This was not good, wait was unacceptable.Max was a great help very calming. He was the only one that made sense in a chaotic situation.Also the tech support person that did the activation in Houston his name I believe was Rodriguez but he said his friends call him Duck he deserves some kind of recognition for doing such a good job and for that matter so does Max the office I went to was in Vancouver so Im sure they know who Max is thank you for the opportunity to let you know that you do have a couple of great employees who are deserving of praise!

I expected this to be a terrible errand... Not so, I was in and out within 30 minutes. The customer service was really impressive. Best of all everything worked perfectly! Although I do have to add a boo for not having a restroom available.

This Xfinity store is awesome! Has lots of options for your budget and Yea its crazy busy all the time, but thats mainly because only 2 locations in Vancouver! Most Reps are awesome but the best dude by far has gotta be Marco J, He knows what hes doing and he is super chill, patient, and makes you feel comfortable. True stellar customer service!

Went in for a simple modem exchange for the newest one and little did I know the guy added instant TV to my service. I didnt want TV and I didnt know they added it until my bill was due. They never even gave me the equipment for TV so Im assuming they were hoping I had auto pay and wouldnt notice the extra charges. Comcast is a awful company that only works because they are the monopoly of internet.

I know Comcast as a company gets some hate but the employees that work in their centers have always been helpful to me. At this location Josh Ballin helped me reduce my bill while actually getting a higher internet speed and didnt try to upsell anything. I cant stand heavy-handed sales people; Josh presented a few offers honestly and wasnt pushy. I came in, got better than I wanted, and got out in 15 minutes. Best Comcast experience yet 👍

Went in today 2/22/21 to get a new power cord and remote to my cable box that my dog chewed up. I usually hate dealing with this kind of stuff. Benjamin helped me. He was fast, personal and professional!! I was in and out in five minutes. Never felt pressured to upgrade my account or add anything. It was as easy as walking into Starbucks!! I always say your customer service is your front line and the face of the company! Thanks Benjamin!!

First time at Xfinity (Comcast)I was greeted at the door. All GoodBut the second time I went, my anxiety level jumped up. To many employee hand out waiting for their fish. LUCKEY for me I someone to go to. So I waited on him after he was done with him perceived client. So back to day one.Greeted, By the manager Mike and Tony. Just maybe 3 employees was at front. Tony ask what I was there for. I replied with Molbie.After that great the store agent (Tony) got me hooked up.

I always receive good help here. Today Nick helped me change plans and explained their new streaming box...which is a far better piece of equipment than the DVR box with its ridiculous load of extra fees. The flex box is free for your first one...none of the extra charges Xfinity Corp strings onto the X1. They give you one free box per household, which includes Peacock (NBC) streaming free as Xfinity owns that company now. With aps like Playon, hardware DVRs are outdated tech. If you need help at this location, Nick (Nicholas Lorusso) is great.

On July 31, 2020, I went to the Comcast Retail Store in Vancouver to exchange my current cable box for a newer one that was voice activated. There was no line and I was quickly led to a counter by a nice rep. He started working on his computer. A couple minutes into my waiting, he told me that the reason why it took a few minutes was because he was searching to see if there was a better plan for me than my current one. My wait was so worthwhile because he was able to reduce my current bill somewhat. Today, I got my official Comcast bill and the saving was indeed real. I wanted to thank that nice rep for being so kind and thorough in these challenging times for most of Comcast customers.

Without question the absolute worst company to deal with. My calls for service constantly dropped. I never get a person who knows what they are doing. They never notify me of when equipment is in need of upgrade.They absolutely have no care for their customers.

The hardest company to simply just talk to a live person at the store you need to go to! Instead of connecting me to the store the automated system sent me somewhere else then I had to use the chat service instead of google just having a phone number to the store I needed.

I tried calling the store! it is impossible! it takes nearly 10 mins anytime Ive ever tried to call and all i get is a phone center with completely useless robot like people ! expect a 30 min call! minimum! just go to the store and talk to someone in person! dont waist your time talking to someone in a call center in India!

Went to the store to set up service after talking to multiple reps via their website. Got to the store an had to wait for them to open. Was greeted at the door by a rep named max. I told max I wanted to set up new internet service and what my address was. He pulled up my address and informed me that there was service set up at the address prior and that I wouldn’t need a tech out to set up service. I told him I was looking for the 100 mb internet plans at 34.99 (normally 44.99 but get a 10 dollar off for going paperless). He then stated that there would be a modem rental fee of 15 dollar a month. I said no, per the reps I talked to them quoted me the plan for 34.99 and nothing about renting a modem. He went and got his manager who looked over the plan I was wanting to get and then said I needed to rent the modem. I then informed the manager that was not what I was told via the chat session (which I have screen shots of to prove to them). the manager was not willing to work with me and wouldn’t give me the modem in the plan. I walked out at that point.Going straight to the point. STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCT AND DON’T COMPLY WITH WHAT THEY HAVE SAID

I have to say, there are few companies who survive based on this strategy: offering a superior product, with inferior customer service. The one star is for internet speed, and thats it. I have purchased a product twice now that was advertised as unlimited then been billed for charges. I get statements in the mail that say one amount, then an online statement that has a completely different amount. You cant get answers in person, and you cant get help over the phone. Purchased a tv remote product that never showed up and now they changed my listed product on my account. I have never considered actually filing a suit against a company until now. Stay. Away.

Hey just an FYI for anyone interested in signing up with xfinity, they lied about early termination fees WHEN WE MOVED OUTSIDE A SERVICE AREA and their physical locations have the WORST customer service when you go to return your items. Beyond livid I was charged $120 when I moved away from an area they serviced AND THEY DIDNT TELL ME until a bill showed up and then they said there’s nothing they can do. No longer recommending you to anyone @xfinity. Spent 30 minutes in line outside this location because employees didn’t tell people in line that they were taking equipment returns in front of other customers and I had an equipment return, was very obviously holding a box of equipment.

We have not had internet for a week which has interfered with our 24hrs business. Attempts to get help, we were told by the reps that they cannot help us because they have no access to our account. The ONE person who has access to our account is away on holiday and so we will have to wait. Meanwhile we were told to keep restarting the the system with hopes that the internet will be back. Day 6 now and we are still down. This is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done.
