When I bought my Sig M17, finding a holster that fit it was difficult. I ordered it online and said I’d bring in my gun for sizing. When I got there, they asked if we were going to in the neighborhood for a bit, cause they would have it done within an hour! It fits my gun perfectly and my Sig 320 too! They were great, will definitely go back!

I brought in my Glock 17 Gen 5 with Holosun Red Dot and TLR2 Light for a custom holster. Impossible to find a traditional holster that fits this configuration. They had it made and back to me in two days. I am very happy with the quality and slim design. Recommend this company for any custom holster!

Ordered 3 OWB holsters. 2 VP9 SK’s and one for a Sig P320 Full Size. Guns had no retention at all so I reached out and asked for them to fix it and was told to come in and drop them off. Came back a few days later to pick them up and the edges were cut sharply but the guns had retention. The cuts were not rounded or blunted down at all and looked very unprofessional. I also let them use my SK so they can mold the holster better and melted/damaged the edges of my mag release on my gun. After arguing with one of the co-owners about how there is no way they could have melted it I asked for a refund of all 3 holsters. The co-owner stormed off slamming the door. No doubt they will respond with a whiny post about how I’m complaining on the internet or something along those lines. Always good to show how unprofessional a company is when it comes to a lack of work on their end.Edit after owner response:At no time was I offered a remake. You responded exactly how I expected and it shows. I work in Iraq and when I got home I found that they didn’t fit so I reached out. They were stored inside so your assumption is inaccurate. Yes I see it was refunded but the immature response is a tell tale sign of a company with bad service. If you weren’t open then don’t take in a job, maybe? Maybe lock the front door to your shop? You didn’t do me a favor by taking them on your day off so I don’t know what the issue is. Looks like you are trying to deflect but whatever works for you guys. Blaming the customer on short comings from the company’s is not a good way to keep customers and gain new ones. The word “crying” is a favorite of yours to use to describe customers that aren’t happy with your quality. Also, pretty funny you didn’t say any of that to my face while I was there. Shocker.

These guys are amazing!!!I have a Walther PPQ M2 with the 5 barrel. Most stores only carry holsters for the 4 barrel because its a much cheaper gun to buy. Anyways, I had been looking for a holster for mine for a few months and coworker told me about these guys. I visited their store front and the customer service was amazing. They let me know how the process worked and had me pick the colors since I was getting a pancake holster. The guy was honest with me and said since our governor was threatening a shut down due to Covid, he didnt know if they were gonna stay open after the shut down order but they would try to get it done as fast as they could. 2 days later they called saying it was done! I will definitely be going back to these guys for any future holsters and I recommend all my friends and people I meet to go to them.

Garbage holster, was such a horrible fit it took the gun out of battery when holstering. The edges of the holster were sharp enough to cut skin. I just tossed it out since this is what they think is good enough to ship to a customer.

Had them custom make a couple of magazine holsters for me and they turned out great, they accidentally smashed one of my magazines but they replaced it with a new one, I would highly recommend this place, took care of me and they do awesome work and have a quick turnaround on the kidex holsters.

Awesome holster!!!! My firearm fits perfect. Getting used to a hard plastic holster over my King Tuck but can easily forget Im wearing it. There were a few set backs but they maintained contact with me. Great experience!!!! WILL BE BACK FOR MAG CARRIER!!!!!

I brought my glock 43x with a light to them to make a custom holster for it since noone makes them for my combo. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and they told me it would take 4 to 5 business days to make. I told them if its not done by next Thursday to call be beforehand and let me know if they couldnt finish it before then since I would be leaving for Mexico. That next Friday I received a call from them and they said it was all done. I told them I would not be able to pick it up since I was in Mexico and that I would have to pick it up that Monday. They said they would not even be in town that week so Id have to pick it up a week later. This was extremely aggravating since I had to leave my gun with them and they knew that I wouldnt be able to pick it up till the week they were gone and didnt tell me. Almost 3 weeks after I dropped it off I finally got my gun and holster back from them. Upon initial inspection the holster had sanding marks on some of the edges and the backside of the holster had burrs running down it which scratched the heck out of my stomach. My gun has almost a quarter inch of side to side play in the holster as well. When I went to practice a draw with it when I first got it back, I drew my gun, reholstered, drew it again and then BAM! The slide fell off my gun and hit the floor. Someone had taken apart my gun while it was there and installed the slide locking mechanism backwards so my slide was never locked in. That could have been an extremely dangerous situation if I didnt dry fire it before taking it to the range or using it. After putting my gun back together properly I went to practice draws again and noticed that the holster interfered with my fingers ability to grab a hold of the grip. I will have to cut it down to actually be able to draw my gun properly. Another thing is how little retention the holster initially had when I got it. I have since tighted the screws on the holster(which didnt fix the side play issue) and deburred the holster. The other issue I have with it is how far away the trigger guard of the holster is from the actual trigger guard of the gun. There is a quarter inch on either side of the trigger guard. Super bad fit, ugly finish, uncomfortable from the factory, took apart my gun and put it back together wrong, untimely, and bad customer communication.

