Great customer service, pretty slow at checkout.

Been a customer for years, this is my spot...I usually shop online. I received my coupons and used at the store. Place has friendly staff and duhhhh place smells amazing lol

From the moment we walked into the store until we left, the clerks were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The store was full of a great variety lotions, soaps and everything they offered. Wonderful savings with their semi-annual sale. We especially love the quality of the products. We will return often.

Loved it! Amazing smells, only downside is that some of the smells are hidden behind the cash register like on the wall next to it. Almost missed my favorite smell.

We bought lotion and perfume. For the bathroom. It was as advertised. Their name is on point. I definitely wouldnt shop for living room & kitchen works stuff here.

Being that it was Christmas time, they were very well organized and more helpful than I had found from other places. The store clerks were well prepared to help any one who had a need. Good 👍 job.

Entering the store you are required to sanitize your hands. A good policy since people pick things up and then put them back. Social distancing is in place and followed. I felt comfortable in making my gift selection.

If you want to get something smelly this is the place for you. As soon as you walk in your senses are immersed in the lovely smells of the B&BW.

The staff was helpful and friendly. There was complete observance of mask wearing by customers and store staff. There was plenty of stock and choices to choose from, as well as discounts. Store is a little tight which doesnt allow for much social distancing.

My wife loves this place. They have a large variety of scents in lotions, hand soap, air freshener, body wash and candles.

I was glad to see such a helpful employee at the front of the store. I didnt get her name but she was offering help, information and bags to majority of the customers. Overall good job.

I usually come to this bath and body works and buy body mists and lotions for $3.50, even though I was done holiday shopping I decided to make a special trip to mills mall to visit bath & body. Well it was a huge waste of time, all the stuff they had half off & for $5 was a bunch of garbage. They had mostly soap that seemed to have exploded during shipment and they didnt even try to wipe them down before putting them out. Lotions & body sprays were missing caps, it was the worst experience. I left and went to Victoria secret and they had $6 body mist beautifully displayed, none with the cap off or just thrown in a box. What a huge black Friday disappointment..

McKenzie greeted us as soon as we came in and notified us of sales going on. She was friendly, had a great smile, and was not overbearing. She let us do our browsing without hovering, while also letting us know we could approach her with questions, which is excellent customer service in my book

I like the wider selection of products that this store carries compared to the non-outlet Bath & Body Works stores, but Im never really impressed with the employees here. I realize that this store is generally pretty busy but that doesnt mean that you have to be rude to your customers or rush them through the shopping and checkout processes as if they are cattle. One of the things that we all like to do at B&BW is to stop and absorb the huge variety of scents in your products and to receive information about whatever it is we might be on the hunt for. But the employees here often come off as being bothered or inconvenienced when asked for their assistance, and that literally takes all of the fun out of my shopping experience!

This Bath & Body Works is inside Arizona Mills Mall. The girls that work here are extremely helpful. The store always has sales so its easy to stock up on different items whether its lotions, hand soaps, candles & much more when they go on sale.The clearance items were super cheap. I even stocked up on body wash for $3.12 per bottle (75% off regular price), while others were $6.25 (50% off regular price). Huge clearance bins of great deals!
