Seems like this could be a decent place to purchase firearms and accessories, however...I happened to be nearby and decided to go zero in my new pistol optic, so i stopped by. I didnt have a torque wrench at home when i installed the optic, so i figured a gunsmith could just snug it down pretty quick. C2 staff sent me back to the gunsmith to ask. Even though the gunsmith was actively working on firearms, when i asked if he could tighten down my optic he told me that he wasnt actually open right now. I reminded him that it was just a turn of 2 screws and he said yeah, sorry and went back to his task.Needless to say, i didnt buy any ammo, targets or range time for the two pistols i brought, and i left.See ya in a few, Scottsdale Gun Club.

First time holding a gun. Tank was an awesome instructor. She was patient, thorough, and had great vibe. Class was easy to understand and was not too long and boring. And when it was time to go to shoot my son 8 yrs old used his skills leaned in class. I cant wait for my class next!

5 stars for Pistol 100 instructor Mark Watson (filling in for another instructor) and assistant instructor Brandon. Mark was super funny, kept the class interesting and fun...perfect for this role. As a beginner I had lots of questions and both were very helpful and patient with me. Thanks Mark and Brandon, you two are fantastic!Minus 2 stars for the jerk, so-called Instructor Director, Jeff. Solely due to Jeffs Power Trip demeanor I will not return to this location. If he works at all locations, I will not go to C2 Tactical at all! After our time on the range we returned to the classroom, Jeff was standing in the back and the energy had shifted in the room. I asked a question and Jeff stated, better not have or Ill have to have a talk with the instructor after class. He took my question out of context and tried to twist it to make the instructor look bad. He was literally combative with me - a paying customer - when I told him he took it out of context. He made me feel VERY uncomfortable and almost ruined the entire experience for me. Jeff should not be interacting with customers, ever!

Amazing front desk staff. Professional, polite, and helpful. Jim, from the rifle range, was especially helpful. He was able to give us the tips we needed to succeed! His kind demeanor and knowledge made this place the type of place we will come back to time and time again. 5 stars Jim!

Went with my 10 year old son. Facility was nice one of the best indoor ranges I have been to. The staff was incredible. The gentleman who helped us out was very knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously picking a weapon to rent.I would highly recommend this place. If I lived here I would go all the time.

Unfortunate experience at this location in July 2021. Booked online, showed up 15 minutes before but was told that they were running behind. No biggie, so I waited. After an hour and a half past my scheduled time for I went up to he counter to see what was going on and was told it would be at least another 45 minutes before a lane opened. What is the point of booking online and paying more if it doesnt actually reserve a spot?The nice guy behind the counter said they couldnt refund me or give me a rain check. Bummer, but he gave me the Sr. Managers card and advised I reach out to her to get this handled. So I did, but never heard back from her after 2 emails.All in all, about 2 hours wasted and I didnt even get a lane nor a response when reaching out. Nice facility, but more of a spot for new shooters or folks going with a group than it is for someone just looking to enjoy some range time.

The range staff was cool and they are only $5.00 more than most local ranges. I will advise to bring your own ammo dont buy from them. I bought 1 box of 9mm FMJ ammo nothing special just range ammo for $37.00 a box!!! Yes I know ammo is in limited supply but this is 14 to 15 dollars over current market which is price gouging at its finest.

My first time at range it wasnt the greatest 😕Wasnt sure what to expect. I wasnt told what lane to use and the instructors made me uncomfortable. Horrible vibes and too expensive. I will never come here again.

You should probably make a sign or tell your employees about your “new rule” before you let customers pay. New rule: no low cut tops. Wasn’t informed after I paid and wasn’t offered a shirt to wear. I was VISITING so I had no idea. Wanted to go here for fun but couldn’t even shoot rounds that I had PAID FOR. HORRID AND EMBARRASSING.

Ive taken a couple of courses including Conceal Carry and P200. signed up for additional upcoming courses. Very knowledgeable and considerate instructors and professional/friendly staffs. The facility is always well organized and clean. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took a P100 (intro to handguns) course this past weekend and our instructor was Chris. He was engaging and the class was informative and I really appreciated the time he spent on safety/handling rules. I had never shot a gun before and he made me feel comfortable and took away all my nerves. I’d highly recommend him for total gun newbies that know nothing about them!

Im new to Arizona, and immediately went and got a membership. Kinda pricey, but being a member get free range and rental. Just need to buy their ammo if you rent their firearms. With a membership, you get free eyes and ear protection if you end up forgetting about yours. Also, being a membership, you get member discount.

