RK Auto Group is one of the few family business still around. They are truly operated with a personal customer service experience. I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as I live close enough to pick it up. Jim Gee and his team are amazing people to deal with in an industry that is hard to trust.

Excellent service. I had my vehicle repaired here and they did a great job. They even washed & vacuumed it. I was kept up to date with my repairs which was very appreciated. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful.

Excellent experience! I dealt with Tom McGarvey and Annette. They were fast, good and worked with my insurance company. When I got the car back it looked amazing. My collision repair was only in rear, but they washed the whole car and vacuumed the inside. Very pleased and I would use again.

Don’t expect your car to get finished when they say it will be done. They’ll make sure to run up the **** our of your bill. Take it to a local mechanic if it’s work that isn’t detrimental to your warranty.
