I bought my 2020 Subaru Ascent in February 2020. I was in the market for a new car and did a lot of research prior to shopping around. It was between a 2020 GMC Acadia and a 2020 Subaru Ascent. I went to RK to just look at some cars to maybe upgrade to, and honestly I didn’t think I’d find something right away, but Jessica absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’m thrilled with my 2020 Forester. Having owned a Forester it was easy buying a newer model. It’s a great car and the safest car I’ve ever driven. The salesman was professional and took care of the sale quickly.

Purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek here in April. The sales staff and manager were pleasant to deal with. They were definitely working hard to make the sale and we came to a fair price for both of us. They have called several times post sale to see how we like the car and if we have any questions. I would deal with them again.

Very unorganized.and long process. License was not given back in the confusion and no one even called. I had to reach out several days later when I noticed it was missing. Still waiting for the payoff check promised for my old lease. The Forester is a great vehicle but you may want to go elsewhere.

I came in specifically to test drive the Kia Telluride. I waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. The manager stood 5 feet away facing me and having a personal conversation the whole time. Even when one of his employees tried to draw his attention to me, the manger continued his conversation. I did not test drive a vehicle nor would I buy a car from there.

However, I drive over an hour, one way, to get my vehicles from RK. Awful service! Had an issue with the personal credit being checked 27 times; due a mistake made by the seller; who was unprofessional and mean. After seeing the 27 hard inquiries we have reached to the manager; whom after almost 2 years; haven’t had time enough to fix their mistake.We filled the information for a comercial account; and we scheduled a next day to close the deal.The lady; seller; reached out every hour to see if we could get there earlier; we couldn’t. We received the alert from the credit agencies 27 on experience; 34 on equifax; all hard inquiries.Called the credit agencies and asked how to fix; texted the lady asking for the letter that the agencies requested to fix the mistake; and she sent a mean text ; saying that she couldn’t apply for commercial because she only worked if personal; but she wanted to give us an opportunity.Still haven’t understood the reason from such a pushy move.Went back 5 times spoke to the manager and still haven’t fixed their mistake..

I wouldnt recommend getting your car serviced here, after having routine maintenance done found out that technician did not put oil filter on correctly my car was leaking oil. This isnt my first issue Ive had I have given them more than enough chances I am done with them and will tell everyone I know not too have car serviced here.

Its unfortunate that I have to share this terrible experience. My family and I did not have the welcoming and customer service that we expected. We felt rushed and pressured to lease. We did not feel the team respected our concerns or addressed our questions.The sales manager, Wes Storar, was curt and appeared frustrated to work with us. He noticed we were from Cherry Hill and urged us to go to the Cherry Hill dealership instead. He said that we arent creating a relationship with your dealership and he is just moving a car out of his lot.The finance manager, Alex Hilgetag, was completely unprofessional and rude . After misspelling my last name on the paperwork that needed to be signed, he became grouchy because he needed to reprint it. It was closing time, so he told us that we must sign the lease tonight or dont plan on coming back. He was condescending. He eluded to why I was questioning prices when my salary was more than enough to handle the monthly payments. My brother asked questions and he refused to speak to him because his name wasnt on the lease. This attitude is unacceptable.Based on my experience, I will not be able to recommend this dealership to others. My family and I are highly disappointed