Down here to visit family for a while from Co. Drove past this place coming into town, the sign is huge and catches your eye while whizzing down the highway.We decided to go in and check it out, the store is in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is huge! They have a great selection of items to purchase as well as rent if youre interested.They have online booking available or walk-in. We didnt know they had military/le discounts so Sara, manager was super friendly and helpful in educating us more about their services and how online booking works.Its highly recommended for the weekends, we went in a Friday afternoon and most of the lanes were quiet.Ladies, Monday is the day to go! I will most definitely be back!

I walked in and said I was new. I wanted to shoot a recent gun purchase i made a month prior at another establishment. They just handed me a computer and left me alone to fill out.Not very customer oriented, they are too busy talking amongst themselves. I had to wait for their conversations to end before I could ask certain questions.I get it, you work in a cool environment but you still got a job to do. Dont leave room for me to make assumptions. I asked about memberships...he just handed me a pamphlet...and moved on. i guess we didnt want to speak to customers that day...Just felt cold in there. Not a friendly vibe. Im glad my gun works now though. Currently no 380 or 9mm in stock.I dont go to ranges very often. desert is my range normally. so im glad i asked about steel casings (they dont like those) like i said everything was there for me to discover on my own. Not one person focused on me and if they did it was for a minute to take my drivers license or take my money...that was it.Will come here if its my last resort.

Today (Thanksgiving day) I called around 12 asking about holiday hours in which I was educated that they were open until 2 and it was ok to come down to shoot.. (understandable that they closed early due to the holiday) however when we arrived at 115pm we approached the counter to get a lane the employee told us oh you cant shoot we already closed the lanes since its 130I STRONGLY recommend that whoever is in charge on holiday hours for you to let your staff know to whoever calls wanting to come give you their business and their money that they educate the potential customers coming/calling in that while you business may close at a certain time, the lanes will close slightly earlier to avoid any potential conflict....especially for people who live further away.

Absolutely amazing customer service and the gentleman and lady at the store counter were awesome and super knowledgeable! I was able to call ahead to find out if they had what I wanted in stock and make the purchase shortly afterwards. As someone whos been to lots of LGSs lately, this place had the politest staff and they didnt discriminate against me or the GSSF coupon like many places in the valley. I will definitely be back in the future and this shop will definitely have my recommendation. I wish I caught the employees names, but they helped me out with a BL purchase at 3:15 on 03/15 and will be the primary reason I return in the future. Thanks again!

Okay, we as customers are so sick and tired of the smug attitudes and cocky demeanor from the guys behind the counters at gun shops and ranges in this city. In case nobody told you fellas, you work retail. We expect to get the same courtesy as if we were in any other retail establishment. You have no reason to have the attitude you do just because you ring up firearms instead of French fries, so drop the act.

The staff are approachable & friendly. No matter if it’s your first lesson or 50th, regardless if you are a civilian or in law enforcement, book a lesson with Todd L. Not only is he hilarious, but he is skilled & patient, you will improve your handling & shooting.

Excellent range and classes. With a membership you can book range time on line as well as the classes which makes everything very easy. There was a bit of a delay processing my membership but it was taken care of with a single email to the main office. I received an email back within an hour taking care of everything with excellent customer service. I just completed my second class here and the instructor was excellent. My accuracy was much improved by the end of the class using my new pistol. Im glad I made the investment to join.

My boyfriend and i wanted to go shooting for Valentine’s Day. Neither of us know much about guns. The staff here was awesome! They walked us through everything, from picking a gun to loading the gun, and any other questions we had. They checked in multiple times. We never felt embarrassed for being newbies, and they seemed excited to help. 10/10 great experience and great staff!! Highly recommend.

They are very disorganized when checking people in and out. Very limited ammo selection, they had no 380 or 9mm at all. They dont mention that up front either. They let me wait for over an hour and then asked me what I wanted to shoot. It wouldve been nice if the kid working there would have told me when I was checking in instead of after I waited for an hour. No courtesy at all, what a frustrating experience and waste of my time.

Was charged $50 when I brought my own ammo and handgun. Fees for lane rental as well as eye wear and ear rentals would be $15-20 according to the site.. May have just been charged for ammo for no reason, just go somewhere else, you won’t get scammed.

