After standing and waiting for someone to ask how they could help me (one tech was earnestly tapping his keyboard and squinting at the monitor while the other quickly finished with the guy in front of me. Then took phone calls that rang in after my arrival). I asked about my brakes. He said tomorrow. I asked if I needed to set and appointment for tomorrow. He replied, No, you need to leave it. I said that did not work. I understand lacking help, but that is not a good business model for a workaround.

Purchasing tires is not fun, and having a tire that needs repair is even less fun, but the Warren Belle Tire will take great care of you.I recently purchased 2 tires, and went back within a month to have debris pulled from another tire. Each time the employees at the counter were hospitable and quickly addressed the issue. I will always buy my tires from this particular location.

My daughter needed two new tires on her 2016 Malibu. Andrew andRob were very helpful and provided me with the information needed so that I could purchase the best tires for her vehicle while maintaining quality at a minimum cost. Rob serviced us immediately, upon entering the store, and assessed her vehicle tires. Within an hour of our visit, her vehicle had been serviced and was ready for the road. They where nice but they need more workers. First I got there about 30 minutes after they opened, they told me 3 hours, ok not a problem, so I waited. Then they told me its going to be longer and they couldnt give me a time. So I left disappointed .

Took my dads car in to have all 4 tires balanced $60.00 Sat there 2 hours did not fix the problem. Took it to Nortown Collision found out the CV joint is bad on one side and the Drive Link is leaking and the TIRES WERE NOT BALANCED My Dad is on a fixed income. Shame on you!!!

Everyone I have ever dealt with at this Belle Tire location has been completely professional and courteous. I have had work done on my S.O.s car as well as my own and would fully recommend these folks for issues with tires, suspension, and brakes.

These guys are great! I brought my tire that had a valve stem and rim leak that another place had tried to fix twice. Brought it up here and they cleaned the rim and installed a new valve stem FREE! Fixing the problem. And, they have free, self help air. Great guys at the front desk too.

A few weeks ago I visited the Belle Tire in Roseville at 14 and Gratiot. I had all four tires replaced on my fiancés vehicle. With an 8 am appointment (right when they opened), it took nearly 3 hours for the service to be performed.Lets fast forward to todays visit at the Belle Tire on 14 and Van Dyke. I dropped my leased vehicle off for a tire repair (had a nail in it), without an appointment right when they opened. I was working during this stop, so I had to leave my car and continue my day with my coworker. Exactly 30 minutes after I dropped the car off, I received a text message that the service has been completed.I am very happy I decided to give this Belle Tire a try. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. Not to mention, my car was patched and my issue has been taken care of free of charge.I highly recommend this Bell Tire oppose to the other locations, as they are very efficient and friendly.

It’s the smallest things that can make the worst of weeks better. My name is Mike I’m writing this review on my wife’s account, I had to put it out because today I felt like there’s still good people in this world. With covid I’ve been 7 days a week living at my shop (engineering and hospital equipment manufacturing) I’m due to pick up my brother In Ohio in the morning and sure enough there goes a tire. I’ve called everywhere trying to get a slot. Called up this location and immediately had me come in so I left a few minutes early. As the job was finished I went to pay and I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he handed me an invoice for 0$ for what should have been at least 180 not including labor. Whether he seen my distressed look or not I couldn’t believe what was going on. To that man I appreciate you being generous and kind and to the team for getting me back on the road and ready for a 8 hour trip back and forth. It may be nothing to someone but people had it rough this year especially business owners and their employees that’s why this means so much. Expect my business permanently is the least one can do. God bless America and god bless these guys at belle Tire in Warren Michigan.

5 stars is an understatement!!! I popped a tire back in Feb 2018, came to belle tire to get a new one, it wasnt in stock received a loaner tire. Fast forward 2020 turning my car in one tire doesnt match. Came back to belle tire Justin took care of me no problem no questions asked. Thank You so much for you complete understanding.❤

Costco had a deal on Michelin tires but i have been loyal to belle tire Its easier to get the tire rotations there and just have them do the alignment because costco does not. I went into this location with my receipt from costco spoke to a guy forgot his name but the card on the desk said assistant manager to see if they can match because belle tire has the lowest prices guaranteed. He says you got 110 dollars off i cant match it hands me my receipt back and walks away. So I got my tires from costco and went to the roseville location for the alignment and he asked where i got the tires I told him and explained what happened at the other location and what you know he knew about the costco deal and said we are the lowest price guaranteed. Because this miserable employee they have lost a customer for life. Good Job!!!!!

AwfulMade an appointment for an inspection and to have a simple valve stem replacement and they told me it would be several hours before they even could get it on the lift.Whats the point in having the option to schedule an appointment online especially if they cant ever honor the time scheduled.Also I believe they dont even look at the online appointments for the day before hand at all because they acted lost when I came in at my scheduled time..Belle tire corporation needs to fire management that cant run the shop on schedule.

The service was good. But the wait to have four new tires installed was too long . The wait was two and half hours.

