I wished I never visited this store, please change the store Staff, or close if you cant work, they are making you wait for hours just because they dont know what how to do the sample thing, they want you to call customers services do everything on your own.

Rude. Asked to see a product they had in stock. They didn’t want to bring it out and show it to me. They rather showed me a picture of it they took of it. I chose to buy the products else where for a cheaper price. The manager was rude. I think it was because I’m black she thought I would steal the item I wished to purchase just very rude had me waiting for services when there were only me and one other customer in the store he was being helped while the manger was playing on her iPad and I was asked to wait for assistance. Just all the way very rude.Update came back to the store they pretended they were closed. So I called corporate and got one month of service for free. Lol 😂 jokes on you dummy
