Elvin was helpful for a 63-year-old man like me who is electronically challenged and has never owned a personal computer. (The ex-wife paid all of our bills for twenty-four years; thats another story). He and I had a rough start right there in the store. When asked about strange terms like Galaxy, I thought he meant the Ford car. Elvin rolled his eyes. But he brought me up on the latest providers and the gadgets. He also explained all of the terms before my signing. I left with a new and smarter phone and was satisfied with his service. Kudos, Elvin!

I have updated this review because a gentleman from the corporate office personally called and was very concerned about the issues that me and my family encountered. My previous review was a one star rating however after talking for a good 20 minutes I could tell the corporate management was very concerned about the importance of customer service. I would’ve given the corporate office a five star rating however the first experience was terrible.

I’ve been in customer service for a good long while and that’s sadly a very rare quality now a days. But I’d definitely recommend this store just based off this experience alone! Best one in Vancouver for sure.

Doug was great! There was a lit off waiting due to the fact that the phones we wanted were not in stock at that store. Doug searched other stores inventory, find some at a Clackamas store but them found some some at a closer store. Still had to wait quite awhile for the otherstore staff to make them available to be activated. Them a still had to go to the other store to pick them up. All together though, both Doug and the Grand Central store member, Isaiah were fabulous, even after long days!

If I could, I would leave many 5 stars! These guys here are the BEST! My initial problem with my new phone brought me to them and Fransisco was beyond helpful. He was honest about the products and recommendations. Then, I came back the next day for another problem and DJ just took care of everything for me. Took all the worries away by being knowledgeable and attentive. He helped me upgrade and I walked away happy, and worry free with an upgraded phone. All of these guys are so helpful! You will not regret walking into this location.

When we walked in David recognize us from 4 years ago. He was very good. He took as much time as we needed. We are old and it took a long time to explain. Nice young man. We ended up buying a lot more than we planned but were very happy about the decision.

I was walking by their kiosk in the mall and was taking a look at all the phones that are out. Doug Harrell greeted me, very nice guy. Didnt push me to buy a phone. I also like that I was instantly helped, Instead of waiting in long lines at the main Verizon store. I also liked when I had a question he instantly had an answer. Very knowledgeable about everything with the phones and plans. which he even got my bill from 295$ a month to 217$ a month, and I left that day with 3 new phones and two tablets. I am extremely thank full that I stopped by and Doug helped me. Cause if I didnt, I wouldnt be saving almost 70$ per month.Thank you Doug

I will never go here again! Went to get a new phone, was talked into a, buy one get one free. Sounds great, right?? Wrong... they didnt have the phones in stock, so they ordered them for me, got talked into some sale on hardware, which was expensive. Doug, my sales rep kept the order open for three days past the sale, this made my buy, But one get one free invalid. Called store numerous times, unwilling to help me, it was clearly their fault per Verizon reps. Verizon even told me because of their mistake, they would not refund or honor that sale. I am now stuck paying over $1,800 for 2 phones when I only wanted 1 to begin with, but hey, Im sure Doug gets commission on his sales! Never again would I recommend anyone go here. Thanks for nothing

I went in on 6/3/16 and worked with Nick while upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S7 from an LG G3 and had a great experience. I was having a terrible time deciding whether I was going to buy the S7 or the G5 and Nick was incredible patient with me as I made my decision and gave me honest feedback on both devices, which helped me with my final choice. Today 6/4/16 I had to call and get some assistance and worked with Sam, she was really kind, personable and extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend this store and those two associates to anyone looking at upgrading or starting new service. Thanks again Nick and Sam!

Went in today trying to figure out what the problem was with Samsung Galaxy s5. Micheal was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive from the beginning and never pushy. Upgraded to an iPhone 7 plus and there was no hassle. This was the best phone buying experience weve had recently. Would recommend stopping in and talking to Micheal if you are looking to upgrade.

Excellent customer service at kiosk location as compared to the Corporate Store. Jessica took the extra time necessary to upgrade our two phone plans and convert the old phones into two additional phone lines for our kids. She reviewed our plan and discovered a way to rework the plan to save us money. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience.

Everytime I come in here it is just a terrible experience. From being harassed buying a phone by a manager to simply not having the customer as a priority. It really sucks. Update: Just talked to corporate directly (Thank God). It is appalling at how I was treated in that store and what I was told concerning refunds/replacements/defective devices. Verizon Corporate has been informed and once again I am just so glad I called because this dealer just wants your money...

