff like other big lots do.

Need to hire more clerks, line be too long with 1 Cashier and baskets all outside but I love this Big Lots

Store was clean. A lot of employees on the floor available to help. Certain sections were somewhat bare but thats to be expected due to the pandemic. They also offer 10% off to essential workers with employee ID. A big plus!

I went there for the lighted outdoor Christmas tree and they were all out of most of the Christmas decorations; however, iin the toy section I went shopping crazy. I have 7 grandbabies and I bought them at least 4-5 items a piece and spent $163! I bought games, dolls, trucks, cars, jewelry making, puzzles, etc. I even bought a pack of soft fluffy snowballs so we can have an indoor snowball fight😀. I didnt know toys were on sale until I got to the register. The cashier was really nice and cordial. I gotta go to a different one and get the educational items tomorrow.

The Michigan grown fruit and vegetables are awesome! The price is cheap and the taste is wonderful..I bought fall mums that were 4 for $20 and I was quite surprised at how beautiful they were!! 5 stars from me 😀

This is a smaller store than others I have been to (that is why the missing star). I have been there in the past and it was messy. I am happy to say it was very neat this time. I will come back now. This was last resort, not anymore. Shelves were a little empty but I think because of covid epidemic.

Didnt have everything I needed. Some of the shelves were empty. Had to go to two different Big Lots! Still didnt find everything!

Went to purchase a couple of clothes baskets and distilled water, they had neither. Its ok if youre just browsing but too hit or miss if you need anything other than a few food items.

When your looking for household items on a budget. This is a good place to shop first. Whether its fir kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. They also have nice rugs and pillows. Their furniture is cheap.

I frequent this location and Ive let their rudeness slip by a few times until today. I approached the checkout and their were three employees up there. No one said anything to me accept the cashier asked if I had a Big Lots card. I completed my transaction and went to pick up my bag from the ground where it this girl who seemed to be the manager stepped between me and my bag just to get around to the counter. The one who rang me up never talks to me and today wasnt any different. Terrible customer service

This is a great spot for household items you need like batteries and lightbulbs. You won’t get that stuff for less anywhere else. They also have a nice variety of many things… Some packaged groceries, health and beauty items, housewares and office supplies and so much more. Every year before the Christmas season this is where I go for wrapping paper and stuff to decorate the house. If you’ve never been to a Big Lots store check it out for yourself; you can do so much with the money you’ll save.

While this location carries/sells expired foods, its actually rather nice inside. employees were very nice, too.

I just LOVE Big Lots. I don’t care which one I go to. They are great.Now at holiday season I truly enjoy their selections of small stocking stuffers. Things you can not find every where. Please don’t go away.
