I like this store. People get you in and out really quickly and are really respectful.

Went in to get a prepaid phone. Was told the Orbic Wonder was the only one for Verizon under $400. Should have known to leave. Agent would not show me prices or other phones. I asked if there was a case, was told I could get one online. You cannot. The phone is horrible and the price listed on Verizons website ended up being half what they charged. No sale price just normally half the price. Dont go to this store they will rip you off to unload whatever junk phone they need to get rid of.

Sarah Underwood was amazing. She resolved an issue that I havent been able to resolve with Verizon for the past 8 months. She came in 2 hours earlier then her shift to help us. I will now only deal with her when it comes to my Verizon account, she was the most reliable person I have dealt with at Cellular sales, everyone else there has told us different stories every time we come in to deal with something, and caused us a lot problems with our bill, and spending money on things that we didnt need to spend money on. Thank you Sarah you are the best!!!!!

I was so impressed with both of my recent visits to this store. First impressions are great as all employees are wearing ties and/or dresses. Their professionalism does not stop there though. I was greeted right away and our salesman listened to what our goal was with our phone needs. The follow up service we received from Nolan was equally impressive. I needed to make an emergency stop as my old I-Phone 6 died. The store was observing good COVID-19 safety protocols, I waited about 2 minutes (on a Friday afternoon) to be called in for service. My service representative was Alfonso Loza-Gonzalez and he was very knowledgeable. Working with safe distancing and masks, he showed me my options and was able to retrieve ALL of my I-Phone 6 information from the Cloud. 30 minutes from start to finish. I would recommend this store and specifically Alfonso any time.

The service here was wonderful! They made sure I was able to find what I wanted, I went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They werent pushy about any sales, and actually worked to make me have the best deal on what I was looking to get.

Awesome experience! The best I have had in over 12 years with this company. This new store was warm on a cold day, clean, everyone was dressed professionally, I was greeted immediately, my needs were met promptly. I had to come back, due to time constraints on my end (nothing to do with Verizon) and was able to pick up where I left off. Jenny who helped me was efficient, knowledgeable and if all Verizon employees were like her other cell phone companies wouldnt exist. I work in a customer service retail position daily that offers exceptional service. I appreciated the level of service that was provided to me, I would not call Verizon, I would not chat or email Verizon, I would recommend to go to this store!

Sarah Underwood was amazing not only did she come in 2 hrs early toHelp us she stayed on the phone fixing our issues for 3 1/2 hours. I brought my grandmother here to get a new phone. Her last one was from 2014. Matthew helped us out today, and was incredibly patient and kind. My grandmother had many questions and he listened and answered them for her. When she finally picked out the phone she wanted, he made sure her phones background was the same as her old phone, along with the app placement on the home screen. Her biggest concern was the phone being different and not being able to find her things. He went above and beyond today. His lunch was even delivered during the time he was helping us, and he didnt seem in a hurry and we didnt feel like we were being rushed out. Thank you for great customer service. :)

Sarah U. assisted me with resolving multiple issues on my elderly parents account, including a stolen phone, an outdated contract, and concerns about our price. Her professionalism, communication skills, and Verizon knowledge was remarkable. Because we arrived near closing time, Sarah stayed after closing time to ensure all of our needs were met. We left with all of our issues resolved, the right product for us, and an amazingly positive experience. We will be using Sarah exclusively for all of our Verizon transactions in the future. Additionally, supervisor James at the service center was able to provide some credits for inappropriate past charges. This has been my best experience with a cell company ever. My personal phone accounts are with Sprint. Because of the service that I received from these two employees, I am strongly considering switching to Verizon. And I am not unhappy with my Sprint service. I’m just that impressed with the Verison experience specifically due to those two employees. You found two winners there, Verizon. The people there are really friendly. Even though I no longer have Verizon for my carrier they were really helpful to me and helped me find everything I was looking for. I recommend this store highly.

