Amazing. The coolest, cutest little breakfast spot with awesome coffee and DELICIOUS, inventive, locally crafted food made from plants. I ordered the avocado toast and an iced coffee (oatmilk) to go and it smelled so good I started eating it in the car. Incredible, highly recommend, will absolutely be back.

Ive followed them on Instagram for a while. Once I finally tried it, I am hooked! We had the cinnamon raisin waffle which my son and I barely finished. The coffee was a hit as well. The vibe is so cozy and welcoming.

Great vegan food and coffee (or tea). Atmosphere is super chill that makes you want to lounge here all day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

That waffle? HUGE! I am team no leftovers, but I met a delicious match with that. Cute vibes on the inside that make you want to stay and chat awhile with friends. Biscuits are good as well especially with the jam!

Can’t believe I didn’t know about this place before. Amazing atmosphere, beautiful artwork. Staff was patient with me taking all the time in the world to order and asking tons of questions (because I’d never been here before). The food was fantastic, the tea was incredible. Once I bit into this TTLA I know I found a great vegan breakfast spots in Virginia Beach. Yass! Very delicious & you can buy a nice size seamoss gel fir $15.00. Vegans a great spot to eat and nice relaxed atmosphere.

I love this place! I highly suggest you visit for breakfast and lunch needs. The energy you get just from walking in is welcoming and warm. My go to are the waffles or French toast with three different choice of toppings. The fact that everything is vegan makes it even better because of the range of food options they have.

Very calm atmosphere and kind staff. They were also very accommodating to a gluten free diet. Super delicious ! Will definitely be visiting this place every time we visit the area.

The staff were very friendly. The food was good but a bit pricey. 40.00 for two wraps (i noticed alot of the items being prepped came out of cans and werent fresh.)and 2 small smoothies. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and watched several customers who ordered after us leave with their food. I was really excited to find a vegan resteraunt but will definitely find one thats better

The staff is very nice and hard working! the food is great as well. I was impressed with how clean everything was even during a rush. the wait wasn’t terrible. there’s plenty of art to admire while waiting :) I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Slightly long wait but not too bad. My burrito and Matcha Lemonade were delicious and fulfilling. Will definitely return to try other items.

Amazing food! Chill vibe! All plant-based even though non-vegans cant tell! The new location is fantastic and the owner, Luv, is simply magical! I visit Virginia Beach 7-8 times a year and CLTRE is a must-stop every time I visit! Most of the time, I visit twice as I cannot choose between a sweet and savory waffle. So I do both and (hopefully) get to see Luv twice as well! I highly recommend you visit if you are in the area!

A cozy coffee shop. They offer a lot food and drink options. A great place to go if you are exploring vegan or more plant based options.I would give them 5 starts but the service was slow and they didnt have matcha and the nut milk I was hoping to try even though it is on the menu. I was disappointed.I want to go again but I wont have to compromise for something else.

I got the Famous TTLA and it was excellent! If you tried vegan before and have been disappointed, try this restaurant. The flavor was magnificent and the portions were of good size. I am hooked!!

Customer service is awful! Waited in line while owner chatted and hugged people she knew. Line was at the door. Cooks are disorganized and seemed confused. It’s awful because there are not many vegan restaurants in Hampton Roads. Then when we get one, it’s poorly run! Will never come back!

Friendly staff. I have had this place in my must try for months. I even follow on Instagram. Finally got to try today and it was so good. I had the TTLA and Buffalo chicken wrap. My non-plant-based daughter also liked both sandwiches. I will be back.

I REALLY wanted to love this place, but my experience was not great for my 1st visit. It was pretty busy with several customers not wearing masks/taking their masks down to talk. One staff member had their mask under their nose. Were still in a pandemic so its appreciated when proper mask use is enforced indoors. The food was alright, but took awhile. My drink came out quickly, however. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant.

We enjoyed this place very much! The wrap and breakfast vegan cheese biscuit was yum! The fresh juice was also delicious!

10 starts if I could, avocado toast was out of this world, brekkie burrito was insane and the waffles didn’t need syrup to be mind blowing. To top it off I told the lady behind the counter to surprise me with my coffee and it was the best iced coffee I’ve had anywhere. Will be returning

I went today for the 1st time. I am detoxing and I was coming from an appointment that was near and I stopped in to get a smoothie and a salad. Both were DELICIOUS. One of the workers made a pineapple smoothie for me with coconut. I’m not a big fan of coconut. But I LOVED IT! Then Love made me a salad . Salad was the BOMB! I will be going back. ASAP! The staff in their is AMAZING as well as the environment.

