Excellent customer service! I went in to find out about Prince Funko Pops. They had none at the time so I preordered what I could then 2 days later I get a phone call from Game Stop saying, we just got in 2 different Prince Funko Pops & that they held them for me because I was so excited about them. I went right into the store & bought both of themI didnt ask them to call me...but they remembered me & called knowing I would want them!

Nick and Alaina were SO awesome! I had a million questions and had to come back a couple times and even return a game. They were patient, knowledgeable and very kind! Great experience!

When there to get a Pokemon Go plus and ended up with a Go-tcha. The gal who assisted me was super nice, explained how to use it, answered questions. Nice vibe at the store.

Not to bad of a store, however its got a small selection compared to the days when my son was into games and such. that wasnt too long ago. so i am guessing with the sad store employee who barely spoke words to us or the gloomy look on the other employees face, that theres a soon to be out of business stamped on the doors of this one sooner than later. our country is falling apart at the hands of so many who made memories for me as i grew up and they are memories for my children that they dont want. save our stores, the malls, the small business, the schools, the lives of everyone not just particular someones, save our land, our people, our future, our planet; thats what i felt when i walked in the store....was this and sadness. hope you guys are going to get through this as a whole but the stores overall first impression was not at all...

Cons you into a membership with out mentioning that it costs money to sign up. But the Employees are very nice and easy to get along with.

Huge collector of pops and figures. They have a good selection of items.

The whole mall is dying, so its not completely their fault its just a dumping ground for clearance items.

Ive found that in all gamestops their staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you find exactly what your looking for

The associate Calvin was awesome!! Its been years since Ive purchased a gaming system, and I was considering trying the Nintendo Switch. He took tons of time to answer all my questions. He helped me get set up, and gave me suggestions on the best games to try. He even went above and beyond and let me try the system he had in his backpack so I could make sure I liked playing it. Truly cool experience.

I love GameStop. People working are always really nice and help you find whatever it is youre looking for. Ive maybe come in once or twice when they didnt have something I was looking for but they helped me find another game Id enjoy. I also like their exchange and return policies, I find them very fair. Over all great place for your gaming needs

The staff here has always been helpful and nice. Ill go here over the Mill Plain game stop any day, but the pre owned game selection doesnt seem to change over the time I stop in. I do have a problem with the wait times in store and on the phone. Overall its a good store, with a knowledgeable staff.

Gme to the moon diamond hands

I was surprised at the prices of used games. Even if I paid the annual membership fee the price of the used game was more than what a new game cost. The staff tried being helpful by explaining how the manufacturer sets the price of new games, but I certainly wasnt going to pay more for a used game than what I would pay for a new one.

Great customer service

I’ve been going to this GameStop since I was a child and still am a regular customer there. This store and employees just know how to be amazing and helpful and this is hands down the best customer service of a lot of GameStop’s I know of. Kudos, guys and gals!

Their only saving grace is that they have games the day they are released. They pay a horrible price for used games that they sell for 3 to 4 times what they pay for them. The staff is decent, really friendly actually and relatively knowledgeable. I guess the main problem I have is how bad the establishment rips off customers on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to used equipment. If you are going to buy used games I suggest try to find a mom and pop shop or some local guy online.

Got my game quickly even though it was sold out in most every other store I tried. And I had a pleasant talk with the cashier about upcoming games. Ill be useing gamestop for my next game purchase thats for sure.

Great store, and good customer service even to 8 year olds. My grandson had money to spend and even though he didnt ask for prices the clerk helping him steered him towards the less expensive items.

Extremely rude , unhelpful and unfriendly.I could keep going but this store is by far the worst gamestop I’ve ever shopped at which is extremely sad as it’s now my local gamestopI have a game informer subscription and have had issues with never getting it in the mailMy previous local store always took care of me as a customer and gave me a copy whenever the mail failed to deliverIn this case however I found a very unhappy looking rep at the counter and upon requesting a copy of this months game informer explaining my issue with mail etcShe put her hand on the stack of game informers as if guarding them in case of theft and said “ call customer care I can’t give you one”I told her I already had and they told me to come to a local store but she maintained the rudeness and says “I can help the next customer “If you need assistance this is not a store that values customers or represents the brand in any wayAnd the second issue I’ve had trying to be a customer hereWhere is management ???!?!? Other stores I visit all tell me they’ve heard the horror stories of this store and sadly I can confirm all of them at this point

There are always long lines here due to being short staffed. Today their network was down and I couldnt log into my account to get my rewards. The guys wonderful solution was to just download the app. Which of coarse didnt work. I drove all the way over here and wasted my time, I couldve used for other things, rather than trying to get into my account, to no avail. One clerk gave another customer his discount due to the inconvenience, but the clerk I was stuck with was completely apathetic and unwilling to help me. Its not my fault their network was down. He couldve taken a lil responsibility and helped me out, but chose to be a prick and do nothing and pretty much ignore me. He didnt even apologize. I am a manager at my work and would never handle a situation like that. Hes obviously incompetent and could care less about helping the customers who provide his paycheck. I am never returning here although its the only close location.
