My mom, brother, and I stopped in yesterday afternoon to get my brother an outfit for an upcoming wedding. We were greeted right away by Matt. He was SUPER helpful and explained all their men clothing extremely well. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. We walked out with an entire outfit and with a great experience. Thanks again Matt!

Great customer service

I am so disappointed in the customer service at Express north park. Seriously considering cancel my account with them and take back all that I bought.

I dont live in the area, but was shopping there on Black Friday and bought items there. When we returned home in another state and I tried to take back a shirt that didnt fit my son, the Express store wouldnt take it back because they said it was from an outlet, I must have missed the sign, because I had no clue I was shopping at an outlet store in Northpark.

They exchanged a pair of jeans I bought previously with no problems. Thank you!
