I ordered a gift for my niece wanting to write her name on the dolls dress. Did the order on line. I forgot to write 2 as part of inscription. I called as early as possible in the morning. The rep appeared very friendly and indicated she would take care. When the niece received the gift it was NOT written as specified. I call CS to complain and they replied that they do not inscribe numbers. This was tricked because had the rep told me up front I would have cancelled. They simply mailed it out incorrectly and simply responded that they couldnt do that. I feel they should have communicated this with me up front. Well, they lost me as a customer and I will not be making any recommendations to this company. They dont seem to have it together and they lack communication with customers. Sorry.

I personally wish I could rate this company less than one star. Purchased a mug set of 4 that were personalized for my family for Christmas. This purchase was made weeks prior to Christmas of this year. To be safe I even paid for express shipping so that I could avoid disasters... well guess I was wrong. Not only did they not come (actually received the items 12/29) but three were missing. The one that did show up didnt even include the personalization that was requested, not to mention it looked like it was put together by my 2 month old. The disaster only started there. I called customer service today to express my concern and was on hold for 3 hours...finally I was met with the female version of Ebenezer Scrooge, who rather than answering any of my questions or providing solutions to my missing mugs just immediately offered to refund me money. No skin of her back which was the biggest insult.. just another miserable day for her. Not once was there a sorry or any form of sympathy. Literally 3 people are without a Christmas gift and she could care less. CANNOT BE COUNTED ON!!!!

I visited this site and found the perfect gift for a few family members. The item was marked down from $14.99 to $11.24. I went to check out and used a coupon code that I had received and right before my eyes the price went up to $12.99. I clicked out of the site and redid my order and the price went back to $14.99. I went on my husband’s phone and entered the items and the price was $11.24. At checkout I was asked if I wanted standard shipping or I could pay $4 or $5 to have it rushed. I chose standard. Well, when I entered my card info and looked over the charges I was shocked to see a $9.99 shipping charge plus 2 extra charges. I will be purchasing this gift but I will be looking at sites that have the same ornament at a stable price and without outlandish charges being added.

Ordered this ridiculously expensive pillow as an anniversary gift for my husband, paid for overnight shipping. Eighty dollars later, I never received the item. I even offered to go by the store to pick up the item if they would make it for me and they were unwilling to work with me. Please avoid this vendor at all costs. These items are personal and special to be handled with such carelessness. I would give less than one star if I could.

This place had terrible customer service. They spelled the name wrong on a baby blanket and when I let them know the customer service rep said oh well you can buy a new one....10/10 would not recommend.