Didn’t buy my tires from Belle Tire as I had just moved here from Florida. I brought in a flat tire to be repaired fully expecting to pay and when they were done installing the fixed tire I asked how much was the bill they said “NO CHARGE!!” Great customer service from the gentleman who work here. My new tires in the spring with definitely be from Belle Tire!!!!

They diagnosed the problem - without upselling - and provided a timely fix. I found a slight adjustment was needed, so I went back on a Saturday afternoon (very busy time!) and they got me in and out with the updated adjustment in an understandable time frame.I appreciate their honesty and service.Theyre good at what they do. This is where you want to go and trust them to do whats right... with no upselling...

I showed up at 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment today for a set of tires I was told by Ken that it would take 90 minutes. While I was waiting, the music in the garage was so loud it sounded like a night club and I heard workers dropping eff bombs. At 4:00 they came out and told me they cant get their bay door open. I asked if my tires were done or close to being done. They told me they had not been able to pull it in yet! I asked why I was not told that when I arrived at 2:45 and was told, I dont know.This is my first time here and it will definitely be my last.

Matt Maceri is my guy! But he was relocated and I had a flat, so I went to the closest location to me. Kenny was awesome! He treated me and other customers like my friend of over 15 years does! He came out to my car, suggested I leave my tire there so I didnt have to wait, and he called me first thing in the morning when they were ready for me to bring my car to bolt on the tire. I highly recommend Belle Tire on Van Dyke south of 14 Mile Rd.!!!Also, the store itself was very clean! I witnessed sanitizing of counters and other surfaces while I was waiting. Chairs spaced in the waiting room & circles on the floor to promote social distancing. All employees were wearing masks and gloves. I witnessed employees sanitizing their hands and changing their gloves frequently the right way and at the appropriate times. They sanitized vehicles before entering, and after pulling it back around for the customer. Top notch guys!

This place is a ripoff. I went their for inspection and they gave me a list of issues that costs about 1800 to fix. The inspector guy thought my tires I replaced were different even though they clearly look all the same and same brand. I did not trust them and said will think about getting them do the job. And thank god I didn’t trust these hustlers. I took it to another inspector where I go change oil and he showed me there is nothing to be concerned of. All are good. The car is in great condition. He even took time to explain what’s what. I wish this workers in belle or everywhere were honest and not trying to rip people off. By the way the price on Belle tire is 5 times higher and who is to know if they will do the job right b/c you don’t see what they are doing. Belle tire shouldn’t exist. I feel sorry for those who trusting these belle tire.

Used to be the best place around, but are a scam now for repairs.I had a fuel leak in a flex line that I couldnt quite get to in my driveway so I had the car towed to this location. I told them that I was 99% sure that I knew where the issue was and left it with them. They called me the next day and told me that all of my fuel lines, the fuel pump (which was only a year old) and my fuel tank NEEDED to be replaced and it would cost $1900. I had the car towed back to my house, spent about 3 hours with the car on stands and about $40 and fixed the issue. The fuel pump works fine and the tank has some surface rust but is sound.To make matters worse, when I picked the truck up, the exhaust had been broken and a CV boot had been damaged. I cant say if this was retribution for calling them out on their shady quote or not, but it was definitely more broken when I got it back than it was when I dropped it off, and I have a statement from the tow truck driver to back me on it.

I was notified it was time for a tire rotation. I took my car to Belle Tire for a tire rotation. I also, asked that my tire wear to be checked at this visit. After my tire rotation was completed, I was given an estimate in excess of $1800+ for front end repairs. I had my car inspected prior to this visit. I feel this place is not trustworthy. The front desk guy was less than understanding. I will NEVER go to Belle Tire again. This occurred at the Warren location.

Do not trust these people I was told I needed to get 1700.00 of work on front end I bought 4 brand new tires wanted front end alignment was told all this front end work needed to be done things my truck dont even have they pointed out as needed repair these people are not trustworthy they quoted all these parts out parts that didnt even go to my vehicle upon getting my truck checked out elsewhere I was told none of this was true

Stay away from this place! Robert had an attitude and when he saw my back he was making jokes on my account. Very poor customer service, just there is so many other shops you just dont need to deal with this one !And and of course theyll try to take advantage of you because the guy told me that I have a hole on the side of the tire which was not true and they suggested me I need to change all of my tires because they are bad. One and a half years old tires.The other shop fix my tire.

I have not had any purchases or repairs done but they are the only place around that offers free self-service air. When gas stations are charging $1.50 for barely enough time to top off 2 or 3 tires,That is a big plus in my book.

A little while later the Manager Robert Pelker called me back and gave me a great price. Paid over $1200.00 for new set of tires, couple day later got a knocking sound in front right, after checking it out it was my hub 3 of the 4 screws were missing, checked the rest of my hubs and every single screw was loose. Now im having problems finding replacement screws. I payed way to much do dealing with this, i do not recommend them at all!

