Great clean place! Excellent service and easy to work with. I needed storage for what I thought would be 2-3 months while my father was in rehab. We were moving him to assisted living so I needed to clear out his condo and store his stuff to sell his condo. They had the best prices in the area! Ended up only needing it for a couple weeks. The movers cleared it out it out on a Thursday. Friday morning I received a call from them to let me know I did not have a lock on my unit! I told them I had to move out sooner than I thought. It is a month to month lease so it was no additional cost to get out earlier than I expected. How many other places call to tell you you didn’t have a lock on tour unit? Will use again when needed!

I couldn’t be happier with the location of this storage facility. It’s clean, well lit and carts to transport are always available. Easy access and convenient hours make it possible to come and go on OUR schedule. Plus the climate control keeps my belongings safe from mold and mildew. That’s a huge Plus in Florida. Ed signed us up and made the process quick and painless. And we happened to sign up when units were on discount. That’s a win-win in my check book!

Sales Associate Tory did a great job representing StorQuest. She was polite, very informed about the facility and pleasant to deal with. Answered all our questions, showed us the exact unit we would be renting and provided detailed information about access hours and security. We are very happy with our choice to use StorQuest.

Staff was rude l rushed me, tried to Harrass me to purchase a lock after not informing me I needed one. Then read ALL my information name phone number address email and my storage number out loud where other customer heard. Oh and gave my pin out loud as well. Very unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied.

The owner was so friendly and accommodating. He helped me find the best unit with the best price and even waived some fees. Ill definitely use them again.

In out and on with life. Picked up a rental truck for the day and just dropped it off when I was done. Fast,seamless service. Just a little high on deposit for 4 hour rental in my opinion. Especially if I clean it and bring back with full tank like I was asked. So u gotta take that deposit its price is way to high you need to cut it!!!!!!!!!!!!LolNaw yall swazy. But a few bones back in the pot would be a more satisfying deal.

I never really thought much about a storage unit review but I can tell you that I was a happy costumer!!!I called to see if they knew of any local help after driving 2 days from Chicago & they told me they did!! I had 2 men hours later help my husband & I unload our 20 ft uhaul!! From the minute we walked into the door until we left I could only tell u that this was 1 of the best business experiences I have had in forever! The place was spotless & actually the building is really beautiful. The customer service was top notch & I would rate my experience a 10 if I could!!

We needed a large unit climate controlled to store household belongings. Stor Quest was very helpful and accommodating. The facility is spotless, and in excellent condition. The doors are convenient for loading and unloading. Price is also right. Couldnt be more pleased.

The manager Scott was very helpful in selecting a storage unit and truck.Tori is the new manager now and Tori and her assistant Mercedes helped us pick an additional storage unit close to our current unit. Also I appreciate that the storage facility has been more secure, cleaner and the bathrooms much better maintained than when we first purchased our first unit.

I just toured the facility and all I can say is wow what a beautiful place! The wine room is chilly, beautiful, and well laid out. Perfect place to store your bottles. The staff are friendly and welcoming. What a great asset to Englewood! And its on the old historic Woodmere Sawmill site too! They have a wall dedicated to the history. The storage areas are well lit too!

I am so glad I found Storage Venice! Great location & great rates for climate control drive up storage units. It is the perfect place to store my items for awhile. The drive up climate control units are not very easy to come by and so this worked out great for me. The manager, Scott, helped me out a great deal and I am looking forward to using their U-Haul services when I make the final move. Having a safe, secure, climate controlled storage unit for as long as I need it makes the overall move a breeze.

Getting a storage unit at Storage Venice was very easy. The unit is very convenient and suits my needs. I opted for a 10 X 15 climate controlled unit and its working out perfectly. I highly recommend Storage Venice.

Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgable in all the help he provided from showing us what storage units were available, to getting the account set up, and to showing how to use the great cart they have that helped us unload our items for storage, he even helped us do it. We were two weary ladies who needed some extra customer service and we certainly got it from Scott! The facility is brand new, very clean and the choice of sizes, especially the 5 x 10 that we got, it allows us to get to all our items easily, is great.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Im not a relative or friend just someone watching this lovely piece of property develop and be built. Even before needing storage I thought Id go here just because how refreshing, clean, and professional it looked. So imagine how thrilled I was to find the personnel, the pricing, and the facilities superior!!! And I mean top notch. Scott went WAAAAY out of his way to help a flustered and somewhat distraught person having to put things in storage. I cant thank him enough. But the coolness of the unit and hallways helped so much in not getting heat stroke when moving in and the easy access and coverage from our summer rains were a continuing bonus. I CANNOT recommend this business enough. My friends are even moving from their other storage place to here because of all the above mentioned qualities. Thank you Scott.

