Had everything I needed and I also had a worker help me out with some questions about some of the products that I was looking for

I had an issue with a prescription at another drugstore and then at another Walgreens. I called the Pharmacist, Chris, and I believe he went above and beyond by calling the other pharmacy and then the doctors office. This is the second time this gentleman has gone to some trouble for me. I immensely appreciate his efforts and success. He called me back personally on both occasions to explain what is happening. THANK YOU!

I called at 8 am on Tuesday morning to refill my prescription and was told it would be ready by 11 am on Wednesday. When I went to pick it up at noon on Thursday I was told they were out of stock and would be getting their shipment by 5 pm that day. Upon returning at 6 pm I was told it wasn’t in their shipment and that they still needed to order it. Maybe it will be there in today’s (Friday) 5 pm shipment. This is unacceptable service and I will be changing pharmacies after I hopefully receive this prescription. It’s a good thing I called a week before I run out or I’d be in trouble without my medication.

Do not use there pharmacy. 1st the pharmacist doesnt review there clinical notes. Then when you mention that they havent, the little girl behind the counter declares there were no clinical notes, this is not the 1st time this person has been rude to myself and to other customers in front of me. I have listened to her be rude to elderly that would make any one angry,impatient is a better word.I have a copy of the notes sent from my GP.After 15 years of utilizing this pharmacy personally and for my children, it is time to change.

Waited forever on the phone to be connected to pharmacist to call in 2 prescriptions. The pharmacist was abrupt and rude. No wonder they only have just over 3 stars!

Always helpful associates

The pharmacist was great, but the checkout lady was very rude. I was there with my 2 year old, who was very well behaved, and for reasons unknown to me, she said “Bye, thanks for coming. Make sure to come again on my day off”. I have no clue why she would say something so rude. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy team is unbelievably courteous and professional even in the face of irate, insconsiderate customers. Not only that, but they are willing to go out of their way to help answer questions and assist in suggesting medications that might work as well but at a better price and in some cases suggest a medication that might work better. Not that they are contradicting a physician, its just that they are willing to take the time to be informative and offer alternatives.I needed a report of all my medications I purchased over a specified period of time and they were kind enough to make copies of every prescription a doctor wrote for me. This is helping me to get reimbursed from my insurance company which adds up to a whole lot of money.Thank you Walgreens in South Venice for being so friendly, professional and helpful.... especially when its busy and the northerners are here! I really appreciate it.

I called a day ahead to make sure they had everything needed to fill my script after troubles the month before and was told everything was fine and had a $0 copay, when I showed up they said they needed a letter from my doctor, which my doctor hadn’t received. The lady refused to tell me how they submitted the request and it would be $90, so I asked how she submitted the request so I could try to solve the issue with my doctor and she threw the phone and walked away. My 8 year old son said “that was weird”. So sad he knows how to act like an adult and she doesn’t. I ended up driving away and calling corporate after her temper tantrum, and checked my app and she DELETED my scripts! How can someone like this be in control of my health?

This is the best pharmacy in town! Best staff ever.

Hade multiple issues with the pharmacy over the past few years. Finally had last straw tonight with tech who argued with me about my medication. Shes not a pharmacist and needs to get a real professional to handle any issues with drugs. She not licensed, only certified. Walgreens has gotten worse and worse as time goes by. Good-bye Walgreens.

I have been very impressed with the staff at this pharmacy, particularly its Manager, Mark. Very helpful and responsive.