The guys at this Belle Tire were awesome. I came in late this afternoon due to running over a large screw. I explained what happened and I was told there would be about 1-1.5 hour wait so I got picked up to go home for a little while. They called me letting me know my car was all finished, and I unfortunately missed the call and couldnt make it until about 15 minutes after they closed. I was grateful enough that Robert G. at the front desk kept the doors unlocked for me to pick up my car! You guys rock. Thanks!

We had some alignment trouble with our car. Rob was extremely helpful and informative in getting the car where it needed to go.

I brought my car in with tire issue and the check engine light on. They tell me nothing is wrong with my tires, a quick patch will fix it, and I can be on my way. THREE DAYS and $2,000 later of things wrong with it, I finally get it back AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON. I bring it back and they proceed to list more things wrong with it to fix that. Are you kidding me?! You address a million things you find yourself but dont fix the problem I brought it there for? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR DOING BUSINESS LIKE THAT.

Low tire pressure sensor. Fixed in about an hour. Drove 7 miles or so ... Sensor went off. :( Went right back and they fixed it with no waiting. Nice lobby area. Id give them 5 Stars except I needed to go back. Over all good service. And Nice guys. 👍

Very helpful and informative crew. They took the long laundry-list of items that need work and broke it down into various priorities knowing that having everything done at once will be well over my budget. Belle Tire, as a company, has always stood by their work and warranties and have offered many minor maintenance items as complimentary service when other work is being performed.

Ive been here almost 3 hours for a simple plug. Instead of suggesting putting on the spare, they called around looking for the same tire.Next time I will send my husband to take care of things like this.

Bob Gray had an attitude with me as soon as i walked in the store. I brought in a tire with a piece of debris in it to get it plugged. Before even examining the tire he tells me i need a new one. Keep in mind that I bought these tires from this same belle tire store not even 3 years ago. This car is driven less than 8k miles a year. I inquired about what kind of tread life warranty the tire came with and he immediately tries to deflect the issue with attitude and ask me if i rotate the tires. These tires are rotated during every single oil change at the dealer. He then informed me that since its no longer offered he didnt know what kind of warranty it had. He then claimed that comparable entry level tires have no expected tread life. However a quick search of their website shows that even the cheapest tires offered for my vehicle have at least a 40k mile tread life. When i started asking questions to this fact he accused me of being snarky with him. Simply terrible customer service. I walked out the door. Customer interactions like this are what give belle tire such a bad reputation.

They removed a screw from my tire and patched it for free within 30 minutes. Definitely will go here for any future tire problems.

Good experience no problem From the guys besides going in for a tire....jus one tire fix coming out with a bill 1,200 anyways its a business so its pricey and Kennedy was great!! I swear I got on his nerves but he never showed it and answered all questions with patience... thats me talking but overall no complaints and my baby is home with me.... thanks guys

Good price on tires ,tried to sell me 1600 dollars worth of work on stuff that had already been done elsewhere and said you need this stuff. Told me the brakes were installed incorrectly, apparently Bell Tire doesnt know how to put brakes on cause they were the once that replaced them previously.

The staff are friendly and they changed my brakes rather quickly compared to other places. Its usually hit or miss with the wait times though. for tire repair.

The dealer tires were obviously not Belle tires, they came with the car. I pulled off the freeway near Flint. I get great tire service here but if I need a car repair they try to rip me off every time. Thought the first time was maybe just a fluke so I tried them again and I told my axles were completely broken and needed to be replaced; however if an axle is broken you literally cant drive the car as it wont move. I drove it out of the parking lot and to another mechanic who checked and told me my axles were perfectly fine. This Bell Tire tried to get me to spend $500 for nothing

We took in an older vehicle, and staff made sure we were fully informed about the possibility of finding more problems beyond what we knew. They maintained contact with us about the repairs, answered all our questions, and even tested the vehicle for other issues before we picked it up.

Always do business with them. Friendly service. Very knowledgeable. Free tire rotation when you purchase your tires from there. Also put shocks on my truck. Highly recommend!

They are always courteous & try to get me what I need at a fair price. Staff is cheerful, & I like the fact that you can make an appointment for non-emergency service. I saw two different women who had either limped their car in, or got it towed in...They got to them fairly quickly too. As a single woman, thats nice to know.

I had 4 new tires put on my minivan and when I got home my passenger front tire was flat. I took my car back to belle tire and they told me that my valve was bad and had to be replaced. I have had the car for over 10 years and never had a problem with that valve until I took my car to get new tires. The guy at the store tried to explain that these valves can go at any time. I find it very coincidental that right after I get new tires i suddenly need a new valve on a wheel where I had zero problems for 10 years. I also find it very coincidental that a company that supposedly knows about tires did not check this when replacing the tires. So either they are incompetent or they accidentallydamaged the valve sonit had to be replaced because there was nothing wrong with it before I had to get new tires. So good luck if you decide to use this company and hopefully nothing suddenly needs to be replaced on your vehicle that was working just fine.
