Great experience, again! Ordered over the phone for my sons birthday as he is 2500 miles from home. Called back to reschedule the delivery time and they were very accommodating. My son was very happy and said the strawberries were amazing! Ive been using Edible Arrangements for years to send gifts to my 3 kids all away at college in different states.

It is 10:30 and I came here to pick up a gift. They are closed and theres no one is answering. I called customer service and they dont know whats going on. It really stinks have driven this far and to have this happen.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! Tempe store is terrible. Edible Arrangements is great in so many ways. Too bad Sh*++y employees ruin a good thing. On Nov 12th in the early afternoon I called the store directly to order some strawberries covered in white chocolate. When I asked if they could do that.... the girl indicated that she was not sure because white chocolate was more than regular chocolate. I indicated that price was not an issue and I asked if they were able to make them. She was not sure (again) but recommended that I should check the website to see if white chocolate strawberries were an option. I tried to call other stores in the area (where I only got VM). Instead, I called Godiva at the Chandler Mall and ordered about $250 in strawberries there. They were able to get them out same day and they were fantastic!!! Great staff that was knowledgeable and friendly.Edible Arrangements does have a great product...too bad you cant connect with a live person in the stores when you need to OR when you do reach one....she just happens to be riding the short bus all the way to the unemployment line and bringing the franchise down with her.

I received a lovely edible arrangement for Mothers Day and was initially very pleased; that is until I started eating it. It is true that it is edible(if you have strong teeth) but it was not at all enjoyable. The fruit was green and tasted terrible. I was very disappointed because I could not eat most of it. :(

Popped in for a very last minute anniversary. They were super helpful, and even helped me customize a happy birthday arrangement to become an I love you arrangement. Not sure why other people had poor experiences, but I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! My sister ordered a basket with plenty of chocolate covered fruit. They brought a basket with no chocolate. My sister complained and they brought another basket. This time, the basket was BEAUTIFUL, only stale cake was used. Whatever you do, dont COMPLAIN!!

My co-workers got an arrangement from here and paid for a particular product. They didnt get it upon arrival and the gal behind the counter shrugged her shoulders. The balloon was flat too. The balloon matched the service. Flat.

The fruit tray chocolate dipped was so delicious! The fruit was fresh, juicy and sweet! Perfect for any occasion!

Ordered a 138.00 arrangement for my BF on line. It was his 55th birthday. First I called the store on Bell and they said it was a regular. But I ordered a large. Second. I ordered Happy Birthday Balloons and they said Thank You. I am so very upset. I will never order online with Edible Arrangements. This was not a special birthday for him. Nor was it a happy occasion for me.

We bought a bouquet based on the mug and when we got there they gave us the basic mug and they would not give us a rain check for the original mug. We paid $10 more to get that cute mug and got their basic mug.

Called into cancel my online order because I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong thing. A woman named Heidi answered and spoke to me very rudely like she did not want to be on the phone. Told her I made the mistake and completely ignored me when I said I wanted to order the correct one with her on the phone. She said thank you and said Goodbye and such a rude manner. Im happy I canceled that order because that place deserves no business with a woman like that behind the front desk

Went in for a last minute gift and she gave us beautiful, big stawberries plus samples. O! And a $5 coupon! Great service, with a smile.

Absolutely horrible customer service, ordered online, confirmed the order in the morning, said it was en route, wasnt delivered to the last minute as I ask to deliver just a bit earlier. Delivery tried calling apparently to say they couldnt deliver and upon returning call, phone wasnt able to receive calls. Trying to call the NEXT morning and receive voicemail. Absolutely horrible, never use again, already paid $100

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! Only gave 1 star because there is no Zero option. Ordered a fruit arrangement for an office potluck on 04/08/16 and was lied to and told it would be delivered before noon no problem, they wold make it their first delivery. Of course in retrospect, this was just done to get the order. After several calls to the store and them repeatedly stating the driver was on the way, the driver is 10 min away ect...I became so exasperated, and embarrassed that I had used these people, placed the order THE DAY BEFORE. ... and had to show up with nothing, that I told them to cancel the order. I was told the order would be canceled and my card refunded. Thirty to forty minutes later the baskets were delivered ANYWAY. I called the store immediately and told them so they could come pick them up and the desk clerk puts me on hold to find out what happened then comes back to the phone and states Ill call you back. Needless to say that she never did. I physically drove to the store after work. ...which is laughably 10 min from my job., to ask if they refunded the charges....the desk person nastily said I guess we can go back and pick them up Isnt that a hoot, now she wants to pick them up. I glared at her and told her they were still at the office and she could go get them. Then she babbled something about her computer and went to the back claiming she needed to talk to somebody. She stayed in the back for nearly 30 minutes. ...Im sure hoping I would leave. The phone was ringing like crazy and no one came out to answer it, which shows how poorly the store is run.This clerk, then finally comes out and begins to ask me what I was told on the phone. Having given this enough of my energy and seeing that they had LIED to me yet again. ..I asked her how she would feel if it happened to her and left the store telling her I would most certainly use my only recourse available and that is to dispute the charge on my credit card. ...which I did. Whether I win or lose, at least I didnt take it laying down. After I filed the dispute I was done with it. ..until my brother asked why I was upset that day, when I explained. ..he said you should at least write a review on this, it may save someone else the same hassle. .. So here you go folks, I am not going to put down the entire outfit, but I sure would be wary of this branch.

Edible arrangements contacted me confirming they delivered an arrangement for me. Several days later I contacted the recipient and they had no idea what I was talking about. They lied about the delivery and charged me $90Use with caution!

The service was good, however, the fruits itself in the arrangement were not fresh. After spending about $200 on a bouquet for an occasion, we were not happy with the quality of the fruits.

Just awful, doesnt care about time or customers. Do not waste your money.
