This is the best store! They’ve got so many cool items and so many choices of everything it’s incredible. Not to mention the incredible staff! I was super appreciative of the manager and the staff today. I went through a few different and very heavy car jacks today and they were so helpful and patient with me, even going so far as to cart it out to my vehicle for me! I super appreciate it! This place is run right! Nice job guys, I will definitely be back! The last jack is perfect!!!

Harbor freight what can you say, thay have everything you need to do just above any job you are doing. I by all my company tools there. They have the best exchange policy around

Were traveling and one of my new sway bars that I purchased in Oklahoma went bad. The Terrell Texas store replaced it with no problems. The clerk was very nice. The parking lot was plenty big for parking and pulling the camper out to the road.

Can tell that some staff try, as others have that just here for a check why are you bothering me attitude. Short staffed (pretty sure due to their home office), need more help for the customers please. As for the few that actually do their job and strive to Excell thank you for help.

Prices are good and staff is always helpful. Ive purchase some tool boxes and other equipment and for the most part I havent had any issues.

In addition to having just anything tool related that you might need, the staff at the Terrell location have always been very helpful and friendly.

I recently moved to the area and visited Harbor Freight for the first time. I felt like a kid in a candy store! The staff was super helpful and nice and there were some crazy good deals on odds and ends that I needed like basic clamps, a few levels and squares, etc. Ill be stopping back by again real soon.

Casy was an EXCELLENT Help as well her manager. I cant recall his name because his name tag had fallen off. Friendly and made you feel like Family. Thank You Very Much For Your Help.

Had a price on the item I was interested in. Got to the register and it was different.Would not honor their own pricing. Manager on duty was no help.

Great prices. Awesome tool selection. My dad purchased a drill press there. My dad wanted to go after receiving their catalog in the mail. He loved the prices. Hes going back for more. Thats saying something. Hes not easy to impress. Hes picky about where he spends his money. That should tell you that Harbor Freight Tools is an awesome place to shop. My dad likes it and so will you.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had. Service was so horrible and the people working there were so rude. My husband and i left our buggy at the register while checking out and left the store before i had to get rude back. When i say horrible i really mean it.

I called the day before And they put a 24 hrs hold on the fast selling item for meVery kind and courteous employees sand I got 20% offBeen using Mesquite and Waxahachie store but Terrell was the only one that my item in stock

Have a lot of tools I need. And yes I will keep going back. But I see no need to give them my phone number every time I go. I had to do that 3 times in one day. So I have decided not to give them the number anymore. And we need the paper Flyers back.

We went to get a generator a one Harbor store which said they had it there but it wasnt. So we went to another one and it was there.

Cheap Chinese tools that break easy, still fun to mess em up though.. some stuff is is good.

Harbor freight just recently doubled their prices on rubber gloves. This is the same thing as gas places spiking prices when theres a hurricane, just to take advantage of a disaster.There used to be a limit of two per customer before they doubled the price. Now you can buy as many as you want. I used to really like Harbor Freight until they pulled this move.Obviously harbor freight is not a very moral company.To compound this problem, the manager comes out of his office to defend his store and tell me that it wasnt them, it was corporate. He should have just stayed in his office instead of coming out and adding insult to injury. I understand supply and demand. I understand profits, but we also have a choice on where we shop for our products if the company decides to take advantage of a situation to gouge its customers.Their products are poorly made and come without even a one-week warranty when you buy them, but at least theyre inexpensive. I cannot however look past this company doing something so unscrupulous.Ive never written an online review before but felt compelled to do one for this store. Thanks for reading.

The new Harbor Freight in Terrell. I am so excited that we now have a Harbor Freight in Terrell. I love this place!Visited this this location just last week and bought myself several tools and miscellaneous that Ive needed for quite some time. Employees were very pleasant & helpful. Store was nice & clean & had plenty of stock.

Lots of tools, a big store, and we liked it. But, they didnt have the tools we were looking for primarily because we were looking for micro tools like for working on musical instruments, so we were not surprised. However, in the past we have bought from Harbor Freight Tools a light thats worn on the head with a magnifier for micro work like used in musical instruments.

I run 2 companies and go here 2-3 times a week. Just for little stuff that cost $10 dollars at homedepot and should be $1. And great tools as well! But you get what you pay for. Great service, quality tools, clean, stocked and no hassle returns!

I walked in literally 7 minutes before they closed and the guy who greeted me as I walked through the door was very polite and engaging. I was in and out within 5 minutes with exactly what I was looking for (and half the price of the EXACT same thing compared to L_w_s). About 10 miles out of route but well worth it.
