This is my go to place for absolutely any phone problems, they even helped me fix my laptop once.I have been a costumer for a while and the reason I stick with them because they treat my tech problems as priority and are diligent, efficient, and professional, not to mention the great pricing!They also sell phones for excellent deals and have a huge variety. This is an awesome repair store! Service tech was really friendly and fixed my iPad in less than 5 minutes. Charger head had broken off inside the port, worked perfectly afterward.

Great customer service and great tech support. I have had two phones fixed here and both time they exceeded expectations. An added plus was that while you wait you can walk over to Treats for awesome ice cream.

I set up a time to go to the store during their open hours and called ahead to make sure that they would be there and have the item that they had advertised. When I got there they were not there. I called the number on the door and they said they would be there in 25 minutes.I waited and then when I finally got to see the item it was not the one that they had advertised! Be very wary! They said it was a 16 inch MacBook Pro when in fact it was only a 15 inch! These people are tricksters and scammers.If I could give zero stars I would. Just absolutely awful.

I’ve had these guys fix many of my kids phones when they break and they always do a great job.

Took my phone in because it died often, they sold me a battery, decent price $50. one week later my phone died, i could not get it started, took it to them. Two month later the tell me my phone is unrepairable!OK, well refund me the money for the battery you sold me, what am i suppose to do with a new battery and a dead phone?NOPE never refund me nothings, i threw the phone and new battery in trash. This guys are not very good, and over priced on their phones by like $50

The hours are wrong . The only sign outside is outside a locked door with an arrow pointing to that door and the door google directs you toalso when I brought it to their attention they said they know and I said they should probably fix that they said its fine how it is. it is not fine that I came there three days in a row and could not get in two days of which it was because they closed earlier than Google said. It just really seemed to me like he would rather and not working also didnt know anything about the phones that they are selling

So I drove 2 and a half hours in. Bought 3 phones. Drove 2 and a half way back and find out one phone doesn’t charge. I contacted them. He text me which I let. Saying sorry. He will send out another. Send him my address. He went on vacation and when he got back he was so nice and sent it over night. He didn’t ask me to drive all the way back and exchange it He went to the post office and mailed one out so I didn’t have to drive so far back. He was very nice. What an amazing customer service. I will forever go back to them and will tell people to go to them. I’m huge on customer service and boy they went way beyond service. Way to go.

I texted the number for more information they were polite, walked me though things, and I had a lot of questions. Theyre patient, communicative, and honest. I came all the way from Portland during rush hour and it was worth all the traffic. They even gave me a 14 day warranty which a lot of places dont. Also a charger with the phone I purchased. I couldnt find it at first, but one of the workers went outside to show me in. Worth the Portland trip. Thank you again guys my fiance loved her phone!

Needed new glass covers for 2 x iPhones, installed as we waited, price was excellent. Also answered all of our questions patiently and in such a way we understood the technical aspects of our inquires. Will return for a glass replacement on 6 plus. I went to this store to get some iPhones and they were awesome.. didnt try to upsell me on ANYTHING. I left with 2 phones I liked but realized I hate ios. Eddie, the owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The prices are stellar and the 14 day return policy definitely helps make you feel better about purchasing a phone there. Found an add of a galaxy note 10 on Facebook from their shop and went in to pick buy. The staff was friendly and super helpful they even sat on the phone with my phone company for me (because I have a speech impediment so its kinda hard for me ) to make sure the phone will work for my plan. Went home got a new sim card and found out it didnt work so I went back to the shop and they switched it out for a different note 10 that did work and even sat it up for me to make sure it worked. Then they said bring back my old phone in a couple of days so I can get all the pictures if my family off of it and theyll give me money back which they kept their word and did! Best shop Ive been to and they now have a loyal customer!!! I will also suggest to all my friends and family to use this shop!!!!

Bought a pair of Galaxy S6s and cases here two weeks ago (yeah i know its a basic older phone, i dont need an iphone 11 i break screens like its my job). was having an issue with one not wanting to connect to data service on my provider network. Went back in today and they were able to figure out the issue being a setting from unlocking. Got it fixed and went on with my day no problems at all.Very satisfied with the price and the service provided, i wouldnt hesitate to return for a future upgrade.

Went in and bought a note 9 and the people there were very nice and helpful! They also have THE lowest prices for used phones Ive seen! I bought my note 9 for $550 and its perfect condition no scratches or anything! Cant recommend this place ehongh if your looking for a cheap used phone!

Nearly impossible to find but not a bad shop. Prices are very good for not being the internet and the guy who runs the place is really cool and helpful. The only other downside besides being almost impossible to find is there didnt seem to be any of the latest phones used. Only last generation. I was trying to get the note 9 when I visited but all they had was an s8+. But if youre looking for a little bit older used phone at good prices... This is your spot.

The best cell phone place in town. HANDS DOWN!!! The prices for phones are reasonable. You can buy a phone from this guy and feel good about it. A few weeks ago, my wifes iPhone battery went dead. Brought it in and within 20 mins had it replaced, ready to go. For 40 bucks!!! Repairs are cheap. Dont throw your money away at the mall. Come to this guy! Youll win every time.

I came in for an advertised iPad mini that was posted on Facebook for $85. I messaged and said I’d be there at 3 to get it. Was told that was fine. I show up at 2:45 and the kid (probably mid teens) working there said they already sold it. He offered another one for $99 and I had to practically beg him for a case as advertised on the original post. I purchased a used iPad mini and paid cash and he did not give me a receipt. Fast forward 3 days and now the display doesn’t work. It’s going to cost more to have it fixed than to buy another one. Very disappointed overall.
