Been shopping for a 35 hp tractor for a while , JD, Fords,Massey, even the overseas Brands. Leaving Walmart headed home thought well might as well look at a Case. Never was so surprise in the curiosity and professionalism the staff were from the minute I walked into the door to the time I walked out after purchasing a tractor. Customer relations was 100 percent outstanding with this Asco team. Thanks for great commitment in the Agricultural Business.

Very strange for a tractor place NOT to stock common items like a yoke or PTO shaft, quick disconnect etc. The employee told me to go to tractor supply (hahahaha). Its hard to support local businesses if they choose NOT to compete with big corporations, very sad.

I was having trouble with my 5130 Case International Tractor and could get no response from another Case Dealer. I contacted ASCO via email and within 30 minutes had a phone call from Guy Whitfield from the Terrell location. Guy brought in Mike Ferguson whose expertise in the field helped me identify a possible source of my problem. Additionally, they followed up by sending me diagrams of the potential problem parts. Later that day, I was contacted by Scott Stewart, Outside Sales Rep. for the Terrell store to make sure I had everything I needed. I was almost overwhelmed but extremely impressed by and appreciative of the level of service I was afforded and continue to trade with the Terrell location to this day.Thank you Guy, Mike, and Scott for giving big attention to my small problem.

This place is a joke. Dropped a bobcat skid steer off, they said they would take a look at it the next day and give me an estimate. Took two weeks of me calling to get an estimate. I called at 4:30 on a Friday (they close at 5:30) the lady at the front desk said everyone had left already. I asked if anyone would be in tomorrow and the lady actually said Maybe.you can try if you want. i thought she was joking. Dont take any equipment here to get worked on. On top of all that I was quoted $1680 to fix one gasket and one hydronic hose. Another guy quoted me $650. This place will close eventually.

This place is a joke. Angie and Linda dont know what they are doing it seems like. My fiancé ordered a seal kit for a power steering cylinder and asked me to pick it up. I got home and he said what is that. They gave him a filter line instead. I take it back up there to get the right part and they quoted me $125-211 kit. They quoted him the day he order $40-80. BIG DIFFERENCE. Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in or anything. First time I stood there for 10-15 mins without a single look or word from anyone. I had no idea where to go or anything. I got a refund and will not be going back. It took both of them to do a refund while another customer walked up and they didn’t acknowledge him either. Poor poor customer service in my opinion. The sales guys might be ok but none of them even acknowledged me either.

Dont rent or buy from this place if you dont like being lied to. I rented a piece of equipment from them and I was charged double the original quote. After getting my credit card bill I noticed it. I tried to call and they tried to blow me off. I finally had to call the main office in Lubbock to get it resolved.
