Drive thru is usually slow, but inside it’s relatively quick. Nice workers and do a good job getting my order correct.

I ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese using the mobile-app. I got there, everything went smoothly as i went through the drive-through. As I got to the Window they gave me my coffee then my bagel bag. As Im driving away and checking the bag I notice something, no cream cheese. I quickly reversed and went to the window, the lady says It should be in the bag. I check again, no cheese. The lady then goes to the cooler to get me more cheese and I look to my passenger seat and see it lying there. Im too embarrassed to tell them and take my fraudulent cream cheese. I cant show my face here again.

The wait time was extremely long and the person taking the orders wasnt as friendly as most baristas. I always order my refreshers with light water and light ice. He told me that since I ordered a venti, my cup would be half full. Seriously?!?! Ive been a gold member since 2009 and never had anyone tell me that. For what they cost, customizing them should never be an issue.

The service is terrible and always so slow. The only fast worker is there during Monday thru Friday, a black lady who keeps that place managed and in great working order. She has everyones order memorized because she really cares about the service she provides and is extremely fast. I will not go unless she is working. Dont remember her name but she has been out sick and it has shown through the slow service if she is not there. You need to train everyone her working skills. Shes fantastic and missed by many who stop at Starbucks off Hwy 34 in Terrell TX. She needs to manage your store and train each worker with her great work ethics. I have worked in the Restaurant industry for 30 years and owned and operated 6 of my own restaurants. If I was still in the restaurant field I would of stolen her and gave her a great position because of her customer service skills. I sat in line for 40 minutes with 7 cars infront of me and was late for my appointment. If she would of been there I would of been there for 10 minutes.

I think 1 star is a little too generous. I came here and order an Iced Chai Tea LATTE this morning. When I got to the window, the whole staff tried to ARGUE with me saying the chai doesn’t come with espresso to which I agreed it doesn’t if I am saying CHAI Tea but I didn’t order that. I ordered the CHAI LATTE. The definition of latte is milk and espresso but I had a girl come to the window and try to EDUCATE me and say latte just means steamed milk. Really??? I used to own a coffee shop!!! I think I know what I’m talking about! Then they proceed to charge my card another $2 for the extra espresso!! Won’t be coming back to this location again.

3rd time in last couple weeks they are out of whipped cream! How do you run a Starbucks without whipped cream and if your constantly running out order more! This Starbucks is always out of everything!!! This was my last time!!! 😡

I had to wait soooooo long for my drink and when I got it they had forgotten to put on the chocolate sauce.

Fast and good service. The wifi was free and easy to use. I was able to charge my laptop.

I know there’s been logistics and supply chain issues but my last experience was unacceptable. Order: venti iced coffee, classic syrup, heavy cream and a caramel drizzle. Price: $4.71. I saw the barista make my drink he only put 4 pumps of classic (6 pumps is the default amount for venti) and I’ve noticed that when I order heavy cream they’ve started putting “spl heavy cream” and that splash of heavy cream he put in there was a joke my coffee was pretty much just a black coffee. Then he forgot the caramel drizzle. Don’t really go that often but when I do I’m reminded why I don’t go anymore.

It does not take 20min to make a drink this location has the worst time management skills ever‼️‼️‼️‼️ They should really work on getting drinks and food out in a timely manner

I ordered white mocha latte. It was so bitter it tasted awful.

The Pistachio Latte was amazing! Other than that my favorite thing about this Starbucks is that the indoor seating was incredibly cozy. If covid wasnt currently preventing indoor dining I definitely would have snagged a seat and stayed a while. The outdoor patio was nice as well!

Never got my slice pumpkin bread on a simple drive-thru order.

They made my drink wrong and argued with me thats how its made. After a long battle with the gentleman at the drive thru, which I pre-ordered my drink. Another worker came by overheard and cut the drive thru barista off and said, maam.. I will make it right for you, please tell me your drink. She did make it and it was perfect. Tired of Starbucks fighting that theyre correct and the customer is wrong. They need to be retrained . If I am paying over $7 for a drink, I want it the way I ordered it. Plain and simple!!