Nolan helped us switch to smart phones by answering all our questions and helping us choose the best phone and plan for us. If we had any questions or problems later on, we just needed to contact him and it was resolved. An experience that we were dreading turned out to be a positive one.

Becca is AMAZING! First off, this store is new, clean and all the reps are very professional. All of them walk to the door to greet new people and then walk you to the door when you are done... great service. Now, on to Becca. I spent over 7 days going back and forth with her about deals and asking for quotes on different combinations of phones and plans. She answered all my calls within 2 rings, answered every text message promptly (even on days she wasnt in!) and dealt with endless fact-finding. Finally the deal came up that I loved and I knew exactly where to go... to Becca! She even surprised me with an iPad deal and when my Verizon Dollars werent showing up she took care of it and hooked it up. If you need a new phone or are switching to Verizon GO TO BECCA at this Verizon Store. You wont be disappointed!

We recently decided to switch over our cell service to Verizon. We drove into the parking lot and were greeted by Patrick at the front door. We purchased 1 new iPhone, added 3 new lines and could not resist the sale price on a new iPad. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and patient helping us make the transition from AT&T to Verizon. Patrick and Joel were both very professional, patient and kind. The service was better than we had hoped!

Went in the store to look at a couple phones the other day after recently switching my device out at my carrier, Boost Mobile. I was having some issues with my contacts & apps not syncing correctly, so I asked Sarah in sales if she had any idea of what’s wrong. She told me not to worry and that she would take care of it for me. I was astounded by her customer service and her knowledge when it came to my phone’s issues. She also took a solid 40 mins out of her day to help me, a non Verizon customer, when she totally didn’t even have to. I’ll definitely be ending my current service with Boost Mobile come September, and going straight to see Sarah!!

I have been here 5 times for a variety of reasons.This store is a personal retailer and NOT for business accounts. It depends on what you need but more importantly WHO you are working with.👍I had success fixing an issue with a tech problem while switching phones in September.👎Then I came back after my “warranty screen protector” was broken. Spent 30min with a person who clearly didn’t know what they were doing and ended up purchasing a new one.👎👍Matthew.. he helped fix a personal line issue in 30min. Seemed knowledgeable on that level but NOT on converting to a business account. Overall about 16 hours has been spent on correcting the multiple issues (Spanish default, no online access, never a business account, a new number on a line..). We are still dealing with residual issues that are now hopefully fixed. Considering we all make mistakes, it was a big one.. so he should stick to personal retail assistance.

Colby was the best ever. His prompt greeting was very friendly. He was very helpful showing all the options for the new phone I was asking about. He showed me the apples to apple comparison and helped me make the smartest purchase for my needs. As a salesman my self who works with phones, Ill never come back to this store ever again. To all those who think this might be a good place to go I highly recommend you dont. As an mobile sales employee I have to do everything online. I stopped by to ask a quick question and to see if they can help me with my situation. As I went into the store I told them I recently purchased phones through the Verizon website and immediately as I said that I can see that the rep was no longer interested in helping me. I asked to see if they can do a service for me and they responded with an completely wrong answer they even told me what I tried to get done was impossible, I tried to correct them but the salesman teamed up with his co-workers on me and refused to help and stood by to there incorrect information. I left because they lacked any useful help and I was forced to call customer service and they Informed me that what I trying to do was not impossible they took care of the service I was trying to do within 10 minutes. As a mobile employee it disappoints me when I see a salesman completely ignore the customers need just to make a little commission. Not only did they refuse to help me but they gave me incorrect information and told me I was wrong. Please avoid these people

I went here about a month ago. I have been meaning to make a review and just havent had the time. They are super expensive, my goal was to get a SIM card for a phone for my grandmother and Im not sure if I was saying things wrong but the guy just did not understand what I was trying to say. I even wrote it down on paper and he was still confused. I ended up paying $21 for a SIM card which at another location they told me that they only charge $10. So I paid more than double for something I shouldnt even have to pay for. They dress as if its a 5 star restaurant. I dont mind looking nice but it seems a little overkill if you ask me. Needless to say it was frustrating expensive and I know I will not be back

Got amazing black Friday deals! The service was amazing. The computer system crashed while we were trying to pay so it took awhile but the amazing service made it worth it. We were offered snacks and an extra discount. I felt bad for the staff but they handled it like champs.