Moving to Phoenix from the East coast I was looking for a gun club. After looking and trying out many gun clubs I finally made my decision to join C2 Tactical. The staff is amazing, training is outstanding. I could not be happier with C2 Tactical and becoming a member. I became a member last week and today (05/05/20) was my one on one 60 minutes training with Mike. I learned so much today with absolutely no pressure and no stress, Mikes training and his patience with me really made me feel comfortable. This is my first time joining a gun club so if youre thinking about joining a gun club I really recommend this is the gun club. I would like to thank all the staff that has helped me in the last 2 weeks. I never felt more comfortable in a gun club. Furthermore they never made me feel uncomfortable for being a first-time shooter and member. I would like to thank the staff for all their professional customer service and time.

My go to for some quick range time! C2 Tactical has a great membership programs for individuals or groups. My coworkers and I often drop in for some stress relief, found in a box of 50, during lunch. I have taken a few trainings at C2 as well. They have all I want in a range and an added bonus of an on-site gunsmith, Valley Forge Weaponry!Drop by and give it a shot, you won’t regret it!

Great range to go to if youre interested in practicing and trying out a new gun, prices for ammo are a bit steep. I recommend bringing your own ammo/guns. Range officers are great, customer service here is awesome as well. Theyre understanding of new shooters and appropriately train/teach safety rules and enforce them accordingly. Have not had a bad experience yet.

Zach at the front desk (Tempe location) has excellent customer service. Mike and I joined C2 Tactical 5 months ago. We have been scheduling range time every week and Zach knows which lane we prefer, and always takes good care of us. That front counter is often very busy yet Zach does an amazing job jumping from customer to customer with a smile, and is never flustered or rude.

Had an awesome time, workers there really helpful and answered every question I had. Well recommended. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Took my wife to shoot for her first time. Todd was great a helping her get comfortable and use proper techniques. The care that Todd showed was amazing, he also had us laughing and helped make it relaxing and fun. We will definitely make a habit of going to this range.

C2 canceled a class I was taking. I was the only person who registered for it and they called to cancel. Told me I could reschedule or get a refund. Now this class has been canceled and rescheduled several times due to COVID-19. Not their fault. But I no longer needed the class, so I just accepted their offer to refund my money. Instead of sending me a cancellation notice, they sent an email right before the class was originally scheduled reminding me of my class. I didn’t attend because they told me the class was canceled. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!!!

Terrible Had to manually insert the bullets into the magazine ourselves gave us the wrong ammo and gave us a different gun instead of different bullets.

Today my girlfriend and I went to c2 to shoot some handguns. We’ve never shot before and I’m sure were noticeably nervous. Cody was absolutely wonderful. He went way above and beyond in every way. He went out of his way to try and make us more comfortable and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and was blown away. Cody really made our experience and I also feel like he genuinely wanted us to have a good time.

Customer service at this place is horrendous. Walked in at opening time to see if they had a pistol in stock and I waited for 10 minutes and no one said a word to me. All the staff that’s in there walking around the place and not one staff member asked if I been helped or if I needed any help. Both staff members who check people in were free and didn’t say nothing just stared at me. Go else where!

This will be reported to the BBB. My husband and I went in on Sunday, Fathers Day after visiting my father whom is a legal marijuana user due to a chronic illness from an accident. We were asked to leave because we smelled like smoke. Totally understandable and we agreed completely to leave. However as we were talking with a very professional worker and waiting on a refund to hold our lane a security guard by the name of Justin walked up to my husband within just a few inches from his face and started questioning him. In doing so they are not abiding by the CDC guidelines to stay open as a company within AZ guidelines which will be reported to CDC. He also was extremely threatening and putting others at risk because he is unable to control his temper in a profession manner in a professional setting. The situation was handled and there was no need for him to intervene. This type of overly aggressive behavior at a gun shop is unsafe for the community in general and should not be tolerated anywhere.

I took the P100 class and thought it was a great introduction with live fire experience. The price is very reasonable. The instructor was very informative. As my first time out on the range I was definitely nervous and Todd talked with me and really made me feel more comfortable! I’ll definitely be back for the P200 class.

I went shopping there for a new gun and they did have what I wanted. I was told it was in stock. I had to wait for my bonus check to buy it. I called back and, again, was told it was in stock. I went in the next day to buy it and apparently in stock means something different to them. It was in stock at the place they order it from. It was a decent price so I went ahead and ordered it and was told 7 to 10 days. A week later I called to check on it and was told not to bother calling, if I hadnt gotten a voice mail from them it wasnt there. After 3 weeks they finally called and I went in to get it. They did the paperwork and sent me on my way, no offer of accessories or anything just heres your gun now go away.

