Got a hollow donut for a filled bar and no jalapeños in a jalapeño kolache. WTH kind of service is this? Too reliant on a brand name to make proper donuts.

My kids love this place....I take them every Friday morning... wakey wakey its time for doughnuts... lol thats what I tell in order for them to get up and ready for school

This place has the best kolaches and great donuts and they have always treated us like family when we walk in. The staff is all wearing masks and the doors are covered in mask warnings but they are not enforcing that, so its a bit confusing.

Consistent quality and customer service make Shipley’s THE place to get donuts in Terrell.I would have given them 10 stars, but their location and space is way too small. Moore Ave. is always busy, and there’s always a line. The wait can last for more than 30 minutes if you’re going through the drive through. It takes about 6 to 10 minutes per car during rushes. But, the donuts are always good, fresh and the customer service is always great! I live 25 minutes away and drive here often at the crack of dawn to get their donuts!

The donuts are great, there are so many to choose from.They are expensive but they are good . They get you in and out and everybody is always smiling.

This used to be the BEST place in town to buy kolaches (and donuts). But over the past few years, quality has tanked and the products are not the same. Donuts have been over cooked/taste old and kolaches lack cheese (and other ingredients).Update (7/17/21):Supreme Donuts is the best place in town!

Location: difficult if you do front of the store parking. You will have to back up to a main street. Side parking better. Drive thru only for cars, no trailers. Food: great fresh bakery plus good coffee. Service: inside the store faster drive thru depending on the staff maybe super slow or fast. They have 1 employee and you can tell when is her assigned day will be 6 car waiting at least. Took 1 star. Owner: super nice plus will listen to complaints.

Always out of what I want. Once they were out of coca cola. Or they get my order wrong. Theyre always rushing. Like they cant get the person behind yous money fast enough.

Good donuts but the worst service ever! Never use the drive thru unless you have 30 minutes to spare regardless how many vehicles are in line. When you go inside be prepared for the mess of people huddled together like a mob because no one know where to stand or whats even a line. Usually the apple fritters run out early and once they are gone, thats it for the day.

They seem to have recaptured their original dedication when we move there 15 years ago! Really good their sausage closets are good the chocolate on their icing is really good Im have a drive-thru its just yummy and quick

I dont eat many donuts but Shipley has a very good coffee that is always fresh. Their locations are in my travel area which makes Shipley an easy coffee break.

Signs all over the door you must have a mask to enter... No mask, no service, no exceptions..... People coming and going without masks. People behind the counter dont seem to care. Will report to Health Dept now. Thanks Shipley for taking safety and health serious.

Staff are cheerful and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but only due to a small doughnut shop that has clearly been in business since the start of establishing the city. . . Well worth it because fresh delicious products. Suggest visiting early in the morning not only because they close at noon, but because by then many happy customers have already purchased a bulk of the selection because they are that tasty!

This was the worse Shipley donuts I have ever been to, where the donuts tasted stale and tough. I will not be going back; I would rather drive to Forney.

Oil needs changing or something as well as very greasy tasting. (Oil might need to be hotter and fresher????) I could not find cinnamon in the twists I bought and after the woman taped box closed after I asked her not to, all the chocolate was on the inside of the box and not on the doughnuts. This is the second time I have been here. I wont be back as first visit was just as bad.

Great food, great staff! Only downfall is there is such a line. But they get you taken care of with fast friendly service. Well worth the wait!

Fresh. Very good. One of my favorite places for do-nuts. But, theres a wait sometimes.

The donuts were cooked in old oil - they tasted like an old bag of peanuts, inedible. Not sure why the chocolate and glazed donuts had completely different textures either. The kolaches werent terrible but the sausage had little flavor... I wont be going back to this location.

I Love this store and a couple people that always work drive-thru, but I experienced a Hispanic lady on 8/31/2016 in morning time about 9:45am, that needs to be trained on giving correct money back to customers. I know how to count money done it for to many years myself in my younger years, I trained people how to count money. But this lady looked like she was mad cause I showed her she was wrong. I want to continue coming back here but not be short changed on my change back, (I did call to speak to management but was told she wasnt there)...Thank You!!

When I went through the drive-thru and got to the window to order. I asked the worker for a dozen glazed donuts and she asked if I would like to wait 2 minutes for them to come up. Most places would have you sitting there without asking. I loved the courteous behavior when it came to my fresh breakfast.

Been going there since I was a little boy, every Sunday morning after church. Always get their ham & cheese kolaches. Theyre honestly the best kolaches Ive ever had. But always packed there, tiny parking lot and cramped drive-thru. Still worth it in my opinion, try to get their kolaches fresh.

Hands down the best donuts Ive ever had. Although this is a chain donut shop with locations in Garland, Mesquite, and Austin, neither of them compare to the Terrell location.
