Coming into the store, I had feelings of apprehension and skepticism as far as how my complicated (to me) situation would be handled- and whether or not Id be walking out with no solution or having broken the bank.Stevie and Jamal welcomed us kindly and asked us all the right questions, some before I even knew I had them, and quickly helped us through the whole process. We chose the nearest store we found on our maps and were blown away by the professionalism and kindness portrayed through the experience.If we have any in-person needs, we will definitely return here! Would recommend this location over many others Ive visited in the past!

USE AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE! THIS IS NOT A VERIZON LOCATION!!!Back in late May/early June my wife and I traded in some phones. The sales associate was incredibly polite but had no idea what she was doing. She wasnt able to honor ANY of the promises she made and took some liberties with our plan that I am STILL trying to correct---- Ive been on and off the phone with Verizon customer service and will need to call them again this week and it is FOUR MONTHS LATER!!!Note for the owner: Im leaving this review in part because I was PROMISED that the Regional manager would call me to discuss the situation when I initially was forced to spend the better part of 5 hours off and on the phone trying to get a 3rd line deactivated that a sales associate had added to my plan THAT I NEVER REQUESTED. Although someone at this location did send back some sort of a refund to take care of the third line issue, the Regional Manager NEVER CALLED, and the sales associate refused to explain to Verizon customer service what theyd done wrong, which left me on the hook to handle it.Im still handling it, as now I have ANOTHER billing issue thats popped up regarding the payoff of one of the phones (which was performed at this Cellular Plus location) and is now showing as having monthly payments due DESPITE a 0 balance.Train your people, get your act together! If the Regional manager cant be bothered to role model what good customer service looks like you can hardly expect it of employees at the store level.If I could leave 0 stars I would, you all managed to waste a huge amount of my time.

The store staff is awesome. Everyone was very helpful and the new trainee they have is very nice and personable.....

This location is meant to sell products, and their team is trained to do so. When in doubt, don’t go to an “authorized retailer” location, as they are just going to push products on you— a Verizon employee that does not work at an authorized retailer store informed me of this. Make sure you go over any and all charges they will apply for whatever product you are purchasing, because there will be hidden fees that they will withhold telling you about until you have paid it for months “waiting for the promotion to hit your account” and at that point it will be too late for anyone to help you.

This is one of those places that you kind of need because they somewhat provide the best service but at the same time the people who work there are trained to push you the phones that are selling the least, I told them what I wanted specifically and I basically felt Force into what I landed with which I am not happy with and they will not fix the situation. It wasnt the employee himself its just the way that this business runs. They only get three stars because their service is at least halfway decent, but watch your bills!!!!

I had a great experience working with Sarah. She explained exactly what needed to happen. I was a little disappointed when she had to order the phone. When I came in she transferred everything an answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience.

Absolute 1,000 percent five stars for Summer. She was amazing to work with. She was quick, attentive, friendly, and was totally top notch. If my work was hiring I’d want to steal her and have her work for me! She was amazing! I’d recommend seeing her any day of the week. I’m so impressed. And I love my new phone too. Lol.

As others have mentioned, dont go here. The regional sales manager doesnt return calls, they dont provide training to staff, theyll call you weeks after your upgrade and tell you what they promised cant be fulfilled and give terrible advice coupled with adding lines to your account you didnt authorize because they forgot to undo it. Our billing is still not corrected after a really high bill then a really low one. We are unimpressed.

Megan was the best service representative i have worked with. I was looking for a phone but I visited 2 other stores and had been kicked out. Megan was the only one who had helped me in this store who had helped me. I sell cars and know what the sales experience is like . I can say as a sales professional , she is a professional herself. I truly loved the experience and highly recommended working with her. She just had a baby , come buy phone from her to help her family. God bless.

I just needed to purchase a new cord to charge my phone but Summer had excellent Customer Service skills & provided info about their trade-in specials. I told her she was excellent in sales. She immediately opened up the package, plugged in the cord to charge my phone & asked permission to put her Verizon contact info in my iPhone. I was in a hurry because I was meeting a friend for lunch. Otherwise, I’m sure I would have taken advantage of the special discount & bought a new phone because of her enthusiasm & personality & her knowledge of the products. She gave me a lot of info in s short period of time & has worked for Verizon for only 3 months. After I paid for my new cord Summer walked me to the door & opened the door for me & told me she would be there until 8 pm.I had planned to go back after lunch but something came up & I could not. But, if I decide to purchase a new phone, I will buy it from Summer. She is an excellent representative for Verizon! Judith

We had several things that we needed to get done. We came in on Saturday and for a variety of reasons there were a lot of issues trying to get a new account set up with three lines ported over from straight talk. Cameron spent about four hours with us on Saturday and unfortunately customer service closed before we were finished so we had to come back on Sunday. 4 1/2 hours on Sunday, We had all of the problems finally resolved. It took quite a while and Cameron was extremely patient and very helpful in getting everything done and explaining the different options to us. He talked to several people in different departments with customer service and billing in order to get all this set up. Thank you for all of your help Cameron.

Sofia was visiting this location for training. She is a manager for central Washington. I dropped my phone into the Columbia River and needed a new phone. I had had it for 6 plus years so did not know anything about new phones. She deserves a raise. She was extremely patient and detailed. She helped me find the best products for myself and children. She helped me set them up and even waited for me to run home and get my computer so I could set up my iCloud. Everyone at this location helped each other and had great communication amongst themselves. They were SOOO friendly and professional. Thank you!!!!!

The staff here go above and beyond! I spent several hours in the store working on a getting lines transferred from consumer to business. While the entire process wasnt smooth and they encountered some challenges getting it set up, Stevie, Shaun and Kat all pulled together to make it work. They consistently checked in on me and on other customers and did whatever it took to get me set up correctly. Great job team!