It was great to be able to actually go into the business. Ive missed the experience.

Took about an hour out my road trip because they could not get my drink right. The first one I ordered had NO SYRUP AT ALL (vanilla sweet cream cold brew). Asked that they remake it and then they obnoxiously added way too much syrup and milk (tasted like a nasty frappe from McDonalds). When I returned the second time and asked for a refund the supervisor came and asked what was wrong and when I told her, she responded “Hmmm that’s odd..” as if I was lying. My app was scanned but was not refunded. Will not return.

Did visit months ago. Coffee was good but they say they dont have much sugar free. Prices are to high in my opinion. Go more in other states that the prices arent as high.

Come here everyday when I get out of class. Ryan was very nice and considerate and Erin had a welcoming smile. Dont let a couple not so friendly associates stop you from enjoying this great environment with excellent food and drinks.

I visited yesterday and the gentleman that took my order was very kind. In exchanging money he noticed that I was having difficulty with my left arm. (I recently had shoulder surgery) he made sure he leaned farther out to my car to make sure I didnt hurt myself. This sounds lame, but Ive been to several restaurants that saw my struggle and still didnt make the exchanges easier. Kudos to the server at Starbucks.

Great location to pick up coffee and breakfast before work. This location has a drive through and the staff is very friendly. Beware of the huge pothole at the entrance, you can damage your vehicle because its very deep!!!! This location also features outdoor seating.

Nitro cold brew was very watered down. This after repeated assurance.

Really good place and friendly staff. since covid the speed of service has dramatically dropped to where a 5 min visit is not 15/20mins at least. But it’s not just this one it’s all of them.

*CARD USERS BEWARE*I came through the drive thru on July 1st. I swiped my card and the machine was taken back inside the window. Moments later I was told that sometimes the machine is weird and it was supposedly showing like I never swiped my card at all. I swiped it again. I now have 2 charges for the exact same amount on my account. I highly recommend asking for a receipt and checking your accounts if you ever have to double swipe here.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The guy in front of us paid for ours and we paid for the guy behind us..hopefully it went on for awhile.

Some of the staff here is stellar. Others will ruin your order Every. Single. Time. A specific employee has ruined my order every time I have been there. Also, they allow mobile ordering, however I made an order and went to pick it up and they were closed for cleaning or something during normal hours and there was no way to get a refund for my order I placed. They should have turned off the mobile pickup ordering.

Well-made drinks, good attitudes, and amazing scenery. The deck outside and the wood inside is really well done and perfect lighting. One of the baristas greeted me with an AMAZING attitude and an even better smile! I think her name was Gia - she deserves a raise PRONTO! Overall, my experience there was really friendly and made my drink taste even better.

This continues to be one of the worst run Starbucks in the chain. I was here a week ago in the lobby was open just for takeout. I came today placed my order on my app. Waited five minutes and walked up to the door to see a very small hand written sign that said closed for maintenance. So now I’m stuck in the drive-through line for 25 minutes. A large or more clearly written sign would have been very helpful. I would’ve passed. But then, I don’t think they really care

We travel to Mesquite once a month for medical readons. Every time we stop at this Starbucks on our way back. Not once have we been disappointed with the coffee or the food. This is the place to stop while on a road trip

Second time Ive driven 30 minutes to get to this location.... Got there both times before closing. ... was told today they closed at 9 for the holiday. Halloween is not a holiday!!! Ill go to the one in Van from now on.

I have given this Starbucks a shot multiple times but is somehow always consistently gross. It’s in a convenient location right next to my job but I’m done giving them money. The employees need training from the forney Starbucks as they cannot make any iced drinks. Nearly every drink I’ve had was completely undrinkable.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. 4 times out if 5, my order is not made correctly. I don’t even place a complicated order. Just regular coffee with extra heavy cream. Most of the time they use half and half, which is not heavy cream. One time I went to place an order and they told me they were out of WATER so all they could offer were frozen or iced coffees! How do you run out of water at a coffee shop?????I’m done. I will stop at one of the other 5 Starbucks I pass on my way to work. Don’t stop at this one unless you want something other than what you ordered.