I stopped in yesterday to purchase a holster for my Canik. I missed out on the huge sale for the 4th of July due to living in Prescott and not able to come down for the sal . I never got the mans name who helped me but he did just that. Helped me. I didnt know where to begin. I knew with them having the sale they were out of most patterns and I was fine with that, I just needed a holster. I dropped my gun and magazine off with him and was told the holsters for both will be done by 2pm, this was at 10am when they opened. I came back and 2pm and yep, they were ready! All I can say is wow and thank you, thank you for helping me out and the outstanding customer service. I will be coming back in the future to get other holster for my other gun . Thank you so much!

Sent my slide in to them middle of December for serrations and cerakote. They sent it back out to me in the beginning of February then I was told it was lost or undelivered. Then the post office returned it back to them. Who knows it probably just wasn’t sent out yet. Finally received my slide back later later that month and the milling was perfect but the cerakote was chipped along with two peace’s of dirt embedded into the paint. Application just looked terrible can’t believe it was sent out to a customer like that. I reached out to them for a refund. got a response back stating I should pick another color from the H series line because elite is to hard to get looking good and to send it back redoing. They do not issue refunds. I wasn’t going to go through that again and the turn around. Since I do cerakote in my own stuff I ended up just blasting and painting with elite in my shop. Now looks like a factory finish. Told them this and still it’s a no go on any type of refund. Giving them two stars because the milling work was done correctly.

I dropped my gun off for a freedom package on June 23 2018 they told me it would be 2 weeks but I travel all year long and was just passing through and told them I would be back in December to pick it up. I came back in December on the 15th and was told that it was not done yet and will be done in a couple days. They said all they were laying the stencil out for the grip and the slide was all done. This place does laser stippling so it should of been done that day. I called then on friday December 21st and it was still not done I was told by close the next day and that was when I finally picked it up December 22nd 2018 thats 6 months for a job they said would be done in 2 weeks. After seeing your reply I choose to edit this to add my reply and if you read my post here i said i would be back in December you guys wrote on the tag no rush be back in December you can post it here if you want. Now how exactly do you store customer guns and treat them in the shop if you are worried about scratching them once they are done. When I was working as a retail gunsmith yes I am a gunsmith and we stored pistols in boxes so other guns would not be laying on top of them and scratching them you guys obviously have no respect for your customers property if you are waiting to the last minute to do things so you dont damage them with how you handle them. If you guys need help learning how to set up a shop I can run you guys through a class on how to handle guns as far as the work goes it is pretty good but the service and the lies on here about not wanting it done till the end of December that is not good customer service at all. The rest of my guns I plan on getting coated will be going somewhere else. My money wont break you I know this but maybe things can get better.

Fast, friendly, quality service. Quite happy with the IWB Kydex Holster I picked up for my S&W Shield 9mm with TLR-6 light today, many thanks! I emailed what I had assumed was a 9-to-5 info address and got the owner way late at night, so you know that he is dedicated to his business. I dropped my weapon off and had my holster way faster than expected and the fit is great. I can see why at least two of the professionals I follow online recommend this business!

Great customer service. Great product knowledge, and a great product. I brought 2 knives in to them a baby seal sog and a honshu karambit. To have sheaths made and not only did they give me exactly what i asked for but the estimated time was exact the color was on point, the retention is perfect. I plan on telling my friends about WE PLEAD THE 2ND. Also i will be bringing them more work myself.

I came into this shop and took a chance. I needed an outside waist band holster, left handed, for a Walther P99c with a Viridian CTL on the rail. My requirements were simple, a kydex holster with friction retention and a thumb break.I was informed that a thumb break is not normally used, however my needs require a second level of retention.I had intended to purchase a double magazine pouch with a similar type of retention as well.I placed my order, paid, and waited two weeks. I brought my pistol in and they made the holster in two days, which was nice.The quality was good, the retention was good, but the thumb break had a problem. It was not installed in a way that would hold retention properly in a scuffle, which is the intent of having a second level of retention, of course.The flexible portion of the thumb break would roll over the back of the slide and out of the way, allowing the pistol to be removed without defeating the break.I brought this issue to the attention of two employees, one of them named Brian, and Brian did not offer to do any rework and refused to refund my purchase. In fact, when I asked if they would be willing to give me a refund he said, Not at all.This is not acceptable customer service. I did not get the product I had asked for and they took my money.I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

Color came out great, however the coating was applied very thick and it has been an absolute pain to install the lower parts kit. Required a ton of sanding and for the price it just wasn’t worth it ($150 for upper/lower).
