First time customer. Super chill vibes from staff and doctor. I was in and out pretty quick. Give them a chance, overall great experience.

I cannot express what a relief it was to find an office to replace my broken glasses, same day, right in the middle of the Covid-19 shut downs. I spent the day calling all over Hampton Roads to only find out wait times were 2-4 weeks due to on site labs being closed. Dr. Bond was very accommodating in receiving my insurance info and prescription electronically, met me at the door, was able to use my current frames, and I had my glasses in an hour! No nonsense, just simple and done.

The owner is a ver straight forward person. But he will go above and beyond to help you if he can. He comes off as rude but he’s not. His personality is just straight forward. I would definitely recommend them.

They do not stand by their work. Poor customer service skills. Dr bond is all about up selling extras. But less than 3 months after purchase they do not guarantee basic items like frames. They say they do, but when you need them they do not care. Find someone else. Shady business practices. Find a real professional.

Awesome place to go to get your eyes examined. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend a friend here.

Dr. Bond is very knowledgeable and helpful. Doesnt try to oversell you on products, just wants to make sure you use what works best for you which is nice.

This is the reason I advise paying that you should not pay any attention to any social media reviews or reports. This lady has attacked the wrong business. We are not Pearle Vision and I am not Dr.F. No female doctor has ever worked here !! Very poor experience this lady had and I my business suffers the blame and no way to have poor review or totally incorrect review removed under my name. Try not to pay attention to social media reviews as either they are irate customers that need to feel better by ranting and raving false accusations, fabricated positive or negative comments, or attempts by the site to form a financial gain by helping you improve rating or review status. Another form of mobster like strong arming !!! Please help clean up the internet by not prescribing to review sites. Anyone that can help me to respond to an incorrect post ??

Every time I have visited Dr. Bond I have had the best experience. He seems knowledgeably and fair in his prices.

The worst eye care facility that I have ever been too. The front desk staff are extremely rude with absolutely no customer service skills. The place is also very unorganized. Will never go back

Very rude and i was given the wrong prescription. It looks like they have fake reviews on here posted by the doctor himself.. very shady. Not to mention 3 different google review accounts for one bussiness...

My experience on 9/16/16 was unbelievable. Dr.F the lady doctor was so rude and unprofessional behavior to my handicap husband. First of all the office is not handicap accessible from the start. My son both had appointments schedule 15 minutes apart because my husband is unable to stand alone by himself. So I had my son to lift him in the exam chair to assist the doctor however, after my son and I left the room to pick out his glasses the doctor suddenly appeared and told me that I need to reschedule my appointment for another day because my husband had ask for the trash can because he felt like he had to throw up. She told me she didnt have time to wait for him because she had other patients to wait on. I told no problem I dont want him to be a burden on her, she told me find and walk away from me into another room however, she didnt not bother to come back into the room with my son and I to see if my husband was okay. She had left him in the chair by himself . I found out later from my husband that he had told her that he had not been to long gotten home from his dialysis treatment and sometimes he gets nausea and my feel like he have to vomit however, this time he didnt however, that when she told she going to get my son or I. The other two staff ladies was remarkable woman and nice to my husband. I told the Pearl Vision staff that I will not be coming back if she is there. They apologize for her and book with the doctor that I had seen back in June. My husband kept asking me what did he do wrong and I said nothing it is our society that has the property sick people no patients what so ever. I thank God for my husband and son. It took a while to settled my husband down he blames himself and I said no you are not it is stupidity. I still dont think I will be going back to this office again regardless.Edith

Was visiting from out of town had forgotten glasses and extra contacts. I called and he told me to come right in on a SUNDAY and fixed me up. Couldnt have asked for a better experiance.
