The guy was rude and didnt help me so I drove down to AutoZone and they helped me and have been taking good care of me! Thanks anyways.. so disappointed Brandon wasnt there that day to help me as he has done before!!

I purchased some new headlight bulbs and they were helpful on getting them.

Needed a new battery for our car ASAP and they took very good care of me. They tested the battery got me a new one and swapped them out right in the parking lot. Thanks so much for the great service. This was just days before leaving on vacation.

Hard to get in shop

Very helpful staff always polite and willing to go out of their way to help you. I live only 5 minutes from an Advance but I drive the extra 15-20 miles because I preferred good accurate service over being ignored and lazy service. The guys at this location greet me every time I walk in the door, ask if they can help me in anyway. And dont just watch me carry a battery into the store to the counter the guys at this location when they see me coming in with the battery will come straight to the door offer to take it from it and carry it to the counter. They also always have the parts I need and if they dont they will order the part and get it to me with 24 hours or less.

Stopped in about 2 months ago. I was the only customer in the store. The man and the woman behind the counter never acknowledged me or offered to help me find what I needed. Eventually I just walked out so they could continue their conversation in private.

This review is difficult to leave after years of loyalty to this location and this national retail center POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! In 2015 I bought a replacement window motor for my truck that came with a one-year warranty, I was told that my purchase would be stored in their program and if I had any issues I could bring the part back for a full replacement, unfortunately the motor failed so I returned it to the store only to find out that they had saved the wrong part number , The history showed I had purchased a passenger side window motor and not a driver side window motor (a window motor nonetheless) and the manager Alan Gooddard refused to replace the defective part ! I spoke with Zack M The senior analyst over customer care who then contacted Dave the district manager, The district manager sided with the store manager and refused to replace the part. if youre looking for good customer service and staff that appreciate your loyalty and respect you as a customer look elsewhere! Unfortunately this is why so many consumers are turning to online purchases.

Customer service there is very spotty. Sometimes you will get a helpful friendly Clerk, other times they can be pretty crusty. If you check their inventory online, you cannot be sure that it is actually what they have in the store.

No help to someone from out of town and having trouble with the car. Seem to have a lot of product in the store.

Terrible customer service, untimely deliveries, untrained and untrustworthy staff.We purchased many parts and fluids as well as emergency items that we need to continue running our shop. Recently I tried to make an emergency order to fulfill a customer request. First off, the person who answered the phone did so in a very unprofessional manner. He also could not (or did not know how) to find our commercial account. He gave me no solution to finding our account (which we have had opened for many years). Because it was an emergency I decided to place the order under my name w/o our dealer rate. When I asked about delivery time he just said okay and almost hung up with out asking for my address. I immediately had a bad feeling about the order. After requesting that he take my address for the delivery, personal phone number and verifying that he had a driver for a swift delivery I hung up with that bad feeling still.I never received my items or a phone call. Nothing. I will never purchase anything from this place for my shop, personal, client or friends vehicles again.

Plus I asked for help with a light for my car but she said I have to take it out of my car to match it and that they cant touch a car. Very poor service. I think this is just plan laziness on their part.
