I’ve come here for over 15 years for service. I trust this Walmart over any other Walmart or tire shop. I come here from out of town just to have my vehicles taken care of. Justin always makes sure things are done right. Thank you Venice Walmart tire center!

Auto battery was tested after 3 years, had the warranty, got me a new free battery, you simply cant beat that deal!

I was very impressed. Their professionalism found the problem rebalance my tires and I was on my way. Another shop changed my tires and did not balance them properly. Thanks Walmart Venice doing the job right.

I was recently here to get new tires, and then to replace one of them. The first time, they told me 60-90 minutes. It took over 3 hours. The second time they told me it would be 60-90 minutes (to replace 1 tire). So i figured i would wait it out and get the grocery shopping done. 2.5 hours later, the car hadn’t even been brought in. I had to all the frozen stuff back. Then they told me it would be at least another hour. 4 other irate customers in the auto area. All of the counter people were hiding in the tire warehouse. I took my keys and left. I called Englewood walmart. They said come over. They did the job in 30m. Whoever managed the Venice auto shop is awful at managing his staff and the work flow. Go to Englewood or Osprey. Venice is awful!

Been using Walmart for tires for years. Convenient, although right now I might suggest having someone who can pick you up and deliver you back, unless you like roaming the aisles for two hours. I had intended to sit on the outside benches, but they have removed them in an overabundance of caution regarding COVID. Instead of removing them, they should have just moved them to provide safe spacing.

They dont answer their phone and if they do they just put you on hold til you hang up and they dont take appointments.

So pathetic they down even know Chevy spark is gas not electrick and reject service Conny said because we dont do it LOL, sure all you that need experts in not knowing what where and when go ahead and service your vehicle there

Great experience at this Walmart auto

I have purchased my vehicle tires from Walmart for many years. Their prices are good and because of the volume that they do I have always received fresh made tires. It is a no frills waiting room but thats not an issue for me. Worth checking next time.

It always seems to take longer, first come first serve with no schedule, but pricing is straight forward and reasonable. Spend some time, save some money. Always have good service!

Fantastic service! Woke up to a flat tire, rang up the service center, confirmed they could help, turned up 15 minutes later, and 20 minutes on I am back on the road for only the cost of a $3.00 replacement valve. Great customer service, very friendly and very honest. Really appreciated and will definitely use them again.

I love the people that work at this Auto Care Center they have been taking care of my car for 10 years. They give great customer service every time, the department manager is great and he manages a great staff..The ladies are on top of their game which gives women every where incentives to work in what used to be a male dominant profession. Great job to everyone that works at this location.

Very in expensive, got new tires for $44 each and an synthetic blend oil change for $38 but it was a 4 1/2 hour wait, when I was told it would only be 2-3 hour! Wont be going back to this place because they were so slow!

I live in North Port and thought I needed a new battery...I took it to North Port Wal-Mart and after a 30 minute wait just to get to the desk they told me they couldnt put a new battery in because of the bar that goes over it ( they said it was too labor intensive to unscrew it and pop a battery in)😡 So I came home and called the automotive department in Venice Wal-Mart and spoke to the manager! He said to bring it on up! I drove there and they were ready to replace it but they checked it out and they actually checked the battery, starter, alternator and electrical system and everything was working great!! They didnt charge me anything and saved me money by checking it first!! Very impressed!!😊

Justin, the auto tech manager took EXCELLENT care of me!! I really appreciate your help and Ill be back in a couple weeks for an alignment!! 👍👍

If all you need is a battery or tires they are reasonably quick here

Got there at 8am with my daughter to have our cars serviced. An Oil change. Took over 3 1/2 hours. Left at 11:30am Woke up this morning to oil everywhere on my driveway. Will never go back to the service center.

Had good service and had to go back and the gentleman was very sweet about helping...

I have been taking my cars to get tires at this WalMart for 9 years.The staff is remarkable, I drive out of my way to stop in for tires and tire check ups. If you buy the road hazard and rotation, you are covered for any incident with your tires... They stand behind their work...

Took over 3 hours for an oil change ! Thay had no help ! My whole day was wasted, I work and have to do it on the weekends. The ones that were working were very helpful !

Personaly I usually go for automotive items. I found if you park by the auto-service area you can enter the store there, make your auto/hardware purchace and exit through automotive, very close to your car. (Dont try this with gen. merchandise/groceries however) Just a nice little time saver that I found.

Best Walmart experience ever ...

Horrible service. They tell you that you have an appointment for tire change at 2pm and here we are 2 1/2 hours later. Havent even started.