Talk about outstanding service! I went in to troubleshoot some issues on my wifes phone and David went above and boyond to get the problems resolved and questions answered. My rating is Zero Stars. My family went to ask a question about their plan and their usage and the employees at this location sold them three additional pieces of hardware, an upgraded/more expensive service plan with protection coverage AND refused to even set up the phone! Then, because of the poor set up they did receive, one family member got locked out of their email and have now got to begin again as they have lost all contacts, and cannot regain access to their email account.We have now returned EVERYTHING. And this store had the nerve to call the store who completed the returns (which we spent 5 hours in the car driving to) to ask them why they completed the returns (which were in 14 days) because this store lost their commission on the sale.When I called this location for help--they were smug about the entire situation, told me they had no idea my family was from out of town, and did not even offer to look up the account to help us out.My family has now chosen to leave Verizon ALL BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

This is hands down the worst service Ive seen at a Verizon store EVER! The guy that works there said 3 words the entire time I was there, came in looking to get a Galaxy 9 or at least pre-order one but he didnt offer any deals at all, all he said was they come out on the 15th. Thats all, so there was about 6 words not 3....very disappointed!

I have to say Prashant is one of the best representative I have worked with there ever. I have had to go to the kiosk quite a bit lately and mostly I have gotten brushed off with it dont know what the problem with the phone is or the account. He took the time to walk me through all of my questions and issues and helped my get multiple items. I made it a point to come back and get my phone from him considering how well he worked with and for me the other day.

From the moment my mother in law and i walked in we got the feeling that the woman (who is an employee named Emily, which now I cant remember if that is really her name maybe Victoria??, she wears a lot of makeup and wears big fake eyelashes) sitting with her friend having a nice chat while we wait for her to finish(about 8 minute we waited while they finished) had no idea what she was doing, she then decided she could help us (which she didnt, still dealing with the phone upgrade she was supposed to do for us as a gift to someone that still doesnt work even though she guaranteed that it would work on Christmas morning but yet, here we are its Christmas and Im writing this review on my tablet because the phone she set up or didnt set up doesnt work. First she was trying to give us a free tablet with the purchase of the phone, which we told her 3 times NO (not a deal breaker just annoying), then she proceeds to talk to us about sim cards and the old phone which the new phone was supposed to replace does not have a detachable back, it is an adroid maxx, I told her 3 times that the old phone does not have a sim card and no sim card tray, she said yes there is its in the tray and continued to argue with me about the sim card and was very irritating (how do I know more about this phone than she does and shes an employee), no its not, all the info was automatically put in there when we first got the phone, she could have easily googled to see if Android maxx use sim cards, now we have a new phone That we cant use and 2 sim cards... Why? We have no idea!! In the middle of all this I told my mother in law lets go to the new store in woodland Washington, unfortunately she said no we were already out Christmas shopping and she wanted to get it done, that was a mistake! So finally 2 hours later and her getting the manager 4 different times (just there to get an upgrade as a gift for my husband) she gets ready to check us out. As were checking out the total is 70 something dollars (Emily said the reason it was 70 was taxes and activation fee because it was considered a grab and go, whatever that is no one explained it to us), so my mother in law tells her that she has a note on her account for any activation fees to be waived, which then she goes to get her manager to ask about it and he confirms right in front of us that yes thats exactly what that means. Now we are sitting here chatting online with verizon customer service for 45 minutes on Christmas day. Come to find out Emily put a protection plan and some kind of insurance on the phone without even asking, we found out through an email we received. This is unacceptable and now I ask myself how many people has she just added things to their account and not told them? Emily had horrible customer service and didnt know important information about the old phone and didnt really know what she was doing, she was completely incompetent. I dont think working with the public and electronics should be her career of choice, maybe she should stick with makeup, or she needs to brush up on her device knowledge!

Absolute worst experiance.. the most dummest and laziest workers I have ever met anywhere!When we came in to ask for our account number the guy told us that it can only be done by calling customer servicer... well customer services is not working! So we had to go to another store to ask for our account number and they pulled it up within seconds no questions asked.

I stopped by with a few questions on upgrading to a new device and David Benjamin was amazing at giving me options and helping navigate a product comparison so that I could compare best features and pricing and could make the best choice of device based on my personal usage. He even assisted in getting me a $200 rebate and was exceptional in that he went above and beyond to provide all rebate ppwrk in a preaddressed envelope so all I had to do was put in the mail! Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend David and Diamond Verizon at the Westfield Mall for Fabulous service, support, and product knowledge!

Ive been a Verizon customer for 20+ years.This particular store over the last 2 years has just been money mongers. They sold me a phone that was inadequate, broke within a year. They said it was outdated, that was their excuse. When in for a tablet, told them what I needed it for, they sold me a tablet that DID NOT do anything I needed it for. When I returned from my business trip I brought it back to Verizon. I spoke to the same person that sold it to me, he told me that I was stuck with it because I had it for more than 14 days. Verizon has lost my trust and my business. Buyer beware!!

Terrible service, went to warranty a screen protector that cracked before I even took it out of the plastic. I was told by the bearded and tattooed greeter that the warranty only applied if the screen protector fell off! Seriously it wasnt even out of the bag and less than 24 hours old. Will never go back again, go to cascade station those guys are the best!
