Their sweets are not bad! Got a cookie cake piece and a brownie and they were pretty good! The cookie dough drink is also something nice to have there as well. As a person who tries to support malls and local businesses, this place deserves it. The staff were really nice the entire time they got me my food and they helped the mall feel more friendly.

Ordered a large cookie for a birthday. When we picked it up it was burnt. They told us that their boss said it should be done more around the edges. The entire cookie was over cooked. We took it because we needed it for a party. We have been going here for years. This is our last time coming to this shop!

I was quite disappointed. I ordered a cookie drink combo and I couldnt get a white hot chocolate as my drink so I had to order them separately. The menu did not specify what kind of drink I had to order. My cookies were super stale. Ive had great toll house cookies before, but these were not good. Then my white hot chocolate wasnt white. It was regular hot chocolate with white chocolate in it. That is not white hot chocolate. I will not be visiting Toll House again.

The absolute RUDEST staff. Every time we have come here the staff hasnt wanted to give us the time of day. They get mad whenever anyone comes to the shop, presumably because they have to stop huddling together doing nothing but gossiping. Always two girls, younger, a tall, brunette white girl and a tanner short girl.If you dont want your job, dont have it. There are hundreds of people who would kill to have your job.

I had a very good service everytime I visit the cookie shop. Staffs are always smiling and very patient with me . The drink are so good I never get disappointed every time I buy something.