Today was my first time here and my last ,me my friend decided to find a range that would be in the middle since we live far apart .went we enter we wait it 10-15 intill we got to speak with someone and went we did, we told him we wanted two lanes he said there was 1hr 30min wait, we said we will wait so we did ,went it was our turn they said they had just put us for one lane keep in mind that went we walk inside there was four empty lanes. Through out the whole conversation they were rude. Never again 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have been going here every week since I purchased my new gun and I love the place! The staff are SUPER helpful and friendly. The staff member Aaron really helped me out my first time there as it had been 4 years since I had last shot a firearm and because of his help I have done much better the next few times I have been there.

Awesome place to go shooting or renting a gun to shoot for fun. Facility is nice and the gun staff is very professional. It can get expensive quick depending on how much ammo you go through.

Came in yesterday to take a P100 class, had a great instructor that made us feel comfortable when handling a fire arm safely. The facility is a very secure environment with knowledgeable staff. They offer a wide range of classes. Reasonable rates for fire arm rentals and sales. Definitely coming back.

My first time there, and first time shooting. Everyone was so super nice and friendly! Justin helped me in the range and gave me so many wonderful tips and didn’t make me feel stupid or anxious!!! I’ve engaged Chris Lane as a private shooting instructor to help myself and my mom (both complete novices) how to shoot. We were both quite impressed with how much he knew and how accurate we were when we followed his instruction. Chris is a friendly guy and I’d recommend him if you’re looking for private instruction. The facilities there are great! Clean and air conditioned indoor lanes, clean restrooms, and friendly staff.

Prices are worth it. It was my first time shooting for my birthday and I loved it! All the staff were super friendly. The guy teaching me how to shoot was awesome and helpful! Definitely will be coming back.

C2 Tactical is a wonderful newer style indoor shooting facility. This is great if you are a new shooter and maybe want a place like C2 Tactical that has more of a modern feel to it. This store is located right near the busy strip malls that surround the IKEA plaza.

I give this place three stars not because most of the staff is horrible (theyre actually the exact opposite). Tommy, Jacob, Jason (manager) and the older gentleman with the really cool cane (sorry, I forgot his name) that works there are all great! The issue that I had with C2 Tempe was with one of the instructors, Todd. Now to start, let me preface by saying that Im a novice among novices when it comes to guns. I know close to NOTHING about guns; however, I do know how to treat and respect people even when they know less than you--correction, ESPECIALLY when they know less than you. The last thing someone needs or wants to feel is that theyre not be heard. During my initial conversation with Todd, I felt that he was a guy with a big sense of humor and perhaps didnt really know how to tone it down when necessary. Whatever, no big deal, I can deal with people like that (for the most part). It wasnt until he insisted that I try a gun (other than one that Id requested) to practice with that I felt like he took my desires out of the equation and instead replaced it with his I know more than you way of handling things. He even told me how bad of a shooter I was during my first round (with a little humor, of course). At some point I wondered if he heard himself talk because clearly he was okay with the back and forth whenever he was questioned. Not to the point of making me uncomfortable, but it was definitely one of those, I didnt come here for this kind of feelings. Still playing it cool. I went through with the lesson.Rather than make this an insanely long review of all the reasons why Im not pleased with Todd, Ill sum it up by saying this...if youre new to guns, are one to ask questions to become more educated on things, or have the slightest desire to compare and contrast on your terms opposed to someone elses, dont go to Todd. Im sure this approach works for some but, not for this girl. Yes, Im new to guns but not on how I expect to be treated.Ill return to this location only because of all the other guys but, I will NOT be training with Todd ever again.

We came to C2 because we heard good things about it, we were beyond impressed with the entire experience. My husband has been shooting his whole life but Ive only been shooting a hand full of times. The places Ive been shooting felt like dungeons compared to C2. C2 is huge, bright and all the staff is very nice. My husband said it was the best gun store / range hes ever been to. Brian Wagoner was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and gave us a tour of the store. Somehow we decided to shoot full auto that day. As a 54 woman I was really nervous about the whole experience but they paired us with Andrew at the store and he assured me that I would do fine and walked us through every step of the way. We shot a full auto H&K and it was beyond exhilarating! A huge part of our experience was Andrews knowledge and patience with us. He was very friendly and seemed like he was enjoying the experience as much as we did. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a visit to C2 tactical. I felt very comfortable and at ease because of the awesome staff. Its a great place for both novice and pros. The full auto package is an incredible experience and memory not to be missed!

We walk in and reserve a spot with a 45 minute wait just to find out that after 50 minutes someone with a online reservation takes priority and we are then given another 30 minute wait without any sort of assurance that we will actually be able to secure a range finally.Dont go here just go out to the desert where its free and fair.