Nolan was great! I was going to get and older iPhone 8 and it just wasnt working with the updates ( i got the phone from my brother). he walk me thought all of my options. I ended up getting a new phone moto z4. I was worried that he would sell me the most expensive phone but he didnt he sold me one that was right for me. The customer service was so much better then in the past.

Check this place out! Its a new location but Brad A. recognized me from another Verizon store and I got a friendly greeting and a new phone. I went in today to see if they could fix my iPhone 7+. The charger cord broke off inside the phone. The lady I met (Sarah) told me that all they could do was put in a repair order, and I’d have to pay the deductible. She suggested I go across the lot to the repair place. It might be cheaper, if they charged me at all. So, I went across and talked to them. Come to find out that where it broke, the piece was “locked in” and it cost $129 to fix it. He suggested I go back to Verizon and see what they could do. I went back and Sarah saw me coming and greeted me at the door. I explained what the guy said, so she took me to her desk to see what they could do. She was more than friendly and very helpful. When she looked up the account, it showed I was close to paying it off. She said I could do that, trade in my 7+ and use that for accessories or what have you. I got a way better than expected trade in value for my phone. It ended up paying for a new case, screen protector (which she asked her co-worker Matthew to help her with while she got things hooked up and processed) and a wireless hands free charger for my car. I also ended up with credit on my account. I didn’t get the color I wanted (got periwinkle (a light blue) instead of black), but a very small adjustment to give up for such great customer service. Not only did Matthew show no problem helping her, another co-worker brought her any paperwork printed. They were just being nice. It was slow, but still, it was nice to see. I’ve worked in some sort of customer service most of my life, so I know genuine great customer service when I see it. I highly recommend Sarah Underwood at this store. If she isn’t there, I believe Matthew, or the others would do just as well. But ask for Sarah first. She didn’t push anything on me and listened. What could have turned into a headache/nightmare, turned out very well. So, thank you Sarah, Matthew and the other guy who I didn’t get his name. Great job working together and being there for the customer and each other. I’ll be going back to them again, when I need help. I’ve already told my wife to go to Sarah when she’s ready to trade in.

I don’t usually leave goggle reviews but Becca really helped us out. I was over at the Vancouver plaza Corp store and upgraded my phone to the new XS max. When it came time to upgrade my girlfriends line we ran into an issue that was not correct. My gf was obviously a little frustrated she could not get her phone upgraded. On the way to my home we swung into Becca’s store. She gave us the correct information and I happily paid the CORRECT fees to upgrade. Wish I could have gave Becca both of our phone sales. Verizon takes thousands of dollars from me a year for phones and service without hardly ever having to provide me with customer service. It was refreshing to work with someone that genuinely cared about her job and customers.

Joel is our phone guy! He has been a font of information and very helpful! The staff at this Verizon have never let us down.

I think its important to realize that this is a Verizon authorized retailer and not a corporate Verizon store. When I called the store thinking they were a corporate Verizon store they answered with another business name. The outside of the store is made to look like a Verizon corporate store. So basically this location is not dealing directly with Verizon, but going through a middleman similar to a cell phone kiosk at the mall. When I asked point-blank if they were a Verizon corporate store I was told yes, which might warrant a lower rating because trust is so important. But I gave two stars because the actual person I worked with was nice.

Had the best service today! Sarah was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was professional, empathetic, and extremely helpful. I had several issues with the main one being the security of my wi-fi. She went over everything and got me the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this location! And ask for Sarah. I am sure the rest of the staff are as wonderful but SHE restored my faith in Verizon customer service!