Best customer service in town! And best storage units as well! We rented trucks from here 2 separate times. Both times the trucks were very nice, like new. The a/c works even better that the one in our car. Very comfortable trucks. Super clean. Very reasonable. And theres even a gas station next door. You can gas it up before you return it, so convenient. Our truck even had blankets in the back. It was such a nice experience. We sat down in the front office to fill out the paperwork. The office had comfy chairs and nice cool a/c. Scott and Chis made us feel at home. The building is new, nicely decorated. There even is a storage unit there if you need a place to store your items. It is climate controlled. Its nice and cool in the units. The whole building is brand new. We shopped rates and they have the best rates in town. And for being brand new and climate controlled we couldnt get a better deal. We are extremely happy with our storage unit and the truck rental. They even are building a room for wine storage! It will have beautiful wooden coolers to keep your wine nice and cool.

I rented a U-Haul trailer in Texas for my move to Englewood and I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival to Storquest in Venice The storage is new! Beautiful building next to a RaceTrac gas station and at a red light. The office is large and nice, the storage facility has wide driving isles, is clean and new! I was greeted by Scott, who was friendly helpful. He quickly processed my rental and then took me to my unit. After a long trip and working three days at a new job, Scott was a breath of fresh air! He directed me and my trailer to the best spot to unload and brought me a cold bottle of water while I was unloading the trailer just when I was ready for a drink. In todays crazy world it is nice to see a business care about their customers. I highly recommend Storquest for storage and U haul. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for everything!

The absolute best customer service. Plenty of room to park my large RV. I had no Trouble getting around their lot with a large truck and RV. Had to come and get somethings out of my RV but didn’t bring the right hitch. They helped me get the Rv moved so I could get my stuff out and moved back. Giving one star because zero is not an option.I reserved a rental trailer and was directed to this location for pickup. They don’t answer calls or return voicemails. They NEVER opened for my pickup appointment.I had to scramble to find another location to rent from.PATHETIC!!!!

I just moved to the area and needed to unload the truck and return the truck to a U-Haul drop off point across town. The staff at Venice storage quickly stepped up, called a guy to unload the truck and arranged with U-Haul to leave the truck there. This saved me time, money and a lot of work. We were moving within Venice and needed storage and help with moving. Scott not only provided us with storage he offered to take care of our entire move! Scott and Chris were great at this location. We rented a 10x10x10 storage unit and we were worried that all of our belongings would not fit. Scott and Chris came out and not only assisted us in fitting all of our stuff in the storage unit, but also physically helped us unload the truck!!!!! Without their help, there is NO WAY we would have been able to fit everything. They went SO FAR above and beyond to assist us. I would HIGHLY recommend this Uhaul storage unit!

After I unloaded My property in the storage unit I had no vehicle, I ask Scott if I could rent another vehicle because I knew my time was up with the rently vehicle that I had.... Scott made it possible for me to keep the vehicle And drop off the vehicle at the other Uhaul station right next to the airport,, where I had to fly back to New Jersey... He had a great staff on hand friendly and knowledgeable Id like to thank Scott again ..

Its storage

I normally wouldnt think to leave a review for a uhaul or a storage unit, but I was impressed! It was last minute, my brother in law had passed away and my husbands parents were living with him so they ended up moving in with us. We had to move all of our stuff from that room into storage, which is how we found them. The storage units are a review of their own! Again, we were impressed! Very reasonable price. Brand new, just built. Immaculate! Climate controlled, so it is nice and cool inside. They even have bathrooms for the clients, so you dont have to run off to use the restroom....so convenient! They have cold water fountains, incase you get thirsty, and you will. They even have a cover outside, just incase it rains. This is Florida, it rains all the time. They have carts available to that you can move your stuff. And in the office, they have chairs so that you can sit down and take a break while filling out your paperwork. I have never seen that at a storage unit. Most places usual just have a standing counter. It was a pleasant experience. The best part was the customer service!!!! Chris and Scott were both so kind and a pleasure to work with. We ended up chit chatting for quite a while. You get that family owned local business feel when youre there. And they both are a wonderful part of our community. We ended up renting one of their beautiful units, and also renting a truck there to move our stuff. They rates were unbeatable, we compared. And the storage unit you get in comparison is hands down a winner. The Uhaul trucks are clean and new and even had blankets in the back. I am so glad that we found this place first. I hope this review helps you guys who are looking to rent a truck or looking for storage. We were fortunate to find this place right away, and hopefully you will too. DW