First, this range by far, the safest, and most professionally organized range that youll find in the Valley. Hands down. Moreover, Andrew (range instructor), is a wealth of knowledge, with 30 years of experience. He loves to share his knowledge and help others, in a very professional, and courteous manner. Hes the type of person that you can talk to for hours, and get fired-up because of his positive attitude, knowledge and passion.Gena is the GM of the location, and is extremely helpful. I reached out to her with a small issue, and she immediately prioritized me. No organization is perfect, and will have the occasional flaw, or issue. That being said, I always judge an organization not only by how much they do right, but also how they can efficiently provide immediate and effective service. I have taken a couple private pistol lessons with Chip Sikes and he is fantastic. I highly recommend you take lesson from Chip no matter what your level of expertise it. I thought I was pretty good but I see how far I need to go to be really good. Chip has helped me improve a lot in just two sessions.

We tried C2 tactical out when I decided to buy my wife some shooting time for valentines day. I reserved ahead of time, an hour with rental and targets, $130 not cheap but I felt great value. Arrive early because it is a bit chaotic with check ins, dont be timid, step up and take charge or you may sit a while. My wife had never shot a handgun in a setting like this and I was no expert but this was a new experience. The counter helped with ideas on which guns to use, we picked a couple and waited for someone to help and assist. Todd showed up after quite a wait and we were a bit on edge as we thought we would be done by 6, we had reservations across the street. Todd was awesome, he recommended some private instruction for my wife as it was not as easy to do as she had thought, well we both thought, he was patient, funny, empathetic but also very safe and courteous. My wife did end up shooting a little, I was of course average, so long for my hopes of earning any awards or the smiley face on the targets like mel gibson in Lethal weapon. I give it four stars due to the bit of confusion initially, but Todd more than made up for it and we are planning on having some lessons with him soon. We also made our dinner reservations just in time!

Went to C2 Tactical to shoot some guns, they were very busy and did a great job fitting us into their schedule. We were a group of three with little shooting experience. Todd was our instructor and made us feel at ease right away and was very patient and professional. It was his expertise and great sense of humor that made our experience a great memory.

I recently reserved a package through their online services for a bachelor party, and could not recommend this experience any more. Our group consisted of some former military, and we appreciated the staff in how they handled our reservation. Special shout out to Zac behind the counter, Chris, and Andrew for their assistance.

This is strictly related to the way they handle NFA purchases. The range is clean, friendly staff, but avoid these guys when purchasing NFA related items. I transferred a 9mm suppressor through an online purchase to C2 about 2 years ago. A year later I found out the individual that handles NFA purchases forgot to file the form 1 to the ATF. He apologized, gave me 6 months free range time, and submitted the paperwork. Fast forward another year later and I call the ATF to check the status of my form 1. They tell me its been approved since March, its currently June, and I didnt receive any notice from C2. Do not do anything NFA related with these guys

Pleasant people, good gear to rent, wonderful experience for the lacking fun in the big CA. It was also nice how Vortex Optics was doing a show so they let us use one of their rifles and sights for free. Great place to say the least.

It was my first experience at a shooting range and all the staff there were courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. Specifically, Tommy and Cameron who answered all my questions; and the kind lady who pro-rated my visit as I didnt stay the entire hour. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a newbie like me.

I purchased my first handgun at C2 Tactical with a gift card that my work gave me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They help me pick out a Glock 48 as a side arm. Great advice, I love it! I will be returning to use the indoor range.

This place went well beyond my expectations. My boyfriend has been looking into getting a gun for home defense recently and has been doing some research. Today we decided to go and try them out to see how each one felt and make a better decision. We tried out the glock 17 and while we were in the range, Cody did an outstanding job of explaining how to load the magazines and properly handle the gun. He could tell we were pretty nervous, I had never shot a gun before, but his educational tips and professionalism was very much appreciated. I definitely recommend this place and had a wonderful time. We will be back for classes. Thanks Cody!

Went in to check the place out and browse. Everybody was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. In particular, my stepfather and I talked with Dwight (if I remember his name correctly) and he took time out to answer our questions. He was quite well versed in all of the rifles that we looked at and even took some apart to show us how they worked. As I said, everybody we talked to (Jess, Dwight and I think Eric [salesman at the pistol counter], and the range officer) had the same approachable presence and professional attitude. As an out of state resident and new gun owner, the environment here speaks volumes. I will definitely be come back when I visit.

The place is spectacular!! we got invites to go there for a company event/training and got to use the facility and the gun range.the people there are extremely friendly and the establishment is very safe.love it !!! they have lots of guns for sale and for rent (even full auto ) I recommend you try it.
