I ordered the unit online, very quick and knowledgeable staff answered my question fully. I also received a personal call from Vanessa at the site welcoming me to extra storage. They offered me a free lock as a incentive for leasing unit. Vanessa greeted me and showed me where the unit was located. Very well kept business. I am very happy!

I was able to secure the size of storage unit I wanted, in a few minutes, on line. The process was extremely easy and especially convenient for my schedule. I received my storage unit number and access codes all via email. Once I saw the storage site in person, I was happy with what I found. The building is secure, well lit, and easy to access. I am extremely pleased with my decision to use this site for my storage needs.

Today I was helped by manager Mark. He helped me switch over a unit that I originally booked online, which did not suit my needs. I was taken to the unit and Mark made sure the space was sufficient for me. Transferring over was a swift process and everything was efficient. Max of 10 minutes to take care of everything! We ordered the storage area online. It was super fast and very easy. The facility is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. Vanessa the assistant manager went above and beyond!

The other storage company we visited had a newly trained clerk who was clearly overwhelmed, and we left after waiting for over 30 minutes for her to wait on us. At Extra Space Storage, the clerk clearly knew what he was doing; after taking us to see a storage unit that would meet our needs, we rented it on the spot. And the bonus is that it was even cheaper than the first place we visited!

Everyone here has been helpful every time I needed help or had a question. I was talking to them once about an issue of having a large delivery coming in but nowhere to put it and they said they could have it put in my storage space. They said they would be glad to receive it, provided I gave them authorization. They also helped save me money when I first moved by their suggestions. I have had no bad experiences with management or the people who work in the office. I just can’t say enough good things about these folks after working with them for more than 2 years.

Excellent place to store your stuff! The unit I rented online was too small. Mark was friendly, helpful and able to accommodate our needs, by providing us with a larger unit. We are in a temperature controlled unit; which was at a nice cool temperature! The unit, hallways and office area were all extremely clean and very secure.

This facility is so clean! I’ve had spaces at another company (the one with the orange buildings) that were filthy. I also appreciate the gate requiring a code as well as the building. Had to switch storage due to COVID being at Public Storage. No complaints to them, they gave me a fair proposal to move, but wish I would have gone to Extra Space to begin with. Unit is affordable. Adriana made renting our space easy and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and when we need an extra unit the day we moved in she made sure we had all we needed.

I can only speak for the reservation and move in for now but so far I had a great experience. The manager, Orlando, was super helpful and friendly. The other staff members I talked to were also friendly. The storage unit was clean and easy to access. Security appears to be solid with gates and cameras and access codes on doors.

I have rented a number of units at various facilities from the mid-Atlantic to Florida and Orlando (& Adrianna) and the entire team at the ExtraSpace at 1266 Venice Bypass are unbelievably excellent! Orlando has gone out of his way to help me when I had a big mover & bigger mover problems. The facility is spotlessly clean and very well managed.
