The older gentlemen did his best to help fix our fairly damaged windshield. He felt that he didn’t do a satisfactory job and wouldn’t take money for his work. I think he did an excellent job!! After trying to pay him twice we left because he wouldn’t accept a payment. We would like to thank him again for his services and we will definitely be back for any other glass repair jobs we have.

I just replaced my back hatch window on my Montana and they did a great job! They were very friendly. The part was ordered and received that day and they got the job done speedy quick!!

Being detail-obsessed, I asked them to take another look at the job done and they added some extra sealant without any problems.

I took my car to Henderson at 14 and Van Dyke recently to have two repairs done. A windshield chip and a rear door window regulator.The repairman, Mike, had my windshield fixed in like 15 mins!They didnt have the part in stock for my door so they had to order one. When I went to have it installed, a couple days later, I was told I didn’t need that part after all. They were very honest and said that I just needed a bushing replaced. There are a lot of businesses out there would have charged me for a repair I didn’t need. This was much appreciated!Len, and Mike and the other team member that initially took my order ( sorry I don’t remember his name) were very professional, pleasant, kind and honest!The prices for repairs are very reasonable and I will gladly refer Henderson Glass, and especially this location, to anyone I know.Thank you!

I had a windshield replaced in my 2015 Ford Explorer. About a month after it was installed, the trim cover piece from the A-pillar blew off when the vehicle was driven on the expressway. Henderson Glass took full responsibility and replaced it at their own cost, no questions asked. I am not sure I would have received the same treatment if I had the windshield done at a collision shop or smaller company. They are a reputable company that backs their work and I for one appreciate it. Thanks Lynn!

Since Michigan roads love to throw rocks at cars, I went to Henderson Glass in Warren for a chip on my windshield. I had the pleasure of working with Mike & Len to fix the issue. They were both very warm and friendly. I was told it would take 20-30 minutes to fill the chip, they were done in 10 minutes! They made sure I understood that filling the chip would not make the visual appearance disappear, but was a structural repair to prevent the windshield from additional damage when the temps finally drop. These guys are great up at Henderson. They were very professional and quick about replacing my windshield. Not a single blemish on my vehicle afterwards. They also gave me a much better price than anybody else by far.

Great service from friendly staff!I was having my windshield replaced and the staff let me know that the new windshield they received had chips on the top edges of it, so they had a new one sent over to them so they could still replace it that same day. They could have just put the chipped replacement one in (the chips would have been hidden if it had been installed), so Im grateful for their honesty and initiative to make sure they provided a safe, new windshield!

We have used Henderson in the past. Today we got a stone chip in our windshield. I immediately called the Warren office and Len took my information and was ready to get the chip repaired when we arrived. From the time we got the chip to the time it was repaired was about 90 minutes. THANK YOU LEN & HENDERSON GLASS!!! WE WILL DEFINATELY USE YOU AGAIN!!!!!

My windshield was damaged by a gravel hauler on the way to work. Thankfully the store opened at 8am. I gt in at 805 and was out at 820. Len is a true gentleman and has excellent customer service.

I had a back window replaced on my vehicle due to it leaking. The man behind the counter is knowledgeable and professional. But when it came to installation of the window thats where I had issues with their work. After installation of the new window, I inspected the work done. I found that my window is now missing 3 retaining nuts and one that was only threaded on a couple turns. I also found pry marks on the outside cab around the window. I brought it to their attention and they were willing to replace the nuts but I dont think its worth traveling there multiple times for a job that should have been done right the first time.

So easy to work with. And prompt service, as promised!

Okay so I will admit that Henderson Glass wasnt my first choice and I tremendously regret it!!! I got a chip in the windshield of my brand new lease on Sunday (12-16) so I went to Safelite on my way home from work the next day and they quoted me about $150! I walked out of there and called Henderson, the person I spoke with was super nice and I wish I had called them first. He told me that it would cost about $40 which sounded WAY more reasonable. I made the appointment and went yesterday! Let me just say that this place was the best from start to end! I walked in with my 15 month old nephew and they treated us like family. Len and Mike were more than AWESOME! They explained the entire process and let me know Id still see the chip. While Mike patched the chip (which btw only took like 10 minutes!) Len was giving me places to check out around the Holidays. Mike quickly repaired the chip and then even gave my nephew $2 dollars for ice cream! I walked out of there with a couple of pens and a Calendar. They really treat people like family and not clients!!! They explained that I was warrantied and if the chip spreads that they would credit the money I paid for the chip repair towards a new windshield. Overall that was the best experience Ive ever had at any business and the fact that theyre Michigan owned and operated just makes it that much better. I HIGHLY recommend that EVERYONE go to Henderson Glass at 14 and Vandyke with ANY of your glass needs, they are TOP NOTCH!

I was very pleased with the service here at Henderson Glass. After a large tree branch fell on my car shattering the back window, I shopped around for a replacement. Not only did Henderson beat every price I was quoted, I was able to come in the very next morning and was on my way in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call before shelling out hundreds of dollars more elsewhere.
