Everything advertised was on shelves as far as I could see. In and out in less than ten minutes. No hassle on coupons. Got a great pair of shoes for under 25$. No rude people at checkout.Enough said.

I just entered this location and as soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted there were two workers standing at the counter. As we’re walking around the store we got followed like if we’re stealing very disrespectful. As we paid for our items i asked the lady which side of the counter and she ignored me and just reached for our items. Not one word except what’s my email… nor did you find everything okay?? Nothing not even have a good day. I love this store and spend a lot of money here but I can honestly say you need new workers who are out going it’s depressing to walk into that store.

Horrible experience. You can visit them if want to be racially profiled. Especially if you are going to purchase a gun. I asked my brother in-law to accompany me to recommend a gun. I was refused service because I ask wish one he recommend for me.The lady that claimed to be the only manager present, Davene Garcia, had a bad attitude from the initial contact to the end. She miss directed us and told me she was the only manager present. After I asked her to give me the corporate contact information to speak to someone in a higher authority, she gave me a business card with the business phone number, not corporate(while I called it rang right in front of me). I asked her what was this and why she gave me this number. Than she was able to find another manager hiding somewhere. The place lacks class and professionalism.

2 employees talking about their drunken night playing Guitar Hero were too busy to offer any help at the only counter that requires keys (binoculars, knives, airsoft etc). Second couple waiting with me were looking for help too. Made eye contact with both employees but their evening was too important to attent to the counter. Either that or straightening fishing rods is REALLY that important. Looks like the signs on the door hiring for all positions including Store Manager are no joke. Poor girl at the checkout finally had to leave her post to come help.

Big 5 on Stone is a wonderful place to shop. The stuff are all friendly and able to give the info on everything. I saw where the manager works right along with the stuff.

They tried very hard make sure that we received the advertised prices. The help is greatly appreciated.

If you need shoes they got some good selection for sporty people like me. I bought a couple of paint ball guns but it wasnt the right ones for me. They took them back no problem and I got a refund. Probably going to try get a compass there next time. See you soon guys cant wait #survival

Rude staff and not COVID conscious. Rushed and unhelpful shopping expierence. There was less than 5 people in the store.

I had a bad shopping experience. The sale prices clearly marked were not given. Very disappointed. I wasted my lunch hour on a poorly ran store.

Limited selection of womens tennis shoes.

Never coming here again the staff were too busy talking to each other and when I asked for help they gave me an ugly look an unwelcome feeling never coming back here again rude.

Very courteous staff and a great selection of clearance and marked down summer-type clothing (in January). I needed a new swim suit and this time of year very few local places have swim wear (my son goes to indoor swim lessons once a week). Also, I found great prices on shoes in a clearance aisle and a selection of sizes (up to a womens 12, which is rare to see in most shoe departments). There were sales in the soccer ball area so the kiddo now had a size 3 soccer ball and the ladies at the register were so sweet in offering to removing the soccer ball from the packing after we finished our purchase so my son could hold the ball (he is 18 months and was thrilled!). Thank you Big 5!

Staff was not very helpful on the items I was looking for. Mimimal camping gear at this location for being a sport store. Asked for a specific item in stock and associate suggested different store for item since she didnt see it on the floor. She didnt even bother to check availability at other store locations. Ended up finding item at another Big 5 store.

They dont have to much women selection and afternoon store manager not to friendly. He just made feel very uncomfortable.

Had just what I wanted (dart supplies). They have a great variety across many sports and recreation activities.

Bad customer service every visit. Rude college age kids that think it is the hangout. Not a professional work place.

The employees are so incredibly rude here, it is astonishing how they even hold a job. They dont reciprocate any kindness whatsoever to customers, and their basic demeanor is very cold and unwelcoming. Spend your money elsewhere!

Big 5 is pretty average. They can have some pretty great deals sometimes, but its all timing. They can have some great closeout sales on athletic shoes, even though they are usually the low to mid models of the shoes. They can also carry some really unique and cool gadgets for the holidays.

I bought a pair of flip flops here. Went in with dad cause hes got huge feet abd we wanted to see if they carried his size and found that they did! Unfortunately the fit was all wrong for him but the fact that they had his size cheered dad up a great deal. The lady who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She didnt make us feel like we were wasting her time or like we were an inconvenience. I really enjoyed my experience there and look forward to going back! Highly recommend Big 5 Sporting Goods!

Clean. Friendly until i presented coupon from retail me not. Maybe there needs to be a sign that states only Big 5 coupons accepted here. While he took it, his body language shifted and look on his face went from a smile to a bother. If he would have stated we dont accept these I wouldnt have argued. I found it online. No biggie. I usually get some in my emails anyways.

It feels like they think were shoplifting there or something.. I bring my son for many reasons so were often there- hes an athlete and were avid campers. But majority of the time we seem to be followed, funny enough OR ignored. Either they seem suspicious or I cant find anyone to help us, they need a better happy medium.

I appreciate a store where, when you walk in with a purpose, knowing which way to go, no one asks you if you need help finding anything until you have completed your shopping and are headed to the cashier.

The only reason I come to this Big 5 is because my mother in law only likes the shoes from there so we come at least three time a year. And every time it never fails that The customer service is horrible. We walked in and 3 employees standing at the entrance just stared at us walk in without greeting us or asking if we needed any help, but one employee just followed us around until I finally needed his help. They also tried to give us a ripped up ten dollar bill as change and when we asked them to please give us another one because we were afraid that they would not accept it elsewhere the manager told the employee, “well thank you for trying at least.” Thank you for trying to get rid of the ripped up ten dollar bill. Apparently she thought we didn’t speak English.
