Took phone to repair the screen was out and could not charge 1st.had to wait on new one to come in 2nd. Had to wait another day was told the portal was damage 3rd Requested to have it fixed 4th got phone back screen did not fit took phone to batteries + lady said that they did sloppy work screws missing from portal got a report stating the damage tried to call owner no respond phone completely no good not repairble.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I brought my daughters tablet in to be fixed for two big road trips we had coming up. I brought it in two weeks before I needed it and was told it would take 3 to 5 days. On the 5th day, I heard nothing from them, so I called to check the status and was told they had to ship it to another store to be fixed, and it would be another 5 days. Called five days after that and they said it wasnt done and would be ready in 2 days... long story short, this happened for 4 weeks, and only for them to tell me at the end, they couldnt fix it. They said we can come pick it up, went in TWICE to pick it up, after calling and them telling us it was there, but it wasnt. This was a horrible experience! Do not use them!

Update.... I’m want to thank the owner for his quick response as well as repairing my cell phone. I really appreciate the service and the fact that these reviews are monitored. The owner didn’t make me feel bad about my outburst but understood were I was coming from and assisted me with no problems. Thank you again.These people are sad fixed a IPhone 8 screen for me on the 4/17 and now the screen has gone out. Today is 5/18 and they don’t want to replace the screen because it’s one day over warranty. Why would I repay this place to fix a phone and come back in another 31 days if I have the same issue.

I went in to get a cell phone case and instead received some poor customer service. The young man who was helping me was more concerned with whatever he was doing before I got there. Not only that.... but I seen they were selling a small container of Clorox wipes for $15. Thats taking advantage of the pandemic. I wont be returning.

Paid to get my screen fixed and NEW battery. They told me battery was original and NEW. They LIED! I had it working for 3 months before it broke on top of that I had to pay another vendor because I was in another state. I will NEVER be back and this is a type of business in which you have to trust people to do their job you cant be their to watch them. I was sold a used battery that was not original. I was in another state so I could not come back. Any place that promises only a 30 day warrantee should of been a RED FLAG!

Ive had two phones fixed here (screens replaced). They have the best prices in all of Atlanta, and I called everywhere. It tends to take longer than they say by about 30 mins, but thats because its a small business and they are the repair people and the receptionists. Great job

I had my screen repaired buy this company but the screen is Defiantly the worst kinda glass/plastic i have ever seen. Ive never had a phone that glass that scratched like plastic...I truly believe they use plastic replacement ...I personally called this place and complained about the quality of the replacement glass and was brushed off completely by a young lady that claimed to be the acting manager . This phone has never been more than in my hand and back in the pocket of my purse and it literally looks like i dragged the phone down the street. very disappointed because they were very quick and pleasant they day i had phone fixed

Took my phone to change my battery. Already took the new battery to them. They called to tell me they broke my screen trying to fix my new battery in. They told me I needed to pay for a new screen if they have to replace it. I had no option than to give them a go ahead. they ordered a new screen. took them two weeks, but they ordered the wrong screen. They called and said they ordered a wrong screen, That they have to order the correct one. took another two weeks to get the screen. When they finally fixed it they called me to pick it up. they didnt place the screen properly and it was still showing inside of the phone. They said they cant do anything to it that they bent my frame. Im giving them one star because they broke my screen and told me I had to pay for a new one. and took them almost a month to fix the screen and they didnt fix it properly

The screen replacement we got the 1st time for an iPhone 7 plus was defective. We took it back and its still defective! Definitely not worth the $100...plus rude customer service! Definitely will not be back here...its not worth it! Should have just went to Apple originally!

My phone flipped over on my cars dash board as it always does while using my gps, but this time it cracked near the home button. I believe this company uses cheap replacement products. I had my iPhone for an entire year and it never cracked until it met with the concrete. Need less to say they did not work anything out with me and wanted to charge full price within a 3-4 time span for a repeated repair. Also my home button was not replaced during the initial repair and their rep stated that the home button couldnt be replaced after I complained about a remaining crack in the home button the same day of the repair. I later found out that it too should of been replaced. Poor Customer Service! Now, that I think about it my phone cracked again near the home button because it was never repair correctly to begin with.

I HAD an Galaxy S7. Let my friend have since she had no phone. Only issue was the SIM card was stuck inside. Told her I found a place that will do it for $60. Because we wanted to support our ppl she came here. First strike, she was told $35 whether they can fix it or not. Second strike, that price was FALSE and she ended up paying about $50 give or take. Ok great, phone fixed SIM card out new tray installed! Last and final strike that has blown me past all PISSTIVITY !!! My phone is NOW PERMANENTLY DAMAGED and has no use! $700 darn phone down the drain! These idiotic fools didnt have the decency to say well mam it could be a possibility that if we remove the SIM that the phone will no longer work!! Had the audacity to say they pretty much didnt do it! But wait theres more!! If the SIM was STUCK to the prongs and YOU removed it, and the prongs are now damage explain to me Mr. Wonderful how you all didnt damage it?? Now explain to now what Im supposed to do with a phone thats only a yr old?? They offered no refund or compensation!!! But they as*** is over there sitting high or low off my funds!! You cant trust ppl cuz they all about the dollar they could give a d*** about you!!! Thanks for nothing Phone Depot, no recommendations from me.
