A big thank you to Larry a manager and sherry in lumber. I was looking for t 1-11. I asked one guy to help me but he happened to work in appliances. Larry with a full plate stepped in and helped me get what I needed for my job. I just appreciate them going the extra mile.

Front help call Duncan to help me in ELECTRIC lights.he stayed with me the whole time. He was very helpfull in getting me set up for an electric yard light. Thank you for keeping help that can explain things.

I went in looking for a water heater and a home depot associate named James approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. I said yes he help me pull v the water heater I wanted and find the correct supply lines and fittings needed to hook up the water heater.i really appreciate the fact he went out of his way to help me and went and pulled everything else for me, made the whole visit awesome and quick. 2 thumbs up for that 👍 for sure

They are better than lowes. They have better prices than lowes. they are more helpful than Lowes. When I call Lowes nobody answers when I call home depot they bow they always answer and Very very helpful.

Not the best Home Depot. The store is too small, poorly stocked, the employees regularly leave product stacked on carts and baskets in the aisles making it difficult to get through the store and making available large carts hard to find. It’s a very messy store. Employees are seldom in their departments and help is usually difficult to find.

Good place for materials. Even found a few things I couldnt find at Lowes. Just wish more of the customers would wear masks. Coronavirus is really high in this small town.

Bought a Frigidaire Freezer back in Feb, 2021, delivered in Mid-March. Since they delivered it, repair guys have been out 3 times. Repair guys are currently waiting for parts for the 4th repair. 4 repairs in 4 months.Im not blaming Home Depot for Frigidaires problem. Im blaming Home Depot for their unwillingness to exchange this piece of junk for something else. They will exchange it, as long as I bring the bad one into the store. Its their policy that I have to bring the bad one in. I offered to buy a new one and have them deliver it. While delivering the new one, they can pick up the old one and bring it back to the store and give me the refund on it. Nope. Cant do that. Makes too much sense. Home Depot is more concerned with following their own policies than good customer service.

There are MANY problems, besides the thieves and lack of actual grounding in rules in the store.the home depot management staff is abusive to its own employees, including laying their hands upon female members. i have personally witnessed this, no legal action was taken to defend said employee.prices are hiked in comparison to G&S or rockler in garland.

Very disappointed at all of the items that are out of stock. Show that a store had two air conditioners in stock but when I called, they were out of stock. Had to go and buy one somewhere else. And it wasnt just the one item or two items you were out of multiple different ones of the free-standing air conditioners. And there was not one of them in stock. Doesnt seem like tis company works at keeping their popular items updated.

Very unhappy. I was there to purchase a washer and never saw or heard from a staff member. Needless to say I will purchase the washer where the store has better customer service.

Staff called personally to let us know what we were looking for was delivered and in stock. Although we are local, several home improvement vendors didnt have the sod we were looking for. I also bought several plants from a fantastically maintained nursery. Hubby and I prefer supporting small business owners, but this location is on our short list for their human contact and customer service.

I am always in need of Home improvement items.. Home Depot is probably the most decent place to find Hardware and Lumber items if needed. Although prices fluctuate tremendously here.. I know i can always find what i need at this location. Staff was friendly. I actually received help, from an employee, loading lumber without having to ask. Which was very helpful. Everything I needed was in-stock with no backorder. Store was clean and able to maneuver the cart in each aisle.

I hurt my foot and was on crutches. But still wanted flowers. A gentleman Tommy walked all my flowers I picked out to the register and to my car. Great Customer Service.

This Home Depot is always clean and well organized! (Unlike some others Ive been to.) We always drive further to shop at this store rather than the one closer to our residence because of this. Keep it up!

It was very prison experience the gentleman that helped me was courteous kind very professional a new exactly what I was talking about it didnt take me long to get all my materials together and get to the counter great experience.

I was surprised to learn that Dewalt built zero turn mowers.

Worst experience!! This place gets worse everytime I visit. I have no intentions of returning. McCoys is next door and Lowes is a little further in Forney. The isles are full of forklifts and boxes. You cant find an employee to help. When you see one, they turn and ignore you. It took over an hour to wait for 10 pieces of foam board, then the guys say, ok you are all ready, they couldnt even put the 10 pieces on my cart. Then, no one helps to go out the door to load, and all 10 sheets of foam board fly off the cart, hitting the cars parked in the loading area and breaking the boards, so back in the store I go to start this lovely process all over again. The 4 employees that I had to go thru trying to get help all said comments in reference to they are the only person that works in that store. Obviously, its hard to find anyone who wants to work and for sure they do not want to help the customers!!! Im done with Home Depot!

I went to Home Depot to pick up some lumber. when I approached the register two older ladies were behind the register on their phones. Neither one could even be bothered to say “hello we will be with you in a moment”. Instead they stared at their phone and didn’t even look at me. It wasn’t until a young women named Lori came up to help me that I received any acknowledgment/help at all. She was kind and very helpful. Lori deserves a raise.

Eh, Im middle of the road with home depot. Sometimes Im happy, sometimes not, seems like they never really have exactly what I need or want. Hard to find assistance & when you do a lot of times they act like youre a pain in the butt. Im a capable, single woman but at times I do need help getting the right thing(s) for projects around the house. The competitor farther down the road at least has much friendlier staff thats easier to find. Worth the extra miles on more than a few occasions.

Picked curbside pickup and waited forever. Then I went inside and saw customer service to get the item in person. One of the associates loaded up my item on a cart and just walked away. I dont have a problem with getting items myself, and I get the store was busy but Ive done customer service long enough to know a simple thanks or sorry for the wait can go a long way. I thanked them anyway and went about my day.

Honestly, this is one of the worst Home Depots. Dont get me wrong, a few employees try hard to do a thorough job and help customers, but then there are so many more here who just dont care. Making a large order for pickup in the morning, only to have it not ready in the evening of that day, then waiting until the afternoon of the next day only to find out it still wasnt complete is incredibly frustrating. This is especially true when no one wants to help you with it, whether loading it or finding the complete product for the order. If this one wasnt the closest one around we would be going elsewhere. This isnt a one off occurrence. It happens almost every single time an online order is placed here.

Im from out town and I found this stores layout to be well organized things were easy to find I didnt need help finding what I was looking for. Plus there prices are lower than the home depot in my town. The manager and staff in this store have this store running very well!!

This store is nice and clean. The employees are very friendly. There is only one issue. I go there for one thing and leave with at least 5 other things. I always have to brace myself for the final cost. It isnt because their prices are high, its because I always find more stuff that I want. Its my own fault. I highly recommend this store. Hopefully you will have better self control than I do.

Very poor service, went to get a key made @930A.M. could NOT get anyone to help. Other employees kept calling for someone else to handle it. 15mins later still no one could handle it apparently. So I left & had Ace Hardware handle the SIMPLE task. No waiting, No passing-the -buck.... Ace Hardware employees GLADLY handled the task.

They are great with customer service! My boyfriend is building a bed and he sent me to get the wood, but I am not the list crafty if people. The workers knew exactly what I was talking about (even though my description was vague) and they were very helpful. This is a top notch store that has your personal needs in mind.

Horrible. Ordered a shower. It arrived broken. Reordered. Checked in curbside. 20 minutes later I walk in & theyre standing behind counter talking. Apparently never checked their system & saw us. Finally get it to see its broken. This time told not able to reorder because its out of stock. At least the lady told me to have a good day afterwards.

Workers did not ask my wife and myself if we needed any help.

We waited for 10 minutes on hold just for a rude lady to transfer us to paint and then get hung up by them.
