Went to this store to buy wax stuff . First time doing this so had no ideal what to buy . Talked to a lady there and she was NO help at all sold me the wrong stuff. Call back the next morning to talk to manager and GUESS what she was the manager .... And when we go to check out the girl that checked us out didn’t even offer my husband back his change it was only 87 cents and then asked if we wanted to buy a bag for 15 cents Haha never going back

The store did not have anything stocked that I was looking for. Nobody said hi or even acknowledged I was there because they were so busy complaining about working there. The worst part is the older lady working there was using profanity as she was talking to a co-worker. Its not professional and there were children around. If youre going to complain about your boss and your job, do it when no one else is around especially if every other word out of your mouth is cussing.

Very rude and not helpful at all wouldnt help me find anything asked where something was just pointed at the aisle and said down that way you can find it that way I looked for 30 mins til someone finally came over from another aisle and showed me what I was looking for and when I was checking out the lady that was checking me out was very rude and hateful she had short gray hair she was also the same one who was rude to the nice worker was helping me these people just idk what to call them to be honest I wont go back in there unless the one who was helping me is in there ever again thats for a fact!!! If I could give them no stars I would!!

The lady with super short red hair is incrediblby rude and doesn’t even TRY to help. I was trying to ask her for help to see if this product was a good one to use but she didn’t even try to explain to me or help. And all she did while we were in there was follow us to see if we were “stealing”. So rude and I always hate coming here because of that lady. Need to find a new place that has good hair products ASAP.
