I love shopping here cause I always find real pretty stuff to decorate my home. Looks like I spent alot since I arrange everything so cute in my home. So I love finding nice stuff at a low price.

I am really liking their new line of makeup called Believe Beauty! The foundation is the best Ive found in a good LONG while. I also like the lip liners & lipsticks. Nothing is over $5 & I gotta say, you cant beat that! Just hope they dont change the formula. If youre a makeup junkie like me, try it out!

This store need more cashiers, and need management ,every Sunday theres a big line with one cashier this is ridiculously, Im not shopping here no more.

Staff looks at you like you are gonna steal their soul. I bring my own hand sanitizer and they always think its theirs, even though I have used 50% and they dont carry Bath and Body Works🤣

The store needs a little bit of cleaning and straightening up. But the staff that was in there today were excellent people. The two ladies that helped me and checked me out were kind and very cheerful and it was kind of nice to see that.

This is still my favorite store customer service is like no other. I completely understand when they are low on stock cause heck walmart is low on stock 24/ 7 so i understand a smaller store would also.... I still give them a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟

Love the employees there. New layout of the store is good. Not enough people to keep it stocked. I realize one doesnt want stock in the back room. Get it off those carts and onto the shelves. Jobs fulfilled. Store beautiful. Sales up. Its a win, all around to hire more help.

The new cashier is a young gentleman fresh from New Jersey and is very pleasant and has great customer service skills and communication skills.. I have no complaints

Messy, long lines and the owner holds out on clearance items while other stores have already marked down the price. Its convenient but I only go there if I absolutely have to. With cervical stenosis and many other health reasons it hurts to stand in the long lines and step over bulk products from the store room.

One the workers was not wearing a mask... I was only going to give them 2 stars... 😠😠😠

This is by far a the worst dollar general Ive ever been to. Store always looks like tornado has hit it. Ive rarely seen the same cashier more the 3 times (very high turn over rate for employees ) makes me wonder what the management is like...went in the store on 9/16/2020 around 4pm and again disaster and the young lady running the register had a line all the way to the freezers and the other (older female) coworker snaps at her about the line and then proceeds to double charge a costumer for milk ...way to go such a big help you where . Never again never never ....

They need to do some work on this place. Clean better and make sure they have the sleeves stocked at night and not be working on it during the day. Cut back on the clutter all over the store.

Scars me, its a great place but, if u trying to stay safe from covid-19, stay away from small packed stores, not enough space to really be that close , with one cashier.

Its the closest to me but I get kind aggravated because they are always out of stuff. They just remodeled so now I dont know where things are and when I do find it, half the time its out of stock. But like the workers and they are the saving grace!

Im a single mom, and lots of times my middle school aged children will go to store for me and the staff here have been so kind and helpful to them and myself. Im grateful for them looking out for my kids.

They usually have what I need, or wish to stock up on. As with any business though, you have to know about quantity, unit price, etc., in order to get savings. And, not be afraid of items that are near or have passed the best if used by dates.

Recent remodel and new staff has changed this store from unpleasant to enjoyable. Stocking is much better too. Nice to see full shelves.

My favorite!! They have a little bit of every thing. Not to big, not to small. If im in a hurry, this is where I go!! The staff are very personable and friendly. AND Its nice and tidy and clean.

The cashier..who was absolutely gorgeous kept bending over and letting me look down her shirt...and she had a fat ass to boot...every other bist its just a 3 star rating...but because of her Im gonna be doing a lot more shopping at dollar general

Dollar General is okay on price. The customer service is what is lacking at this location. All the male employees are great which makes up for whats lacking in the female ones.

Too many workers cursing in front outside where costumers could here. One holding the store phone the other talking about management the other talking about how he quit. All with at least one curse word in every sentence. Mostly more. They were there to work. Instead talking about getting low pay or getting cut on their pay. Whew what a world we live in.

Only 1 person @ register. 18 people in line. Management made change for the only person @ register and then walked away. 2 people in different parts of line walked out of store. Customers in line said this was always the case in that STORE.

People there are rude but they sell good things so 3 stars

Love the Dollar General in Quinlan but not the one in Terrell on Rockwall St. They are really understocked & or out of alot of products. Shelves look somewhat empty most of the time.

I went in at 530 and I guess the cashier was going on break at 6, his wife was standing to the side of the counter the whole time. I was never greeted or thanked only thing his said to me was the price. It was the worst customer service Ive ever received which is sad because it is a big nice store. It was my first visit and Im afraid I might not be back.

Terrell Tx, Rockwall Ave location...I only give 1 star bc they make you. The staff is completely unprofessional. They cuss through the store and do not care if customers are around. They played rap music (dont get me wrong , I like rap music) but the rap they were playing is not appropriate for kids. I try to purchase a 12 pack of beer clearly labeled on sale. I get to the register and it rings up regular price and I said there is a sale sign on the beer and the guy says I dont know what to tell you. By this time there are several people in line as usual for this location and I ask for a manager. He says she isnt there and I saw her walk to the back. I follow her and she disappears and I wait for 20 minutes. I decide to leave without my beer and called back to speak with the manager. She answers and I tell her what happened. She says the beer vendors didnt change the sign out, they are not on sale, have a nice day and hangs up. Customer service is a huge issue at this location and I will not be back.

My favorite Dollar Store in Terrell

I went to the dollar general today about 4:30pm central time zone. It is the one in terreTe Texas on Rockwall streer. The employees name is Chris, I wasnt able to get his last name. I go there alot. For the past two weeks I purchased a bag of dog food three times. It hasha coupon on the very front of the bag for $2 off now and $3 off later if I entered something. I get to the register to pay and took the coupon off right there. He wouldnt grant the coupon. First he said it doesnt match the product and I clearly told him I just took it off right here in front of you. He started getting smart and said the UPC code isnt working then after I told him every bag in the store has them. He said well did you look and see if they are expired. I told him I never had this problem before. He started mumbling and said I will just take the dog food off then . I said no you wont because I need it. At that point I was so mad that I wanted to reach across the counter and snatch him up. I told him to do his job and the employees needed more training. He mouthed back and said its not the employees that need the training you need to check the coupons and see if they are expired. I asked for the manager he told me none was there. I asked him for the corporate office phone number and he wouldnt give it to me. So I said never mind then Chris I will look it up on Google and I then left the store. If I wouldnt have went to jail I would have litteraly yankend him up from behind the counter and slapped him silly. I need someone from corporate office to call me and do something right away with the employee.

Its in Terrell large store but look like going out of business. All grocery isles were almost empty limited on cleaning and laundry supplies. Very dirty. I asked said they were short handed but its been that excuse for I know over 8 months.

They have inappropriate music, answer phone calls during working hours. They have long lines with one register open. I’ve worked at a dollar general myself and this store is outrageous. It’s definitely understaffed.