This restaurant not only has one of the most innovative menus I’ve seen but easily one of the most loving atmospheres with the most amazing staff. You truly feel the “Luv” (owners name btw) I’ve had the brekkie burrito, French toast , ttla , and the homemade biscuit with housemade plant based sausage . Trust me- you will not be disappointed 💗✨💗✨

This was our first time eating here and eating vegan waffles. The variety is nice for a non vegan like myself. The alkaline drinks are delicious. The sandwiches are my favorite. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend to my non vegan friends.

Came here for the first time this weekend. I have to say I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and service was outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They checked in with you and let me know my food was coming up. I look forward to going back and trying more of the menu options. I had the chicken and waffles and the breakfast sandwich, both of which I highly recommend.

I’m visiting from NJ and immediately looked up vegan restaurants since I’m vegan lol. I found this gem and liked the menu while appreciating that it’s an all vegan establishment! I placed a phone order and received not only great customer service but also patient customer service! I ordered the Avo toast, their burrito and the savory waffle with kale, mushrooms and tomatoes. First of all the Avo toast was the best damn Avo toast I’ve EVER HAD and I’m personally a vegan chef with a catering company! Whew, it was packed with flavor and huge! The burrito was delicious as well but a little on the small side for me. My least favorite was the waffle but the customer service made up for it so that’s why I gave it 5 stars! I’ll be back before I head home to dirty Jersey lol

My rating is purely based on wait time cuz we didnt get chance to try their food. Me and my husband were looking for a new place for brunch and we found out CLTRE with 4.8 rating. When we reached, there were only 3 staff and wasnt that much of rush, but no body came to our table for straight 15 min let alone the time it would have taken to prepare our order. Hence we left the place. Not going there anymore and not gonna recommend too.Dear Business Owner...replying to your comment here. As it was our first time so we went straight to order as there was no one to guide us, but the lady at the counter said us to take seat and she will take the order from the table. If the services on Saturdays are like that then either you should mention it on your site or business page or one of your folks should inform the Customers.

Definitely enjoyed dining at CLTRE Vegan Joint for the first time. The food was great and the staff was very welcoming and helpful in helping us make our selections. I had the Seitan Wrap w/Jasmine Tea and my wife had the Vegan Hawaiian Waffle w/Water. I recommend the restaurant and will most assuredly be returning. Thank You CLTRE!!!

Tried this place for the first time today. When I walked in everyone was welcoming and friendly. There were a few things they were out of that go on one of their sandwiches so they offered some ideas for me to try and I went for it. Glad I did it was delicious along with my smoothie. I will definitely be back again!

Went there for my lunch break, got the Famous TTLA and a iced oat latte. It was amazing! Decent prices, chill vibe, friendly staff. Ill definitely return and tell everyone I know about this place.

Went today with my daughter and it exceeded my expectations. Everything we had was phenomenal. I got the BBQ cauliflower wrap and pizza waffle, my daughter got the chocolate waffle. She loved it as well, she is not vegan and normally very hard to please. Im vegan, but I’m usually not a fan of vegan cheese or meats, but the pizza waffle was SO good. 10/10 would recommend again.

I sat by the plants beside the window and read through a couple of books from the selection they provide. The books they provide contains a lot of wisdom that gave opened eyes more of how I can serve better and make a more positive impact in my life and others.As my delicious food was digesting. Im reading next to the plants with soothing music inn the back ground. I felt my mind, body and spirit recharging while reading there.I left there feeling stronger and refreshed!!!🙏🏿💪🏾

You MUST try these vegan waffles! I stopped in on a recommendation, and was not disappointed. Waffles are made per order. Make it a Wednesday, and get a special deal. I got $1 brewed coffee. Today I went for fruit and house made granola topping. VERY filling. Next time, I’m going for the savory variety.

Stopped by yesterday for lunch. Food was great! I got the jack fruit BBQ. Very happy to see another vegan spot open up! Owner was extremely kind and was helpful with her menu. Definitely going to be more visits from me in the future.

Such a great find! Coffee is great, the owner is so kind and has such an amazing spirit! And the grilled peanut butter and jelly... OMGosh! She suggested bananas and it totally made the sandwich. It dropped on my shirt and I was upset because I lost that goodness and not at all because it dropped on my shirt. A must try/must support. Her waffles are amazing- and as a new vegan still trying to find my way without dairy/animal products, her food makes it a easy and tasty transition.

Went in to check out Culture and Utopia Feni for the first time this weekend and was so impressed by not only the perfect latte and berry waffle, but also the vibe and artwork throughout their shop. So worth checking out and will enjoy continuing to come in to get my caffeine and sugar fix!
